Primary Skill Set Name:Purple Reign
Skill Set Stat: Devil Fruit(Doku Doku no mi)
Skill Set Information:

This fruit's major strength is that it grants the user the ability to produce and control various types of poison. The types of poison they can produce can vary in strength and forms, which can be as simple as breathing out minor poison gas, or as complex as being concentrated and corrosive indigo-colored liquid produced directly out of their own body. Having a body that is completely covered in poison at will, any person who touches the user will be poisoned. The fruit also grants the user complete immunity from poison as well. The user appears to have full control of any poison they release, whether it be in liquid, gaseous form, powdered, or crystallized.

If a victim is affected by just one type of poison produced by the user, it can usually be easily cured, given the right antidote. However, if they suffer an accumulation of different types of poison at the same time, producing an appropriate antidote becomes more difficult, if not impossible. Any rash attempts to cure such ailments can hasten the death of the victim.

Fire has neutralizing effects against the liquid poison the user produces. Another weakness is that while the user is immune to poison, if he consumes it, he gets diarrhea that usually has him confined to the bathroom for most of the day. Certain non-organic materials, such as Mr. 3's wax, are resistant to most of the poisons the user produces. The special Kinjite poison that the user can produce, however, is so potent that it is able to bypass the wax and even through stone, meaning it is possibly acidic as well. This also going for the one of the user's most potent poisons.

Some people can also be cured if the body's natural strength is pushed. In cases where the victim has survived the poison, either by sheer luck or by being put through an accelerated healing process, they may develop antibodies that makes them resistant to further poisoning, from the poison that had been used on them. The large amount of poison created makes the user a threat to their own allies, even nearby bystanders can start suffocating on the user's toxic breath if the user is careless with their abilities. Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weakness.

Passive:
Leany Fiend-Derous, almost instantly, 'sweats' a large amount of poison, forming a layer of liquid poison over his entire body, this including his clothing. This poison forms a protective barrier from all basic strikes(Basic strikes be attacks that aren't skills), added to that any person who touches the user will be poisoned. This poison have the same effects as his Hydra. Only the numbing properties. Stamina Cost is 5.

Pestilence-Derous can also can let out an odor a extremely strong poison that comes from his pores. This clear gas goes in all directions for up to 30m, and for the price of stamina it can be increased. The price being 10 stamina for 10 meters. This particular poison has one functions and that is to repel, or intimidate. The repelling poison isn't deadly at all; the smell to humans is that of a rotting corpse; to the wild beasts of the world though it is a bit more of a warning, warning that Derous isn't something they can eat or should go near. This makes creatures the same tier and below go out of their way to avoid Derous, this doesn't mean they won't do anything if attacked by Derous. The Cost is 5 stamina for every three posts, though if the range is increased the price is also increased by 5. Can't be used in conjunction with other skills.

Skill Strengths:
-Immune to Poison
-Can use more than one type of poison at a time
-The heat and acidity produced by his liquid poison makes it unable to be frozen

Skill Weaknesses:
-Fire has neutralizing effect against the liquid poison the user produces
-Most abilities harm allies as well as foes.
-The user is immune to poison but, if he consumes it, he gets diarrhea that usually has him confined to the bathroom for most of the day.

Notes:
-Derous also uses his skill with Marital arts in conjunction with his Devil Fruit abilities.
-For liquid poison it must removed or it will still do harm.
-Derous can absorb his poison back into himself. This is just used if he wants to get rid of his poison in a area, does nothing else.
-Passives move at the speed of I
-For Leany Fiend it only works on equal tiered basic strikes relative to character tier. After three strikes, hitting the same spot, in the same post the shield is bypassed.

Hipster Chart:
Tier 1:The tip of the iceberg, skills of this Tier are the weakest skills can get. Wood may be destroyed with relative ease, weaker materials such as copper, aluminum, etc. often fall easily as well, though this may require more usage of skills of this Tier; stone may be destroyed with sufficient effort, whilst Iron is subject to denting, albeit not to a high degree.

Tier 2: Even though still at the bottom of the power spectrum, Skills at this Tier still show a moderate improvement in power. Advancing from the former Tier, Stone no longer requires much effort to destroy with skills, and crumbles with ease if the circumstances call for it; Iron dents rather heavily at this level, almost to the point of breaking.

Tier 3: This particular Tier is where skills are considered to be fairly potent, by many, and is where they become taken much more seriously in battle. It wouldn't be an oddity to see skills capable of destroying Iron completely. Not only this, but they also begin to affect Steel, bending it to some degree.

