The life of a purveyor was one that lead one to only have allegiance in money and the one's that fed you. When one was no longer throwing out bread for you to eat off of, they no longer had use and were then disposable. It was your job as a purveyor to not only pick customers who could create a relationship with longevity, but to pick customers who could watch their own asses and had a head on their shoulders. It was too often Ondori had decent buyers get their heads lobbed off between meetings or get shook out of delving back into the Black Market, being tough just wasn't the job of the purveyors, but the buyers as well. With the equipment this man he was meeting up with now was buying, Ondori had a bit of hope that he'd be able to stick around for longer than normal and hopefully they could establish a long term symbiotic relationship.

Dressed for the snow Ondori had on black pants that were clasped closed below the knees to hug the rest of his leg down to his ankles where all black shoes covered his feet. On his torso he was clad in a stormy gray chinese kung-fu gi that had a black length of cloth strung around his waist to keep his two swords strung to his hip. Over top this layer was a dull green long trench coat like jacket. The zipper was undone so he could reach his swords should he need to, but the fur lined hood was on his head.

With him he had the rest of his crew, five stayed back to watch the ship, but that still left him with ten randoms and his right hand man Bato. Each also dressed for the snow and cold, they stopped at the foot of the town. Ondori didn't imagine that such a densely populated town would be in a place with weather that he deemed as shitty and troublesome. He had already slipped in a bit of slush just on the short journey from the dock to the end of it. "I hope this guy doesn't think I'm ever coming back here to do business with him." Bato chuckled before the group pressed on. Ondori could see a large estate beyond the town due to Minion Island being riddled with hills. "Lets just be happy that your bounty is far below the average here in the North Blue." Ondori sneezed and nodded. "Yeah, so hopefully these shitheads won't give us any problems. We should be in and out anyways, you got the stuff right?" Ondori looked back at Bato, the duffle bag with the goods in his grasp. "Then lets make this quick."

Ondori and his group would arrive at the estate in due time and arrive looking for the one known as "Slasher" as dubbed in the letter he received. Business would be done with all of Ondori's associates present or it wouldn't be done at all, given he was made to come all the way out to the North Blue instead of the South like planned.

To say Asher had trust issues would be an understatement. His wife and daughter were home, in their castle which wasn't too adjacent from this one for that matter. This castle was created as a decoy by the original owners of Asher's castle as a means to throw off people who meant to do them harm. Asher being the person he was wanted to give his enemies and friends the same level of trust, see who could be more trusted with knowledge.

"Sir Kringle, your guest are here" said one of Asher's men as he sipped his sake from his glass. He placed the drink down as he acknowledged his soldiers information. "Thank you soldier" said Asher before he walked towards the room where he did most of his business. There was an extremely large and long table which was marble and simply gorgeous. There was Asher who sat and waited for his partner to arrive so they could talk business amonst other things.

As for who was letting in his partner? One of his soldiers. When the door opened the partner of Asher was going to see a sea of soldiers wearing all black suits with blue mask. They were lined up and for some odd reason they were slightly inviting.

Ondori's skin crawled at the sight of the masked men and he could feel some of his men have a similar response. Something about them though they were inviting was just repulsive and made him uneasy. Entering the estate, he and his associates were lead to the chamber where his client did business. The whole time he was being escorted he was on his guard and digesting the appearance of the castle. To say his new customer had money would be an understatement and though milking him for all he could did cross Ondori's mind, he figured doing such a thing during their first formal appointment would be distasteful.

Entering the long table room, he saw "Slasher" was already seated and Ondori took a seat on the opposite end. His associates filled up the tables in between, though Bato stood right beside Ondori on his right side, duffle bag in hand. "I have the collars, I have the collars and I have the time bombs. I have another version of the collars in the works, but that can be discussed at a later time via letters if you're interested I suppose." He motioned his head towards Bato who set the duffle bag on the table and unzipped it, carefully pulling out the contents. There were three time bombs, one remote control trigger, and a sheet of paper that were the instructions to operate them, then there were the two collars and the remote control for those and the instructions for operating them as well. The only thing left out was the code to unlock the collars should the slave want to be released or for whatever reason and Ondori being the only one with this code was noted in the instructions as well. "Given this is our first formal rendezvous, we offer all of this to you at the shallow price of one and a half million beli." Ondori's posture in the chair was rather poor, leaning on one side with his elbow propped up on the arm, his head resting in his hand. While Bato spoke, his eyes were on his client the whole time ensuring nothing fishy was going on. He doubted anything would go down though, given he had a nice amount of explosives with him that could take out the room if even one went off from the combined yield.

As his partner made his way in the room Asher noticed he came with his crew. That was something Asher wasn't quite fond of. He did notice something else though, the man to the right of his partner wasn't with them in their first two meetings. He looked like an interesting fellow, he even gave Asher a couple of ideas for future meetings between the two. It was then his partner started to speak that Asher had finally grown interested.

He began to tell Asher that he had the collars and the bombs which is exactly what Asher wanted to hear. It was then his partner's right hand man placed a dufflebag on the table to which Asher motioned at one of his own men to go through the confines of the unzipped bag on the table. The paper in the bag was passed to Asher. He began to read it and noted the lack of the code on the paper.

The right hand of his partner began to speak and set the price for all of their equipment to which Asher signaled with his right hand and one of his men went and grabbed a dufflebag of their own which contained the funds. Asher smiled though as he held off on handing the bag over "So, the codes" he would say with his hands intertwined resting his face on them.

Ondori's fram slowly moved from his left sided slouch to a position further back in his chair, a childish smile like when they met before, materialized on his face. "The codes stay in here." He lightly tapped his right index finger against his right temple a few times. "It ensures should you need someone to be released my services would be needed again and ensures that should someone valuable to me be held captive by one of my own inventions I can free them." As he spoke he stretched, pushed his chair back, and stood up, all the while his eyes on Asher. "If you don't have anymore questions we'll be hitting the waters now." The rest of his men would wait for Asher's word. Should he still have something to say they'd remain seated, should he be done, they too would rise and follow their leader out the estate after one of them retrieved their payment.

Asher knew where this was going to go. Either he wasn't going to be granted the codes or his partner wanted more money for them. As he smiled he said where the codes were and pointed to his temple. His reasoning was actually quite valid given the type of person Asher was. "Smart man" said Asher as he smiled himself. He would stand and look at his partner and his men "You're free. Nice doing business with you. Also... Keep the explosions down in Illusia. My sister is there." joked Asher.

Ondori smiled nodded at his client with a chuckle. His demeanor had instantly changed from businessman to free lancer with his clients comment. "Nice to know my name has wings." Letting his gaze sweep the general area his crew was at and they stood. One grabbing the money, they passed it up to Bato who gave a look to Ondori. "Just shuffle your hand through it and make sure it's all money." It wasn't said necessarily quiet or loud, so one of Asher's people or Asher himself could or could not hear it, it was just said. Bato found the behavior a bit odd given Ondori usually counted the money up front in front of his clients before he or they left. Exiting the estate back in the cold, Ondori wrapped his arms around himself. "Fuck I hate this place."

Walking through the town the general chatter of his associates kept the walk lively. They already had work waiting for them back in the South Blue. "It's all beli notes, but why not count it all?" They were now upon the boat preparing to set sail, Ondori's eyes out on the port town of the island. "I trust him as a business man, something we sorta established when we met on Yotsuba." Bato nodded and looked down at the bag. "Well as your right hand man I'm going to make sure you're not putting your trust in the wrong people. I'll be below the deck if you need me." Ondori chuckled and nodded. "Appreciate it."
