Baterilla is an island in South Blue. It is shown to have palm trees and cabanas, much like a tropical island in the real world.

A largely populated island, it lives off fishing and other jobs such as: blacksmithing, repairing, shipwrighting, bakery et cetera. The island is pretty wealthy because of the very tasty fish that is found in it's waters.

It is currently a part of the World Government, and occasionally World Nobles visit the island, much to the demise of the citizens. There are several small time Marine stations located on the island, who protect the citizens from whatever comes out of the waters or the woods.

There is a large lake in the centre of the island, which is known as the Mariana Lake. It is known to be one of the deepest spots found as the lake's bottom is hundreds of kilometers downwards. The lake has a auburnish color.

Baterilla's wildlife includes deer, tiger, rhino, giraffe and the notorious Bananawani.  The Bananawani are giant crocodiles with banana-shaped growths on their heads. They are so fierce that they even prey on Sea Kings and are to date the Sea Kings only known natural predator. They live deep down in the Mariana Lake, and occasionally move landwards to feed themselves on whatever they can get their hands on.