Tier 4: Advancing to an even higher level of destruction, skills of this Tier can affect Steel to the point of destroying it completely. While this may not occur instantaneously, it is still quite possible to accomplish this feat.

Tier 5: As to be expected from this being the second to last level of power, skills are expected to pack quite the punch. Steel can be destroyed with little to no effort. More significantly, one of the strongest materials to ever grace the Universe, diamond, may be affected by skills of this level, and over time, be worn out and destroyed.

Tier 6: This is the absolute pique one could reach when it comes to skill use. The destruction of diamond is all but a problem for skills of this Tier. Even feats such as island destruction become subject of topic here, and not only that, the legendary material of Seastone becomes all but indestructible. While skills of this Tier may not always be capable of accomplishing such in a single use, the mere idea that it's even a possibility is frightening in itself. Excluding Seastone.

Tier 1 Skill Description:

Tier 1 Skill Name: Codeine Crazy
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 1 Skill Range: Touch
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 3 & Instant
Tier 1 Skill Description: Derous will first coat his whole hands, or just a finger, with a dark poison. This poison is one of the few that isn't used to kill someone but rather assist them. So, after making kin contact with someone he will transfer a poison virus into their system. This virus doesn't attack the person but rather any poisons, Tier 2 and lower, that Derous creates. And somewhat immunity to other poisons, though the person will suffer just a bit. The area touched having a dark mark, depending on how much Derous touched them, that burns for one post.

Tier 1 Skill Name:Dirty Sprite
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 1 Skill Range:Coated weapon
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration:5 & 4
Tier 1 Skill Description: Derous simply emits a large amount of poison from his hands in order to coat an ally's attack to increase it's power. The poison won't corrode the weapon it's coating as it is only bad for organic things. As if it makes skin contact, as it can be absorbed through the skin, acts as a paralyzing agent. Causing the body part struck to be numb two posts.

Tier 1 Skill Name: Bubbly
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit & Hand to Hand
Tier 1 Skill Range:Touch
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 3 & Instant
Tier 1 Skill Description: Derous hits precise spots on the target's body, robbing them of their mobility without inflicting any real damage. He has been seen attacking with his fists, palms, fingers and elbows. Robbing them of their mobility isn't from his Martial Arts skill solely but from the clear poison he coats whatever he is using to strike. The poison is able to go through most fabric and can be absorbed by the skin. The poison is a fast acting paralyzing agent that numbs the hit areas for one post.

Tier 2:

Speed: II

Tier 2 Skill Name:Sauca Toolz
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range: Varies [Largest being 15m]
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 6 & 3
Tier 2 Skill Description: Simply secreting a desired amount of poison from any part of his body in a liquid form the user will then mold it into a desired object. The objects aren't complex as but are rather simple tools. Ranging from a fork to dine with, rope, or even a raft, which is able to float. The objects usually don't hold any offensive capabilities as this is mainly a supplementary technique. Though, since this tools are made of poison they can be harmful to those not immune. The effects aren't anything too outlandish. If skin contact is made the individual(s) nauseas and suffer from lost in coordination; this being as long as they are in contact with the poison object, whatever it may be.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Night Night
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range:20m
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:7 & 6
Tier 2 Skill Description:Simply opening his mouth, either all the way or just a little, Derous would begin to expel a poisonous gas from his mouth. This gas though isn't deadly and doesn't have a repulsive odor; but rather the aroma is sweat and appealing, like cherries or almonds. Exposure to the gas, on the first post, will having you feeling all drowsy. The individual(s) are unsteady on their feet and could possible trip over, avoidable, things. Speed takes a big hit here, the individual(s) moving a half tier slower. If you are within the gas for another post their eyes will get heavy. The individual(s) will begin to see double at times and not able to even make out the facial expression of someone just a few feet away from you. Finally, after three posts of being exposure to the smoke the individual(s) pass out. The inflicted individual(s) are rendered immobilized for one post. The gas has a noticeable red-violet tint to it.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Doku Gumo
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range:20m
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:7 & 6
Tier 2 Skill Description:Breathing out large amounts of his poisonous breath, the user creates a fog-like cover in an area. This poisonous fog not only blurs the sight of any opponent caught within in, but also slowly weakens them as well, by gradually robbing away their strength, eyesight, and hearing. This attack's name contains a pun since Gumo can also mean "Spider" and when first released the shape of the cloud resembles a spider. The first things to go, on the first post, is the strength of the target(s); meaning they are a half tier slower. On the second post they will begin to lose their hearing, and be barely able to make out what someone says to them. And finally their eyesight will become distorted. The gas is a medium purple. The effects last for the rest of the duration, if still exposed to the gas. If the individual(s) is out of the range, after already being effecting, the effects only last one post.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Cure
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range: Orally taken
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & instant
Tier 2 Skill Description: Sometimes Derous doesn't want his poison to kill someone, so he has to cure them of it. So by busting a nut or kissing someone in the mouth he can transfer a poison that attacks other poisons and not the body of someone. This poison works up to any Tier 3 poison Derous' created. Giving the person somewhat of a immunity. This immunity can be kept for only four posts, and if the same poison is used on them they will need the cure once more.

