"The Royal Advisor"

The Royal Advisor Tristan have enter into the throne room as he bow graceful before the Emperor once he was close enough. As he bow he had spoke,"Your Majesty I have found an inventor that have amazing equipment that can benefit our kingdom greatly." Emperor Star had nodded his head in approval then replied,"I see a great Inventor huh? What is his name, and the type of things he have to offer."

Tristan had stood up fully so he could properly address the Emperor question as well as give the appropriate eye contact that was needed. The Royal Advisor had reply back, and said,"Your Majesty, His name is Birdie, and the type of equipment is vast for a better understanding I suggest we contact him your Majesty." Emperor Star had nodded in approval as he said,"Birdie I see well contact him asking for his equipment list, and prices please. Also be sure to include the royal seal of the island this letter need to reach him quickly Tristan." The Royal Advisor had nodded in approval as he bow gracefully as he flee the Throne Room seeking his office so he could write up the letter, and send it off through air mail.

The Letter would say," Dear Birdie,
I heard many tales of your vast knowledge, and equipment. So much that I am curious to know the type of gadgets you have, and prices these things cost. I'm looking to increase my military strength using unique equipment such as gadgets that you may own. If your deceives are crack up to what was rumored you will have great investor in you future."

After writing the letter he had tie it up to the bird, and send it off to the known address of Birdie hopefully a reply would come soon.

"The Reply"

It been but a couple of days since Tristan had send off the letter to Alabasta the known location of the "Black Market Sell Man". If these items didn't work he could track the inventor down, and handle it. But that wasn't currently the issue right now was awaiting the reply of the sell man name Birdie. He knew Emperor Star was an impatience man, and he didn't like to be keep waiting. The Royal Advisor was looking through his notes, and suddenly there was an tap at his window. As he turn to see what it was it was clearly the messengers bird returning with an letter strap to his legs. Tristan quickly open up the window as the bird came into the room landing directly on the desk awaiting to have the letter remove from it leg. It didn't take long but Tristan grab the letter as he made his way out the office door quickly forgetting about the bird that brought it. After all this was urge news his Majesty would need to heard.

It didn't take long for Emperor Star to be debrief, and decide his reply to the letter. He wasn't sure about this fellow his choices of words had made him sound like an devil . But that what you pay for when dealing with a guy such as him. The Royal Advisor Tristan had already send the letter off to Birdie with the order, and things of that nature.

The letter had said,"
Dear Birdie,

I am but a simple man in other words I'm an small fry compared to the grand scheme of things. But I have taken an interested in your items you have presented me. I am most impression in what you have to offer thus far. I am glad to hear that you take your business serious that means everything goes smoothly without a hitch. I pride myself on my time because it is important to me, and my citizens if there any need to set up shop contact me. As for my order it is the following:

"Mark them!" said Emperor Star he was currently at his personal vault located deep within his castle. He had several solider down there gathering the Beli for the transaction. Why would Emperor Star mark the Beli because he want to make sure his equipment's was functional, and not a rip off. That's exactly why he decide it would be best to mark the Beli just in case he needed a way to track down the Beli the inventor took from him. He haven't replied to Birdie yet because of his busy schedule but hopefully Birdie would understand that because he is a business man after all.

The Royal Advisor Tristan enter into the vault as he said,"Your Majesty how much longer until you reply?"Emperor Star had sigh then said[color=#6600cc]," Alight we can reply now. Tell him we are gathering the funds to reach the grand total the transaction will be complete upon a week from the response." Tristan had nodded in approval as he attempt to make his way out the vault he was stopped by Emperor who seems to appearance in a burst of speed just 3 feet in front of him . Emperor Star had said,"Oh yeah, and please change are Royal Seal too we don't want any forgery of false documents flowing around staining my good name or what left of it that is.." The Royal Advisor had nodded in approval as he left the vault room carefully.

It didn't take long for Tristan to reply Birdie using the same method as previous after this letter was send off he change the royal seal, and notify all kingdoms of this so nothing can come of this situation.

The letter had said,"
Dear Birdie,

I would like to apologize Birdie for the long wait for my reply I have though long, and hard about your asking price. Even though my resources is limited I have decide to accepted the offer you made me. I'm currently gathering the Beli of you asking price. A week or so from this letter your Beli will be send to you. I hope this transaction will be go smoothly until next time.

It didn't take long to mark all the Beli, and more importantly anyone who would use this Beli it would alert Emperor Star of it location. How the money was mark was unknown but it was known to Star, and a couple of bank organization.
