Steele's Image:
Just like earlier Steele was dress in the same marine attire which consist of marine Ensign Jacket drape across his shoulders, and his nobleman like clothing. Steele is rather handsome, young man with black hair, and violet eyes to match his noble bloodline. It's true that Baterilla is one of the many marines occupied island in the blues. It's also true that not everyday a kid like Malik get process into Baterilla County. Nonetheless today he was about to be for his many criminal act against the World Goverment . Even those they wasn't truly evil deeds in the eyes of justice they were still bad. So in his case you do the crime so now you got to do the time.

Today weather was fairly normal .Currently Malik was being transported in a wooden carriage with 2 guards on his right, and left, across from him was 2 more guards.Ensign Steele didn't bother being within the carriage because of how badly injured Malik was instead Steele remains hidden along the rooftops watching the roads, and citizen. The carriage was a six horse carriage with 1 guards manning the horses, and the other looking out.

The transport travel along the stone roads of Baterilla as the citizens clear out of the way. Ensign Steele was leaning against a chimney along a rooftop. His sight cover the rooftops as well as stone roads of Baterilla. He remains out of sight from people in general the carriage was order to move slower those. So Steele could rest while keeping a watchful eye on the surrounding.

As for Malik he would find his body in the same conditions as before plus the steel chains wrap his ankles, and hands for his safety, and the guards. The carriage was about 6 meters from Steele as it slowly move forward.
Steele had carried the only key to Malik cuffs making it rather hard for him to run while chained like a animal. Either way Steele had only 2 concerns that was his safety, and his squad. Steele had relax against the walls as his eyes travel along the rooftops, and stone roads of Baterilla.

There was momentarily gush of wind that sweep over Baterilla. Steele had thought to himself,"Let make this fast, easy, smooth, and no bullshit or deafs." But we all know what that department depends on Malik, and those who around them.
Unfortunately Steele had to rest a bit before preceding forward, even those the conflict even was one sided he had used up entirely to much stamina to capture this small fry. That wasn't a good look for him as a noble or a marine. Ensign Steele knew he had a long way to go before he can consider himself a warrior.

When that times comes for him to be called a warrior he will strike fear within the hearts of Briss Kingdom or the World Government. Either way Steele needed to rest before continuing his task before him this is the reason why he order the transport to move slowly. They were only a several meters away form the local island jail. They should reach the jail soon if all goes well if not then they wouldn't arrive on time. Steele took this time to rest his body against the walls as he review the conflict of today. As he thought about it he declare it could have been better handle if he just take out the foes legs. Unfortunately he prolong it with his attempts on the upper body. He had had to admit those the brilliant plan to take the target into the air to limited any dodge was smart. While in the air he could have easily dealt a killing blow by crushing the foe lungs. But one thing for sure is he capturing a target is more work then lead to believe. So this may be his first, and last time successful capturing a foe because as Steele travel. There will be targets that can't be captured but they must be killed in order to disable them. In any case Steele would enjoy his victory momentarily as a warrior of justice as he so rightfully earn it as a marine, and as apart of the Steele famliy.

The streets of Baterilla was some what clear as far as the public goes they would move out of the way of the transport vessel. As they didn't want to be hit or be next to go to jail. As we all know jail isn't cheap not does people like going to jail it really fuck up a person mind you know?

Hopefully this trip would enlighten Malik to chose to join the marines if not then oh well.

(Time to reach the jail 4 posts.)
You know your character condition. So um let gets this over with.