Tier 3:

Spoiler:
Doku Doku no mi (Done) Latest?cb=20130425103914
Mode Name:Trippy Hydra
Mode Type: Skill Set
Mode Tier: 3
Skill Set Derived From: Doku Doku No mi
Perks: The user is also covered in the poison and this serves as great protection. Physically attacks, that can deal T2 damage, are nullified as the simply slip off of the Doku User. For the attacker to be inflicted by the poison skin contact must be made.

Mode Description: After, almost instantly, producing vast amounts of liquid poison from his body, the user is able to manipulate it in the form of a three-headed dragon. It can even separate itself from the user to pursue escaping foes. When separated the Dragon moves one tier slower and travels only up to 30m, the Dragon can't change targets after being launched out.

Alternatively, he would produce a dragon head of liquid poison from his arm which would extend to attack a single opponent. With this creature, the user is able to engulf any opponent in deadly poison. The level of toxicity is so overwhelming that it actually causes the unfortunate victim to dissolve, this taking just five posts. The poison acts on the nervous system, paralyzing the victim and making them suffer excruciating pain until they die, lowering their speed by a whole tier, on contact.

Fire seems to neutralize the liquid the Hydra is made of and prevents it a bit from completely reforming; that though doesn't mean it stops it's effects. Should one of its heads be burned, it does not completely recover even when the user retracts the creature back into his body. This concept is similar to weakness of the mythological Hydra for which the technique is named after. While the Hydra could regrow a severed head, it could not if the base of the head was burned.

Three heads also isn't the limit of heads the user can create, as a total of six can be created. Only four can be maintained at one time. For each new additional head a price of 15 stamina needs to be paid. The Heads, as well as bodies, are six meters wide and can be controlled up to 20meters.

Tier 3 Skill Name:Hydra Wave
Tier 3 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 3 Skill Range:30m
Tier 3 Skill Cooldown&Duration:8 & 1
Tier 3 Skill Description: Using one of the heads of his Trippy Hydra the user will send out a massive wave at his target(s). The wave though first starts as the Hydra head, and body, heading toward it's target(s) and opening it's jaws and then biting down. The Wave, if there isn't anything in the way, can travel outward for a grand total of thirty meters. The amount of poison pumped into this single Hydra is stronger than the others, so the effects are quicker to take place. The target(s) will suffer for a total of three whole post before ultimately succumbing, reducing their speed by two whole tiers. The wave is also powerful to send, those lower than the attacks tier, back with it.  Only way to get rid of this poison is having the antidote used before the three posts. On the fourth post they fucking die.

Tier 3 Skill Name:Venom Road
Tier 3 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 3 Skill Range:30m
Tier 3 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & Instant
Tier 3 Skill Description: While producing his Hydra, the user completely engulfs themselves in the liquid poison. While engulfed, the User quickly travels within one of his Hydra's necks and out of its mouth to where he would want to go. The user can also used this for vertical travel as well. The User moves one tier higher while doing this.

Tier 4:

Tier 4 Skill Name:Poison Gun
Tier 4 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 4 Skill Range:20m
Tier 4 Skill Cooldown&Duration:7 & 6
Tier 4 Skill Description: Pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at an opponent like guns; the user coats his fingertips, or just whole hands, in a deadly poison and shoots them as if his hand was a gun. This extremely corrosive poison that spreads on contact. The liquid has the ability to corrode anything that he comes into contact with, it taking a whole post if the item or thing he is melting is made of steal.

Tier 4 Skill Name: Suck my Cock
Tier 4 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 4 Skill Range: Close Wink
Tier 4 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 8 & 1
Tier 4 Skill Description: If Derous, in anyway, exchanges bodily fluids with another they will be giving a special poison. The poison doesn't kill but it does something way worse to the individual(s). As the poison becomes something of a "addiction" with guaranteed dependency. And this means that they will always want his poison, regardless of what type. The first way to be cured of this is to exchanged fluids with Derous once again, but via kissing or intercourse. The only other way is to have someone, a Scientist, make an antidote. Fresh blood from Derous is needed to create this antidote.

