The ashes of Lee's fires smoldered. He had smothered the fire and was ready to make his way further into the forest. However, before he could even take a step away, who else would show up but Wally. The look on his face was stunned at the sight of his fallen ally. He was rightfully shocked, nobody should expect a prisoner to have the strength to overpower a man of Vic's stature.

"So how the hell did you manage this one, twig?" Wally spat, trying to devalue whatever strength Lee had. Lee shrugged it off and drew his sword.

"I'll show you if you like. To be honest it'd probably be better I do that, even if I told you, you wouldn't believe me." Lee explained, though he wasn't sure exactly why he was being so level headed. He hated Wally, with every fiber of his being, but he was remarkably calm standing before him here, in a situation where he was sure he had the upper hand.

He wasn't overcome by arrogance, and he wasn't scared. He was calm in the face of the man because whatever power he had just discovered and his superior weapon meant that he'd have to be pretty stupid to lose this fight.

"Yeah? Tough words from someone of your frail frame." Wally smirked, bringing up his sword. Though he was using a sword Lee made himself. If he remembered correctly, it'd been a while since Wally had gotten a new sword. Which meant Lee's fresh, and damn near perfect, blade was going to cut right through it.

Lee didn't bother trying to convince Wally that he had the power to kill him with words, no instead he chose to take action. Without much warning, Lee brought his sword up and slashed through the air, sending another lash towards Wally just as he done to Vic. This time, however, he was aware of what he was doing, and aimed for the lash to cut through the man's jugular vein. The best he could do was take the man out now before there was a real conflict.

He should have known it wasn't going to be that easy. Wally brought his sword up and blocked the lash. He was a bit stunned by it, but he knew that it must have been some ancient sword technique. The cruel pirate had always just assumed these to be legends, but it appeared this twig had learned one of these ancient techniques while he was on board their ship, and he'd been hiding it. Hell, if they knew he was any real fighter, then they might have had him take a bigger role in their raids. Power like that could make taking over villages way easier.

Lee had no interest in helping his captors become rich, however. So if he had known about this power before, even just a day sooner, he'd have used it to slaughter every last one of those pirates on board that ship. He'd easily avenge his father and be able to get on with his life. Maybe that'd be too quick of an end for them, though. Lee would like for them to suffer as long as he did. He wasn't sure how to accurately recreate the torture he went through on board, but a swift death was too good for them. Too good for Wally. He was going to make this one last.

"Don't worry Wally. You're not going to die as easily as Vic here. No, you're a swordsman like me, so I want to really test my abilities. It's been a long time since I was able to use a sword with my hands unbound. Do you know how much easier this is than having chains around them? Might as well only have one dislocated arm." Lee lamented. He growled sadistically as he stepped forward, quickly closing the small gap between himself and Wally.

Not wanting to be on the defensive, Wally struck first. He swung his sword with both hands down towards the top of Lee's head. Lee stepped to the side, his teeth gritting, and brought his sword up, slicing through the blade of his opponent. It was a shoddy sword to begin with. He wasn't working out of his own volition, so what did it matter the quality? It was enough to make them accept the weapon, but not good enough that Lee would have wielded the sword himself, or even sold it for that matter.

There was no room for poor workmanship. It pained him to even see that imperfect blade and know that he'd forged it. He wanted to destroy it just as much as he wanted to destroy Wally.

As the severed blade clattered to the ground, Lee struck again. This time, his blade sliced through the man's forearm, leaving only a small sliver of skin and muscle holding the man's arm on. He'd have gone fore a clean cut, but the trauma of trying to place your arm back on when it's hanging like that, Wally deserved nothing less. They were a long way away from civilization, and Lee had no medical skills, nor the desire to assist the man. He was going to die soon, but not before Lee added insult to injury.

As he left, Lee stomped hard on the man's shoulder, hard enough to free it from it's socket, and render any resistance even more futile, and just as painful. He walked away from Wally, despite the pleas from the man to not let him die like that. He knew what he was doing, and Wally was getting off easy. Captain Illan, if they ever met again, would not be so lucky. Lee could promise that much.
