"CHAHAHAHAHA, Cap'n. Now can we head into battle? I'm itchn' to see how strong theses guys are, and the grunts are having all the fun!" A large, Goliath, of a Fishman would say as he would would stump his foot in an eager manner; his ability to control himself from going out diminishing second after second. He wanted, no needed, to go out there and join his comrades. Revenge was mostly on his mind as the ones that were sent out on those night raids were all his students, having been the one to teach them everything they know about combat. They hadn't even made it to the Grandline to showcase their skills like he wanted them to.  

"Relax Kon, we are going now. The time for us to administer...Justice, has come. " Captain Justice would say as he would, using his large weapon, hoist himself up. And in one motion would leap from the ship, Kon doing the same. Their massive leap was truly magnificent. As they seemed to go farther than an regular person would be able to. Captain Justice, a lanky looking man, would land gracefully on the ground whilst he First mate, Kon, would land with a massive thud that shock the ground and made those unsuspecting to fall on their butts.

"Ugh! I don't like jumping that far Cap'n. Look! I broke these dials from landing so hard! Shit, now we have to go back to that place after all this is over...what a pain. " Kon would exclaim as he would look at the bottom of his feet. The area at which they had landed would be in front of the gates of the base. Fighting wouldn't be taking place right here anymore as all fighting has been pushed back into the base itself.

"Don't come down with so much force, Kon. That is why they broke. But don't worry about it focus on the task at hand, okay?" Captain Justice would say to Kon as they began to walk passed the gates and into the base. Once int eh base theses two would make their way to a specific spot, nothing stopping them on their way their at all. When this all was taking place two marines, Derous and Seth, had an misunderstanding, that misunderstanding though abruptly squashed, before it became bigger than it should've been.

Derous would shack his head at the actions Seth would take, as they were to rushed and brash. But nothing could be done, well by Derous, about the two bullets flying toward the two people sitting in the gallows. Though his attack would be a bit futile as the large fishman, Kon, would take both attacks. Blocking them both with his right arm, they didn't bounce off of him but they didn't enter deep, as this Fishman was the largest individually, in all ways, here right now. Standing at 19' feet tall and with a extremely large build. "CHAHAHAHAHA, isn't that the one?" Kon would ask Captain Justice. Captain Justice would only nob his head.


"CHAHAHAHAHA LISTEN UP YOU FUCKING BASTARDS!" Kon would scream out, this grabbing the attention of everyone fighting, stopping their struggles for the time being. "WE THE JUSTICE PIRATES ARE HERE FOR ONE REASON AND ONE REASON ALONE! TO BESTOW THE MARINES HERE WITH TRUE JUSTICE! AND NOT THE JUSTICE THAT WAS GIVEN ALL THOSE YEARS AGO! CHAHAHAHA!"

Only a few Marines at the 80th Branch even know what that man is talking about, that being the Higher-ups stationed here and Derous. What 'Justice' that he speaks of is the mass execution that took place here years ago, at these very gallows. The execution of each pirate caught within this Blue, and that included those affiliated with them. Their age nor gender mattering at all, even those that had just helped a Pirate in need in any way was executed. Those responsible for this mainly being a certain Vice Admiral, at that time, had come through hear and gave that order. And also a few notable Bounty hunters that wanted to help for the increase in pay out for bringing in a pirate alive.  

"Oi! Shut the hell up, you pirate know nothing about Justice, even if you call yourselves the Justice Pirates." Derous would declare, and due to the silence he would be heard by everyone, and he would also yell out. At this time he would begin to walk passed those, who were previously fighting, and begin to walk toward the two sitting on the platform were all the executions are held. He was able to make it up to the platform the two pirates, Kon and Captain Justice, were at. He had his hands in his pocket as he looked the Captain in the eyes, a grin on the face of Derous and a scowl on the face of Captain Justice. Side note when Derous began to talk and move one of the Marine Commanders would place their hand on Seth's shoulder, this so the man wouldn't follow Derous.

ooc: Okay, sorry if the description of the area we are in is vague. But I will clear it up here. So, everyone fighting is within this area, all the fighting was pushed here. Marines and pirates fighting within the hallways of the building surrounding this area and Marines and Pirates fighting on the ground. The majority of fighting happening on the ground. The area everyone is in, the gallows, is the largest place with nothing in it. Largest, just for the time being, on the base. It's size being comparable to half a football field. In the middle of this place is a large platform, where Kon and CJ is, that is decent in size. I would say 40 feet long and 40 feet wide. I hope that this is a good enough explanation for the the mod who would grade this and also Crow.

Kon, on his instincts, immediately wanted to strike the small fry. He wouldn't though as Captain Justice would raise his hand, as he wanted to know what else Derous had to say. Well what he had to say in response to his upcoming question. "And what do you, Marine, know about justice? Enlighten us all!" He would say, though not everyone could hear him, as he didn't yell like the others for his voice to be heard or ring out throughout the area.