Tier 4 Skill Name:Deadly touch
Tier 4 Skill Type:Devil Fruit
Tier 4 Skill Range:Touch
Tier 4 Skill Cooldown&Duration:7 & 7
Tier 4 Skill Description: The user coats themselves in a extremely acidic poisonous liquid that has the ability to melt anything that he comes into contact with, it taking a whole post if the item or thing he is melting is made of steal. Also, he doesn't have to fully cover his whole body in this poison as he could, if he wanted, pick a individual body part or just a few of them.

Mode Name:Venom Demon: Jigoku no Shinpan

Mode Tier: 5
Skill Set Derived From: Doku Doku no mi
Perks: The user is also covered in the poison and this serves as great protection. Physically attacks, that can deal T4 damage, are nullified as the simply slip off of the Doku User.

Mode Description: The user produces an enormous amount of liquid poison, that he calls Kinjite (禁じ手 Kinjite?, literally meaning "Forbidden Hand"), and, from it, he forms into a massive forms into a massive devil-like entity. The size of the devil-like entity starts at 60 meters but the longer it's kept out the size, due to more poison being pumped into it constantly, gradually increases it. Increasing by ten meters every two posts. The color of this poison liquid is crimson-colored and releases a noxious smoke to go along with it; this smoke makes those, that inhale it, drop two tiers in speed. The poison made from Hell's Judgment is so toxic that it affects even non-organic objects, with the poison spreading like a disease over everything that makes contact with it, even if not directly, and seems to kill the afflicted victims right away once the infection spreads all the way throughout the body. Taking one post to eat away at their skin. Another post to eat away at their muscles and Tendons. And finally everything else, since the target will be dead usually, will be just a pile of bone and goop.

Obviously, those effects are only what happens if the target doesn't have any real protection. And depending on the type of protection the damage either can be lessened or even negated.

Speed: II

Tier 2 Skill Name:Chloro Ball
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range: 20m how big is the gas cloud
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration: needs a cooldownUpkeep
Tier 2 Skill Description: After chewing and blowing up some of his poison like bubble gum, the user spits the bubble at high speed towards an enemy. Upon impact, the bubble explodes and releases a cloud of poison gas. The gas acts like tear gas and causes severe sneezing, and immobilizes the enemy and anyone else near the vicinity. The name comes from chlorobenzalmalononitrile, or CS tear gas. for how long, none of ur poisons will be upkeep, that doesn't make sense because it's not like they can feed off chakra or some power source like in naruto. once they are out of/out ur body u have no control over their duration, they all need predetermined duration of effects.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Shake Shake
Tier 2 Skill Type: Fighting Stat(s) Involved
Tier 2 Skill Range:5m
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & 3
Tier 2 Skill Description:This is the only poison Derous creates that isn't a liquid or gas, but rather a powder. His hands, or whatever desired body part, Yellowish-white amorphous powder that if you tasted would have an intensely bitter taste. Though, the range of this attack is probably the lowest of his other skills it is still highly lethal. How Derous spread it though is either via touch or shaking his hand to spread it through the air. avoiding inhalation, ingestion and skin contact is a must. This alkaloid is percutaneous - it can be absorbed through the skin. The immediate symptoms  begin within a few minutes(One post), though they may be delayed an hour or so(If treated). There is first numbing and tingling of the face and mouth that later spreads to the entire body, this giving a .5 decrease to speed each post. Vomiting usually, but not always, occurs the same post. There is dizziness, muscular weakness, loss of speech, cardiac irregularities, and finally heart failure. Large doses(If Derous hold you with the part with the poison for two posts) may cause quick death by shock, but death usually occurs between 8 minutes to 4 hours after ingestion. The other symptoms before Heart Failure take place on the second post, and Heart failure takes place on the third. This is a tier 2 skill and u wanna drive people to cardiac arrest. I know ur trying to do ur thing, but this is bs.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Cancer bro
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range:Touch
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & Till cured or Death
Tier 2 Skill Description: The poison, at first, is a colorless liquid that Derous coats his hands, or any body part, in. Once he touches someone though and the liquid no longer is in contact with him it will harden and turn into a strand colorless crystals. This taking a whole post to happen. The crystals have a extreme toxicity and carcinogenic nature. Though it is deadly it is a poison that takes it time to kill it's foe. When it first turns into a strand of crystals the inflicted target(s) will suffer a loss of appetite and a weakness in the limbs, .5 each post to their speed. There aren't any other symptoms shown as on their fifth post, if not already dead, will die of  hemorrhage and necrosis of the liver and engorgement of the kidneys. There are many ways to not die though. First would to be is get rid of the substance when it is first put on you, as it isn't lethal or harmful at all in that stage. Second would be removing the inflicted body part the crystal form on before it spread through your body. As it takes a full five posts to kill. Or you can have a cured be made, but any contact with the crystals without proper protection will spread it.  same correction as above snoop