Malik Roberts

Malik Roberts
As the carriage, which worked as both a cage and a form of transportation traversed through the streets of Baterilla, Malik was lost in thought. There was nothing much to do, except to watch the passing background, listen to the sounds emanating around oneself, and think over what is that you have done and what will you do next. He defeat had certainly gotten the young fighter to review his mistakes as well as actions in his recent battle with his captor, who was simply sitting atop his mobile prison. His condition remained the same, minor broken legs and parts of his right rib cage heavily damage. He even had the same trickles of blood running down to his chin. There was one on each side. It was a result of having a few of his ribs broken during his fight with a Zoan-Type Devil Fruit User. Malik had to guess he ended up in such a situation due to pride he might have been unable to see or maybe it was because he was reckless. Regardless, he made mistakes, which eventually lead to him being arrested. As such, this would most definitely make him an infamous pirate to others. Malik wouldn't be here, if he hadn't be so careless about his surroundings and started picking fights. Perhaps, it was from his training back on his home island that resulted in his love for a challenge. Combat was in his family's essence. He couldn't dishonor them be running away, like a coward. It would have been much better to face defeat or even, in some cases, death.

"So reckless, what was the point in causing such a raucous?" The novice pirate thought to himself, wondering what he was even doing when he confronted the Ensign Marine, Steele. It might have been due to the fact that he was extremely excited to be looking for a Devil Fruit of his own to eat. He wanted his next adventure to be something to remember while he searched for the object pf his interest. It would certainly be worth remembering, at least for the mistakes he has learned from and to not make again. He was so fixated on obtaining an amazing power that he was blinded by ambition. He even revealed the reason why he was here to begin with. He may have made himself greatly known in the Briss Kingdom, but that was not much to catch the eye of the World Government, immediately. If an Ensign could defeat him that easily than he would have to work hard, if he is to ever become a true pirate and a true hero. Malik can only hope that his ambition did not spread to the entirety of the island. This was deter his goal even more.

The adolescent warrior looked to his wrists then, to his ankles, all bound in chains and shackles. As string as he was, he wasn't string enough to simply rip his way out of them, not yet, anyway. If he was a Logia, he could simply morph his way out and easily slip passed the confining chains and bars, but he wasn't. His body was still flesh and blood and he was still an ordinary human, but he was also living proof as well as other that humans were capable of so much. Man had limitless potential, but one should not let their own power go to their head, or else it will be their own downfall, like Malik, who was now bound in chains as he quietly awaited for when he will be taken to jail. In the condition he was in, he was hardly any danger. After all, his legs were still broken, and moving at a fast rate was temporarily impossible. He had little to do than to sit and reflect on his actions. One thing is for certain, he was definitely staying a pirate, but was now going have to keep a low profile. This was especially the case after he had served his time. His mother would probably have a fit, if she were to find out about his current state of position. His father would brush it off as something to learn from, but nonetheless, he would still worry about his own son's well-being.

"Should have stayed quite, should have not rushed into it." He thought as more sentences began to form into the confines of his own mind. From how he was processing is words inwardly, Malik was within a daze. Obviously from repetitively reflecting on the mistakes he has made and lecturing himself on doing better. He then, realized what he had learned from all of this, Why mistakes exist and why one makes them. It is to learn from them, so individuals do not make them again. They also help a person mature into an even better being than they were before. Of course, people make each other better, which also counts. He had also learned to never take a battle with an ensign so lightly. He learned the hard way from how his legs and parts of his ribs were broken. He wasn't so concerned about them as he was about how his time in jail was going to impact his future. Unless they permanently affected his capability to do combat, the injuries he had previously sustained mean nothing to him. He just needed to time to heal himself and think over on what he should do better and how to utilize the experience he had gained in a good way to uphold justice, protect the innocent, and defeat evil.

Steele's Image:
When do a person become well known? It's because of your vast wealth or perhaps your crimes. Maybe it could be both the fact that you are rich make you target by unknown foes looking to loot you. Then we have the World Government looking to arrests/ butcher you for your crimes on the spot. There are three types of people in this world they are the runners, fighters, and the manipulators you are either one or the other. There no inbewteen you are either this or that, and Malik would one die have to decide would he continue this path he currently on or will he seek a better lifestyle.

Even Ensign Steele didn't enjoy his line of work his childhood made him into something he wasn't.... That my friend is a human shield willing to die for his comrades in order to get his point across.Nonetheless Ensign Steele had finished resting, and it was time for him to once again scout . That's exactly what Steele did he quickly jump from rooftop to rooftop with the most caution alertness of any individual. He stayed hidden against the shadows of the rooftop as he kept tabs of the carriage, and the people below. As of now the carriage had roll smoothly across the stone roads heading towards the County Jail House.

