Personality: A man of not many words, but oh so powerful ones. Whatever he says, people will feel it deep down their spine. As one of the Gorosei, Prokofiev is highly respected by most of the World Government and the Reverie. The embodiment of conviction, Prokofiev follows the laws and regulations of the World Government to the very core and expects the same from every man wearing the Marine or World Government logo. He is not a man to tolerate insubordination, and is vocal with those who attempt to act in such a manner. He is quick to anger in the face of possible betrayal and can be quite aggressive in combat. Due to years of experience, Prokofiev very rarely shows any sign of distress or surprise.