Tier 2 Skill Name:Cure
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range: Orally taken
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & instant
Tier 2 Skill Description: Sometimes Derous doesn't want his poison to kill someone, so he has to cure them of it. So by busting a nut or kissing someone in the mouth he can transfer a poison that attacks other poisons and not the body of someone. This poison works up to any poison Derous' created. Giving the person somewhat of a immunity. This immunity can be kept for only four posts, and if the same poison is used on them they will need the cure once more.

i'm not grading any further. use your head and nerf ur shit. if u don't think someone should be causing heart attacks and shit at t2, then y should u. look over ur own t3 skills and fix em.

Tier 3:

Speed: III

Tier 3 Skill Name:No way out
Tier 3 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 3 Skill Range:Depends[ But no bigger than 30m]
Tier 3 Skill Cooldown&Duration:8 & Instant
Tier 3 Skill Description: Derous will first coat himself or a arm with poison and firing it outward. This isn't really used to attack someone directly but rather used to close off exist by covering them with highly toxic and corrosive poison. Someone could go through it but usually that person comes out the other side just a pile of bones, or close to it. This isn't absolute though a with the proper protection or the right abilities you can get through it. Examples could be someone freezing the poison and just breaking or simply sucking it away, like Black Beard had done with the Yami fruit. Setting it ablaze also is a way to get rid of it but doing that makes the poison let out a deadly toxic gas.

Tier 3 Skill Name:Doku Fugu
Tier 3 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 3 Skill Range:30m
Tier 3 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & 6
Tier 3 Skill Description: Taking a deep breath, the user inflates his body slightly in order to withstand a physical blow. This is apparently strong enough to withstand against a Gear Second attack. While in this stance, the user can blow poisonous liquid bubbles with similar properties to the Hydra. This technique is named after the Poison Blowfish and its defensive ability against predators. Its principle is similar to Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Fusen technique. The name of this attack is a pun as "Fugu" has different meanings as "emergency" or "deformation" as well as "pufferfish". The poison is highly corrosive.

Tier 3 Skill Name:Doku Gumo
Tier 3 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 3 Skill Range:30m
Tier 3 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & 6
Tier 3 Skill Description: Breathing out large amounts of his poisonous breath, the user creates a fog-like cover in an area.

Tier 4 Skill Name:Trippy Hydra
Tier 4 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 4 Skill Range:40m
Tier 4 Skill Cooldown&Duration:8 & Upkeep
Tier 4 Skill Description: After, almost instantly, producing vast amounts of liquid poison from his body, the user is able manipulate it in the form of a three-headed dragon. It seems that it can even separate itself from the user to pursue escaping foes. Alternatively, he would produce a dragon head of liquid poison from his arm which would extend to attack a single opponent. With this creature, the user is able to engulf any opponent in deadly poison. The level of toxicity is so overwhelming that it actually causes the unfortunate victim to dissolve, this taking just two posts. The poison acts on the nervous system, paralyzing the victim and making them suffer excruciating pain until they die, lowering their speed by a whole tier. Fire seems to neutralize the liquid the Hydra is made of and prevents it a bit from completely reforming. Should one of its heads be burned, it does not completely recover even when the user retracts the creature back into his body. This concept is similar to weakness of the mythological Hydra for which the technique is named after. While the Hydra could regrow a severed head, it could not if the base of the head was burned. Three heads also isn't the limit of heads the user can create, as it is endless. Albeit For each new additional head a price of 10 stamina needs to be paid. The user is also covered in the poison.

Doku Doku no mi (Done) OeHMI
Tier 4 Skill Name:Hell Poison
Tier 4 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 4 Skill Range:40m
Tier 4 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 8 & 8
Tier 4 Skill Description: Derous would inhale and then exhale a large quantity of powerful poison when he wishes to destroy his foe entirely. He usually use it when many lifeforms are around him, and he needs to take them all out quickly. The poison itself is a chemical made by Derous by rapidly vaporizing his body's waste products and has a similar composition to volcanic gas. As well as being deadly when inhaled the poison is highly corrosive, even flammable and explosive. Even just a match is able to cause this gas to explode in a fiery mess, taking out anyone with it and maybe even the user. The explosive damage could probably be compared to a Napalm bomb. The gas is extremely thick and even the user can't see through it.