"I know that this isn't how any of us should be going about it! Look! At all of our men suffering... for something that happened in the past. As only a few marines here are responsible for what happened those years ago, me included. So, I say this. Why not have a compromise. " Derous already had a plan as he didn't want to treat anymore people than he had to, that would be too much work. So he made to make up something so no more Marines could get injured.

"...." Captain Justice was sure how he felt about what Derous was saying, so he didn't say anything. He would just listen and maybe he would consider it.

"How about those Marines try to administer that Justice they failed to give and at the same time you try to bestow your own Justice. What I am saying is a battle between them, me vs you. And that big guy versus that Commander Tyson... and also someone that will fight int he place of our Rear Admiral, Vice Admiral Long. This is just to minimize the deaths here today. Okay? You kill us three you get your revenge, you don't well then you won't. So better try your hardest." Derous would point to those two, Commander Tyson being the largest Marine fighting in this area. Why Derous lied about Seth's rank was to make sure the Rear Admiral station here, the old man, wouldn't be in harms way as he was in no condition to fight.

"Kukukuku, FINE!" Captain Justice would say as he would stand up, and point his Scythe in the direction of Commander Tyson and Lieutenant Long. "Kon go kill those two...now!" Captain Justice would say as he knew who Commander Tyson was and remember his face, along with Derous', so he could point the man out. Kon would crack his knuckles and jump off of the platform, and begin to walk toward those two. Everyone in his path would either get out of the way or be thrown out of the way, friend or foe.

"Now, let you and I fight." Captain Justice would say as he would turn his scythe toward Derous. Though, something strange would happen to Derous. He would completely shrink and revert to the age of seven. This, causing Captain Justice to lower his weapon and have a confused look on his face. And those watching them to be in shock.



"Don't drop your guard! This is simply my Devil fruit ability, kek. Did you think that guy you sent here was the only Devil Fruit user around?" Derous would be saying as he would stick his tongue out at Captain Justice, even though he was lying out the ass. He didn't at all know what was going on, but whatever things happen.

ooc: Sorry Crow, my fault. We will just say someone else fired at them, no big deal. Also for the fights some Marines/Pirates are watching Kon vs Seth and Tyson. While others are watching Derous vs CJ. Also, my curse from the event is active.

"CHAHAHAHA, I think I can beat yah in one hit! Kara...kusagawara" Kon would say as he would stop four meters away from Seth and the Commander, keeping that distance if the two decided to move or not. Kon, instantly, after establishing his distance would get into a fighting stance and clench his right fist. He would then strike out in a powerful fashion. Those watching would be in complete shock at this, well the Marines as pirates would begin to slowly move back a bit, as they didn't know what the hell he was doing. He just struck the air.

If he had hit someone with that maybe they would be worried for Seth and Tyson, but right now they weren't anymore. This big Fishman was just all talk, well so they would believe. "Seiken!" Just a few, around ten, seconds later, after his punch was thrown, a invisible and soundless shock-wave would be sent in the direction of Seth and Tyson, the force enough to send them and also those near them in a six meter radius flying back. What had happened was that so instead of the fist connecting, it uses the water vapor in the air to release a shock wave that sends anyone in it's line of fire flying.

"Turn back to your regular form, I don't want to kill you as a child." Captain Justice would say as he would miss a swing aimed at the head of the young Derous, it missing due to Derous ducking and moving out of the way.

"Scared? kek." Derous would say as he would move around Captain justice avoid swing after swing, as for a strange reason he was just a bit more nimble as a child. Though, he still didn't like it at all. Being a child again brought back many horrible memories that he wishes to not have anymore. And also how the hell did this even happen? Right before fighting he was turned into a child, and for no reason. Yea, he lied about being a Devil fruit user but he doesn't even really have any knowledge on that being true. If a Devil fruit has the ability to even do such a thing.

"Seems like their fight is quite eventful... shame it can't be said about ours, huh? Shane?" Derous would say as he would slowly sit up, the pain he was feeling all over his body being something he had never experienced in such a long time, and be honestly needed to rest.

"Don't say my name, scum." Shane would say as he would pick up Derous by his collar and begin to carry him off of the Platform, no one standing in his way. And with one motion he would leap into the air, flying over the fight of Kon, Seth, and Tyson, and landing not that far away from his ship. From his new spot he would begin to walk toward his ship, dragging Derous now instead of carrying him. Why no one stopped them was because it looked as if Derous was finished and there was only one fight left that would decided everything. The focus of everyone being turned to the battle between Kon, Seth, and Tyson. One person though, would be the only one to follow Shane and Derous.