Within the carriage one guard had said "I hope you learn your lesson. There are guys stronger then Ensign Steele it would be in your best interest to stay low kido if you continue down this path. We shall arrive soon kido so enjoy the ride."The guard then return his attention back to other officials as they engage in conversation, as they kept a close eye on Malik.

As for Steele he closed the distance between the carriage quite fairly as he begin to slow down a bit so he could examine his surroundings closely, and carefully.

Malik Roberts

Malik Roberts
Sitting within a small, caged prison would eventually fill someone with boredom. The very concept started to trickle the adolescent fighter with it's essence. There was nothing to do in this confined space, but to sit around and look from behind the bars. Malik wasn't the kind of person to sit around and not do anything. He preferred to occupy himself with various activities he consider fun. Training he combative skills was one of them. However, with these chains and shackles in addition with his broken legs, he could barely move, let alone walk or run. For now, all Malik could do was push away the current concepts flowing through his currently blank slate of a mind and recall what he had experienced and what he should do in the, hopefully, nearby future. He had also hoped that this carriage would not take so long. In this very moment, he felt, like a caged animal. He wondered, if he gave any good reason to be treated in such a manner. Now that he thought more over on the conditions for criminals, he began to wonder, if there were many pirates in history who behaved in such a barbaric as well as ferocious manner. Individuals living a life piracy such as them seem highly dangerous to begin with.

"Hah, I wonder how much longer will it be?" The strong novice thought, pondering on the time it would take him to be transported to jail and be done with it. He could do nothing, but sit around and think; think on what he should do, think on what he could have done, think on what he will do. Indeed, it would take many steps for himself to be released freely from his day in prison. It would probably be longer, but he had little time to consider the length of the said period while he was bound within a traversing cage. With him being certain that an appropriate amount of time had passed while he remained trapped in his mobile prison, he steadily turned the angle of his gaze while shifting his own head to look outside of it through it's strong iron bars. The background had obviously changed since the last time he had laid his own eyes on it. Speaking of which, his brown orbs were absent of energy, yet still contained plenty of life. They easily told of a boy wanting excitement as well as having plenty of fight left, should the moment arise to defend himself, no matter what the circumstance. This was even count for his broken legs. Despite the fact that they may temporarily hinder his maximum mobility, he was still willing to do combat, no matter what the handicap was. From how the current landscape looked, Malik could tell he was close to getting to the island's jail. At that same moment, he heard one of the guard's voices and decided to respond as to not worry those on how his current imprisonment affected him.

"I will be most certainly to take that advice. Thank you for your consider, good man. Also, I appreciate on letting me know we will be arriving short." The adolescent martial artist said, responding in a polite, mature tone as he gave his respects to whomever was helping escort him to his next prison. As one of the guards said, he tried to "enjoy" the ride, but found it highly difficult when one cannot move around so freely due to his currently broken legs and chains. All there was is to simply recall all the times he as been through, including the one that had led up to the current situation he was in. As he searched through the library of memories that lied dormant in his vast knowledgeable mind, he began to question what he was even doing by the time he arrived at Baterilla. He still had a great desire to continue as a pirate as he had always want ever since he was a little boy, but he wonders on the reasons for his recklessness while facing against Steele. At the mere mention of his name, Malik remembered what one of the guards watching him from within his cage said.

If there were marine far more powerful than Steele in the world then, he has so much to learn. Not just the limits of his strength, but about the world, the type of individuals living in it, the heights of power one can achieve depending on the circumstances, and the fact to take all of these adventure seriously. There was no telling how much danger lurked behind every corner for oneself. He was still going to search for the Sand-Sand Fruit, but he was not, under any circumstance reveal his intentions to the marines, not anymore. He pondered on his reasons for revealing them before even further before deciding upon overconfidence and recklessness. He will take the guard's advice on laying low until the current threat of him to the island's marine's blows over. He stared blankly at the solid metal bars, patiently awaiting the jail that he hoped to arrive at any minute. This much waiting would be torture to those who could not still still for two minutes. Not to him, he can remain in one place for hours on end. He many be energetic, but he wasn't impulsive. He was highly capable of waiting for even a day when it so required it.