Tier 5 Skill Description:  The user produces an enormous amount of liquid poison, that he calls Kinjite (禁じ手 Kinjite?, literally meaning "Forbidden Hand"), and, from it, he forms into a massive an emaciated traditional Japanese ghost with stringy black hair and an empty, void-like mouth and eyes. The color of his intimidation aura is purp that mimics his every movement, with its head and hands resemble those of the user. The size of the devil-like entity starts at 50 meters but the longer it's kept out the size, due to more poison being pumped into, gradually increases. Increasing by ten meters every two posts. The color of this poison liquid is a light purple or white and releases a dark purple noxious smoke to go along with it; this smoke makes those that drop two tiers in speed. The poison made from Hell's Judgment is so toxic that it affects even non-organic objects, with the poison spreading like a disease over everything that makes contact with it, even if not directly, and seems to kill the afflicted victims right away once the infection spreads all the way throughout the body. Taking one post to eat away at their skin, muscles, and organs. And another post to turn their bones into nothing but bone.

Okay, I tried man. Oh and the only reason I put upkeep is because I thought I would constantly be pumping out poison, but I got rid of that. I do think we might need to work on a few things still though. :/

Passive:
Leany Fiend-Derous, almost instantly, 'sweats' a large amount of poison, forming a layer of liquid poison over his entire body. This poison forms a protective barrier from all basic strikes, any person who touches the user will be poisoned. Define a "basic strike"

Pestilence-Derous can also can let out an odor a extremely strong poison that comes from his pores. This clear gas goes in all directions for up to 60m, and for the price of stamina it can be increased. The price being 10 stamina for 5 meters. This particular poison has one functions and that is to repel, or intimidate. The repelling poison isn't deadly though the smell to humans is that of a rotting corpse; to the wild beasts of the world though it is a bit more of a warning, warning that Derous isn't something they can eat or should go near. This makes creatures the same tier and below go out of their way to avoid Derous, this doesn't mean they won't do anything if attack by Derous. The Cost is 3 stamina for every three posts, though if the range is increased the price is also increased by 5. Put a chart here with 60 being somewhere in the middle. Also explain its effects on the body by tier.

Skill Strengths:
-Immune to Poison
-Can use more than one type of poison at a time

Skill Weaknesses:
-Fire has neutralizing effect against the liquid poison the user produces
-Most abilities harm allies as well as foes.

Notes:
-Derous also uses his skill with Marital arts in conjunction with his Devil Fruit abilities.
-For liquid poison it must remove or it will still do harm.
-Derous can absorb his poison back into himself.

Tier 1:

Speed: II

Tier 1 Skill Name:Drip And Sip
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 1 Skill Range:Close Wink
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 4 & 1
Tier 1 Skill Description: If Derous, in anyway, exchanges bodily fluids with another they will be giving a special poison.

Tier 1 Skill Name:Sizzurp
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 1 Skill Range: Self
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 6 & Instant
Tier 1 Skill Description: The user release a highly acidic poison from all of his body to release himself from being restrained; though he could select certain parts to be only covered. This is to burn someone holding him or burning through rope. The poison can also burn through iron or other metals, if exposed to it long enough. Four posts for Iron, Five for others. Obviously this doesn't work on Seastone.

Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration:4 & 4
Tier 1 Skill Description: Derous simply emits a large amount of poison from his hands in order to coat an ally's attack to increase it's power. The poison won't corrode the weapon it's coating as it is only bad for organic things. As if it makes skin contact, as it can be absorbed through the skin, acts as a paralyzing agent. Causing the body part struck to be numb and unresponsive for two posts.

The poison is a fast acting paralyzing agent that numbs the hit areas for two posts.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Chloro Ball
Tier 2 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 2 Skill Range: 15m [The gas cloud goes out in all directions for 15m]

Upon impact, the bubble explodes and releases a cloud of poison gas. The gas acts like tear gas and causes severe sneezing, and immobilizes the enemy and anyone else near the vicinity. The name comes from chlorobenzalmalononitrile, or CS tear gas.