"Why you taking me to your ship? I want to see the end of that fight...." The High pitched voice Derous would say as he drew closer and closer to the man's ship. Once more Shane would jump into the air gracefully and this time would land on the deck of his ship. Once there Shane would let go of Derous and sit down, "Now we wait."

"Do what you want... i'm restin'. But how you get so many of those pirates?" Derous would say as he would fall backwards and begin to regain his energy.

"They are simply hired hands, those who want to end you marines. "




ooc: Crow you can control your own enemy. Don't follow us, make your fight with the boss a good one.

Captain Justice was going to respond to Gozu but it seemed Derous planed to defend himself instead. "Shut up you disgusting pirate! Don't think because I turned himself into a child with my Devil Fruit, that I will ever need your help, so leave! Weaklings like you that want to save every is disgusting, i'm your enemy. " Derous would say as he sat up and looked at Gozu, if the guy would leave Derous would lay back down. If it didn't well he would just wait. As they were waiting for someone.

As time passed, about five minutes after Derous' outburst, the sound of a cane hitting against the deck could be heard, neither Shane or Derous would turn to look at the one causing the noise. As this was the person they were waiting for. "Oh, seems as if I made it before you killed him. And you didn't need to give me a chair, I may be old. But I can still stand" And old man would say as he would walk over to a chair and sit down, To the right of the chair sat Shane, who also was in a chair, and to the left was Derous who was still laying on the ground.

"So that now both of you, disgusting, people are here. I must ask.... why?" Shane would say as he would increase the grip on his scythe. For the first time anger really showing on his face.

"Why what?" Derous would ask as he still laid their on the ground, though he had been turned into a child he still was able to act the same as an adult. Shit, even at this age he wasn't dumb back then and always took a calm approach to things. Always taking his time with things till they turned into his favor, as he still believed he would be the victor today.

"DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME DEROUS! EVEN IF YOU ARE A CHILD STILL FOR SOME REASON, DON'T FUCK WITH ME. I HAVE ALREADY PUT YOU IN THAT CONDITION....AND I STILL PLAN TO KILL YOU." Shane would declare as he slammed his the ground. Overflowing with anger at how Derous was acting.


Derous would sit up and look at Shane, and he would see that he had tears flowing down he face. Derous couldn't even decipher if they were of anger or sorrow, "Okay Shane. I think I understand what you want to know but first, Rear Admiral Daichi. Can you please tell us what happened, no tell us from your point of view. What happened on this day those years ago."

"Hmm." Rear Admiral Daichi would adjust hat, "Well. On this day I was just assigned to watch over the mass execution of pirates captured by either Marines and Bounty Hunters. That included those tied in anyway to pirates, so... even small children that could have just gave a pirate something to eat died. Sad, but this was an order everyone had to follow. You find a pirate hiding out in a civilian home... they all are guilty. All of them must be executed. That is the Justice... Admiral Baku The Black Guillotine wanted us to administer in this blue. All Pirates needed to be gotten rid of... in his eyes, even foolish children that were just playing and saying they were pirates... had to be executed. Any marine going against that would be killed. Group by group... they were all hung..Is that enough? I no longer want to speak on such a past." Daichi would ask, no longer wanting to speak about that incident. As he knew it was wrong and should have tried to talk the Admiral out of that judgement. As that man was only here to oversea a few things not come and give such an order that would be seen as horrible.

"Yeah, that is enough. But can you tell me what I told you on that ship... when I was turning those men in." Derous would add.

"No, you tell me Derous... explain to me why. Why you would allow such a fate to befall your NAKAMA!" Shane would say as he would stand to his feet and walk over to Derous, and pointing his scythe at him. "..And why did you try to kill me.. I saved your life."

"Yea, why are still alive anyway? I literally decapitated you when you tried to save that chick, whatever her name is." Derous would tap his little chin as he thought about what he said. As he though Shane would take action and swing his scythe, using the blunt end, to send Derous flying to the side of the ship. The force behind it was enough to break the railing. Derous seemed to be hurt from it but he wasn't, using Tekkai to harden his body when he was hit and releasing it after he hit the side of the railing.

After witnessing Kon lose his arms or whatever anger consumed them and then some pirates would scream out," CAPTAIN JUSTICE STILL WON HIS FIGHT! WE STILL CAN WIN THIS!" And with that the massive fight would resume. Those that tried to escape whether Pirate or Marine would be fired at and tried to be killed from behind. As the only reason Captain justice was able to leave this area was because of him jumping with impact dials on his feet. They being powerful enough to send him flying out of the area, or well over it. Also, no one even knew where he was going and if they thought they knew they would be truly mistaken.

ooc: Nah, Crow you only got to control your help NPC and Kon. Nothing else. And also you no longer can control Tyson, so yea. And also we have to wait for Gozu to post five for it to be finished.