"Thud!" That was the sound of the screeching carriage coming to a halt . For a few seconds there was some bickering amongst the officials outside then a "Crack" then the carriage door open up. A sizable crowd of people had gathered directly in the center of town, in and around the main road. The rat-a-tat-tat of a carriage wheels thundered through the air as the citizens gathered around to try and get a peek at this weeks newest prisoner. Jack found himself deep within a crowd further down the road, the carriage was quite a distance away from him. Jack couldnt remember how or why he was in the middle of town at this time of day, but he considered himself a very very lucky boy. There were 6 marines guarding the carriage at the current moment, and one more hanging back as a scout to watch the area, as well as there being very valuable cargo within the carriage. Jack was seeing dollar signs, and a perfect opportunity to make a name for himself. A large crowd of people to share the stories and a solid squad of marines to put down. Across the street from Jack stood a reasonably tall building, about 10 meters tall, and behind him was a sea of people that stretched for about 10 meters behind him. He looked to his left and noticed the carriage was coming close to passing by, he knew the time to act was coming.

As the carriage was slowly lagging by, Jack noticed a lone marine lingering behind the main group. A lookout for trouble, obviously. This would make things a little bit difficult, Jack would have to deal with him before he could make any steps towards getting to that carriage. The vehicle had passed Jack by now and was about 8 meters down the road, and the lone scout had landed upon the roof across from Jack previously mentioned, his head swiveling a round, clearly looking for threats.

The chance for a stealth attack was non-existent, thanks to the lookout. A rather smart move in itself. Unfortunately for the marines Jack was an extremely adept one on one fighter in himself. The carriage was by now 20 meters down the road from Jack and the marines far enough away to not hear any commotion. The lookout had made the mistake of lagging behind on top of the rooftop looking around for too long. The carriage was almost at the jail house, so it made sense for the lookout to lag back and make sure nothing went on to interrupt proceedings, but unfortunately that would prove to be his downfall.

Jack waited until the lone lookout's gaze was set upon the area of the crowd where Jack was stood, before locking eyes with him and revealing a snarling expression on his face. Jack drew his sword and his pistol, holding the cutlass in his right hand and his pistol in the left. He stepped forward and out of the crowd which had previously contained him, before pointing his pistol at the head of the lookout, holding his sword in front of him and in a defensive position. Jack said absolutely nothing at all to the lookout, he knew that the eye contact and the expression on his face would be more than enough to get his attention. He motioned at the ground with his pistol, giving off the universal sign for "get the fuck on the ground or im going to blow your brains out". The other marines down the road had their backs turned to the whole situation, and the crowd was completely silent, in a hush, anticipating the action that was about to take place. There was a clean line of sight between Jack and the lookout, and 8 meters of space to maneuver in. Behind Jack was a large crowd of at least 100 people, enough for him to make a stealthy escape should he need to.

Malik Roberts

Malik Roberts
The teenage boy simply sat where he was, never even moving an inch from his initial spot. Any and all movement that was ever gotten out of him was from the adolescent altering the angle of his head, shifting his gaze to occasionally stare at the ever-changing background as he remained seating in the cage of the carriage. Excluding the short periods of time in staring out of his confine to occupy himself with the scenery before his eyes, he either blankly glance at the metal bars that stood in front of him or scramble through his own thoughts. There were time he would lecture himself on his own mistakes, which eventually resulted into him being caught and transported to a jail on the island. He took in a deep breath and quietly exhaled, releasing any stress on his body that may have accumulated since his current stay in this moving prison he has grown to tolerate recently. In spite of all that has recently occurred over the course of this current day, he would not change a thing. Most people do not want anything different to take place in their own passed. After all, everything that has happen up to this point along with the choices he has made solidified him into the person he is now. He now understands more, the multiple steps he has to take in order to rise towards the top, the many obstacles he has to over come to mature into a stronger person. This include him learning more on what it is to be a true hero, not just destroying evil. There was always more to what their is.