Tier 2 Skill Name:Night night
Tier 2 Skill Type: Fighting Stat(s) Involved
Tier 2 Skill Range:20m
Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration:7 & 6
Tier 2 Skill Description:Simply opening his mouth, either all the way or just a little, Derous would begin to expel a poisonous gas from his mouth. This gas though isn't deadly and doesn't have a repulsive odor; but rather the aroma is sweat and appealing, like cherries or almonds. Exposure to the gas, on the first post, will having you feeling all drowsy. The individual(s) are unsteady on their feet and could possible trip over, avoidable, things. Speed takes a big hit here, the individual(s) moving one tier slower. If you are within the gas for another post their eyes may get heavy. The individual(s) will begin to see double at times and not able to even make out the facial expression of someone just a few feet away from you. Finally, after three posts of being exposure to the smoke the individual(s) pass out. The inflicted individual(s) are rendered immobilized for five posts. The gas has a faint purple tint to it.

The first things to go, one the first post, is the strength of the target(s). On the second post they will begin to lose their hearing, and be barely able to make out what someone says to them. And finally their eyesight will become distorted.

Skill Set Derived From: Doku Doku No mi ._.
Perks: The user is also covered in the poison and this serves as great protection. Basic attacks and even physical based skills, up to Tier 3, have no effect whatsoever on the User; and hitting him will poison the attacker.

Mode Description: After, almost instantly, producing vast amounts of liquid poison from his body, the user is able to manipulate it in the form of a three-headed dragon. It can even separate itself from the user to pursue escaping foes. Alternatively, he would produce a dragon head of liquid poison from his arm which would extend to attack a single opponent. Fire seems to neutralize the liquid the Hydra is made of and prevents it a bit from completely reforming; that though doesn't mean it stops it's effects. Should one of its heads be burned, it does not completely recover even when the user retracts the creature back into his body.

This gas is faint yellow tinted gas  has a "mustardy" odor, though you could compare its smell to that of garlic, horseradish or sulfur. Coming into contact with this poisonous gas causes severe burning of the skin, eyes and respiratory tract. It can be absorbed into the body through inhalation, ingestion or by coming into contact with the skin or eyes. The gas is a vesicant, or blister-agent, causing redness and itching of the skin that results in yellow, pus-filled blisters. This taking place on the first post of exposure. This gas also strips away the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose and respiratory tract, causing victims to experience irritation of the eyes, temporary blindness, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath and sinus pain. This taking place on the second post of exposure. The digestive tract is also affected, resulting in abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever and vomiting. This gas doesn't have true killing potential but it can leave victims, and that isn't it's purpose. It is used to disfigure victims. Blindness only last for two posts, but if the exposure to the gas is longer(4 posts) the victims are permanently blind.

Passive:
Leany Fiend-Derous, almost instantly, 'sweats' a large amount of poison, forming a layer of liquid poison over his entire body. This poison forms a protective barrier from all basic strikes, any person who touches the user will be poisoned. Define a "basic strike" Ugh, basic strikes as in like someone just punching him without a skill.

So you want to me make a complicated passive, ight.

I changed the passive a bit. Cut the range by half increased the stamina cost a bit and whatnot. I didn't add any other effects as that might be doing to much, for a passive, and it isn't to be used other than to intimidate.

Pestilence
- Sure, as long as it is not to be used in combination with other techniques.

Derous can absorb his poison back into himself.
- Does this have any other effect?

Even feats such as island destruction become subject of topic here, and not only that, the legendary material of Seastone becomes all but indestructible.
- Seastone is not to be destroyed by devil fruit users.

Sizzup
- This is fine if you describe that it doesn't injure humans, and only materials like the ones you described.

Chloro Ball
The gas acts like tear gas and causes severe sneezing, and immobilizes the enemy and anyone else near the vicinity. The name comes from chlorobenzalmalononitrile, or CS tear gas.

mm

The inflicted individual(s) are rendered immobilized for five posts.

mm2

Tier 3, have no effect whatsoever on the User; and hitting him will poison the attacker.
- Reduce this to physical attacks that normally inflict T2 damage. Poisoning won't work unless the strike was dealt with direct contact with the skin.

It can even separate itself from the user to pursue escaping foes
- Give this a range, speed, etc.

Three heads also isn't the limit of heads the user can create, as it is endless.
- Yeah no, maximum of 6 heads in total, since you spawn with 3 you can create 3 more. Can only have 4 up at the same time.

The amount of poison pumped into this single Hydra is stronger than the others, so the effects are quicker to take place.
- What effects?

Mustard
- DENIED

cosby

Hell Poison
- You'd extremely easily kill yourself with this

All your gasses:
- I'm gonna nerf all of these, the intent of this skill solely doesn't rely on the gasses that you so value. Therefor add a bit about the use of gasses in your skills that depict something among the lines of:
-- The gasses take a full two seconds of exposure - breathing in or exposure to the skin - for the effects to be capable of being activated.
-- All the gasses have a bright color, making it distinctly noticeable.
-- If not described, all the gasses travel at T2 speed.