While awaiting his stationary confinement for his supposed crimes, the carriage came to an abrupt stop. A resounding thud that could be heard from several feet caught his attention as he held his head up and noticed that the mobile cage, which kept him in place, had suddenly stopped. With the obvious sign evident to him, Malik can only guess that he along with the group of marines had arrived to Baterilla's Jail. He took in another deep breath and exhaled quietly, this time it was of relief rather than to relax his body. He was ready to face what consequence that may be dealt to him. He was fortunate about that fact that he was still a teenager and as such punishments were less severe against the young compared to full-grown adults, who have lived long enough to be aware and understanding of their own actions. Sadly, their punishments were more painful and severe. This even included execution where death was the criminal's penance. This is commonly seen where the victim's head was cleanly chopped off by a guillotine. Not want to go further into detail about that certain subject, Malik decided to push those those in the back of his head.

"It would appear we have finally stopped. If so, It was time for my appropriate punishment. Whatever they had for me, I will take it in a most dignified manner and not show the slightest bit of fear." The young fighter of a pirate thought, rediscovered determination at facing his form of penance for his supposed crimes with great courage. With a quick crack, the door to the carriage smoothly swung open. The teenage boy looked in the direction the door was moving. He carefully and slowly stood up, careful to not put further stress on his broken legs. He quickly turned on his feet and started to walk out with the guards helping him do so. They must be well aware of his current condition and injuries. Malik admits he  is not much of a threat with the fact that he could barely move on two broken limbs. He hopes for them to heal quickly. It will take time for him to be able to do combat again, but he can wait. He was a very patient guy and did let his anger get the better of him. If anything, he was partially glad of a defeat to help steer him in a better direction into becoming a valiant warrior.

As he exited the carriage, free from many restrictions, including the small space, he was carefully escorted into the building with the help of the marines watching the vehicle before. The moment has finally come for Malik to be judged of his crimes. It would all depend on what he has done. While he was being assisted in walking to the entrance of the the island's jail. He noticed something lurking behind him that had removing it's presence from the crowd. To be more accurate, it was someone. He decided to simply turn his head, shifting his gaze to the appropriate angle in which he was able to have a glimpse on who was casing a raucous. From as much as Malik could current see where he currently stood, the figure causing the commotion was a man. He was apparently taller than Malik himself was and the adolescent child was considered of above-average height compared to other teenagers his own age. The man had a gun pointed to whomever was on the roof of a certain building along with a sword held by his side defensively.

When bringing items into a thread during your intro post you are to add a spoiler saying all you are carrying.
You didn't do that so awaiting staff ruling if we should allow you to have them. Not to mention you don't have any ammo for your flint lock, and your weapon is empty.

Honestly I am asking for a ruling to void his post entirely so I can exit.

Your own post makes little sense as the action contradict each other. You can't keep watch of your surroundings while also watching Malik being escorted while at the same time being perfectly hidden/keeping out of sight, these statemens are contradictory to each other. Meaning that at some point there is a way for you to be seen. Keep your wording in mind.

Though I do also see issue with Shags posts. Within the last few posts, Spider has stated his movement using rooftops to move and remain hidden in. If Shagrath is deep within the the busy crowd, it seems somewhat strange that he can hear the carriage unless the crowd is silent. It also doesn't seem to make much sense that from this point he can see a hidden marine upon the rooftops as well as the entirety of the carriage. Because Spiders post has him on top of the rooftops and not lingering behind.

My viewing on this [which your capable of dropping me a pm to offer a dispute of your own] is that Shagrath would not be capable of noticing the look out marine, it honestly makes little sense on how this was done. What i suggest you both do is first actually look at the layout, your rping in a place that has a given setting look at it before jumping to manipulations and building spawning and so forth.

48 hours will be given to pm me your side/reasoning Shagrath on how/why you were able to easily spot the look out.