Furthermore I may revisit some other skills since I had to read through walls of texts and wasn't as nitpicky as I usually am as a result because of that.

- disclaimer - I like discussing and thinking things out, and try my best not to seem like some kind of nerf king, so I try to advice the people I help (you) in how to improve their skills so that they can be used better - so im asking you not to see this as someone telling you no, but someone that's gonna butter you up and prepare you for combat.

Not the dissolving, but the paralyzing agent part & burning properties.

Nullifies physical attacks up to what tier? This needs a stamina cost. It also paralyses and burns? Passives shouldnt be as complex and have all these abilities. have a poison that is slippery enough to nullify physical attacks like the slip slip but then it should have very small supp abilities, it shouldn't also be paralysing and burning. Also state a speed, near instant is way to much for a passive bruh, don't be trying to spider

Sorry, i don't see this being being an island destroying devil fruit, Your acid can effect up to steel

Tier 1:

Speed: II this also isn't a speed based skill set and shouldn't be rising like one,

Tier 1 Skill Name:Drip And Sip
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 1 Skill Range:Close ;)
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 4 & 1
Tier 1 Skill Description: If Derous, in anyway, exchanges bodily fluids with another they will be giving a special poison.

Far to advanced for a tier 1, your literally then forcing them to be a drug addict, it also doesn't make sense that the activation is exchanging bodily fluids through any means but only fucking or snogging reverts it

Tier 1 Skill Name:Sizzurp
Tier 1 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 1 Skill Range: Self
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 6 & Instant
Tier 1 Skill Description: The user release a highly acidic poison from all of his body to release himself from being restrained; though he could select certain parts to be only covered. This is to burn someone holding him or burning through rope. The poison can also burn through iron or other similar metals to it, that are T2. Obviously this doesn't work on Seastone.

Hmm, no to iron, breaking iron is a tier 3 skill. not to mention restraints go by the equipment rules. If you have charge time/run the technique for a few posts [3 posts] Then i would say that you could melt through tier 1 items. 6 posts you can melt through tier 2, though thats were it would cap. That way your not instantly breaking tier 2 items/restraints that would normally take at least a tier 4/5 to break.

Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration:4 & 4 Cooldown should be at least 1 more
Tier 1 Skill Description: Derous simply emits a large amount of poison from his hands in order to coat an ally's attack to increase it's power. The poison won't corrode the weapon it's coating as it is only bad for organic things. As if it makes skin contact, as it can be absorbed through the skin, acts as a paralyzing agent. Causing the body part struck to be numb and unresponsive for two posts.  < Numb yes, unresponsive no, a tier 1 shouldnt be fully paralyzing anything fully especially not for two posts unless theres a good enough charge time

No tier should be fully paralysing anyone.

Tier 2:

How long do the effects last

For each new additional head a price of 10 stamina needs to be paid. The Heads, as well as bodies, are six meters wide and can be controlled up to 20meters.
Speed:IV<< Speed three not four, four would only be if you had used the passive for a speed boost

What happens when they succumb? do they die?

Tier 3 Skill Name:Venom Road
Tier 3 Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Tier 3 Skill Range:30m
Tier 3 Skill Cooldown&Duration:6 & Instant
Tier 3 Skill Description: While producing his Hydra, the user completely engulfs themselves in the liquid poison. While engulfed, the User quickly travels within one of his Hydra's necks and out of its mouth to where he would want to go. The user can also used this for vertical travel as well. The User moves one tier higher while doing this.

Also, he doesn't have to fully cover his whole body in this poison as he could, if he wanted, pick a individual body part or just a few of them.

Ugh, I see what you are saying. Added a stamina cost. This is a poison so I didn't really think it having two harmful effects was complex, I could've added a bunch more. Though, I did take out the burning stuff and just kept the numbing or w.e, if that is okay. Added a speed to notes. On the tier stuff...I don't see why I need to add that, but w.e. The attacks are just attacks that aren't skills, and we don't have like a strength system. But I added something to notes about it.

When I first made this skillset I wanted the T1's to be going at 1 speed. But changed.

Drip And Sip Is now a T4 skill and is called Suck my Cock. I hope that is betta.

Got rid of the other T1 skill completely.

Everything else should be fine now. All edits made.

No tier should be fully paralysing anyone.

:|What?

Tier 2 stuff added.

Tier 3 edits made.

kobe3 I could've argued some stuff but i'm lazy. But yea man all edits made.
