MY Sandwich 

Kichi had decided it was a very important day for training and she needed to increase herself physically in some manner though trying to think of a productive training measure using only that within her tavern room or her row boat. Coming up with the idea to train herself by eating a delicious sandwich to increase the activity of her jaw muscles not to mention the careful motions of actually making the sandwich. Kichi Kaida would need to collect the ingredients from the nearby market in order to make herself the best sandwich she could and thus she would get dressed into her torn gown and left the tavern. 

On reaching the market, it would be barely passed the hour of dawn, as the stalls starting preparing theirs sales for the day though unknowingly to Kichi today was the day of the epic tomato sauce half price day. An unusual amount of strong looking people would start gathering at the entrance to the market, as the workers continued to set up their store; Kichi would notice the resolve in their eyes as they all stared together in a firm glare at a stall 5 stalls down to the right....5 Discounted large bottles of tomato sauce. Kichi eyes open wide as the side confidently shines brightly on that specific spot. "WERE READY".

Within the time, it takes a spec of dust to lift, from a drifting wind all 20 people rushed through the market like a typhoon towards this specific stall in the market, punching kicking, scratching, close-lining and many more hostile actions all fighting to reach the stall first. 
Kichi Kaida would attempt to cut through the many other stalls using the actions of buying other products to her advantage as if a distraction to her true objectives. Eggs, Bread, Meat, lettuce and butter. Kichi reaches for the first bottle of tomato sauce. A large beast of a man would come flying in her direction from her left wielding a large hammer attempting to crush Kichi skull and thus, she simply takes a step back, and volleys her right foot upwards into the guys chin, and quickly rotates herself to bring her other leg down on the back of his skull. Taking a ketchup bottle Kichi would leave the market not looking back at the continuing war for the remaining Ketchup bottles containing quite a large amount of tomato sauce. 

On returning to her tavern room, Kichi would sit herself down at a small counter table with just enough space to create her sandwich situated just in front of the window. Dropping to her knees, Kichi places all the resources onto the counters top Eggs, Bread, Meat, lettuce, butter and the almighty discounted bottle of tomato sauce. With her eyes wide open and deeply focus on making every action perfect in order to raise her stamina and Muscle memory of making the perfect sandwich for herself. Picking up the first slice of bread and placing flat on the counter and pressing down once as she glides her hand across the top "Nice", Drawing her Katana she quickly slices her blade throw 1 slick of butter and cutting a quite a few drops of tomato sauce Kichi creates two perfect layers on her first piece of bread of the butter and tomato sauce, next she simply places the already cooked and cut meat onto the bread a plane of lettuce and one precooked egg designed for sandwich placement and finishes off with a final piece of bread going through the same process of a perfect layer of butter and tomato sauce. To add on to the perfect sandwich, she would use her Katana once more time rapidly thrusting forward with her blade; causing a gust of heat extending to the sandwich from the tip of her blade whispering "Ravita 1" giving the sandwich a nice crisp to it. 

The so-called perfect sandwich deemed by Kichi Kaida was now ready to be eaten, the moment had come, receiving her Katana which she would clean later she says a few words to herself after cutting the sandwich in half down the diagonal straight. "This better be good". Placing one hand on each side of the first half she raises it to just in front of her mouth as she stares into the distance scenery outside her tavern window really taking in the sun for a job well done though the goal was to eat it slowly in order to train her stamina and her jaw strength. Opening her mouth slowly moving her hands towards her face, the bread crosses her lips and her jaw slowly closes taking the first bite, her jaws chewing on the meat inside, her tongue tasting the ranges of flavor "Hmmmm". All the muscles in her jaw start working as she takes a second bite "Oh so good". After a long five minutes of really enjoying her sandwich putting her jaw to work due to the meat inside after 8 bites and allot of Hmmm, that's so goods, and oh my gods she finally finishes the sandwich. "That was alright, I'd try to make it better next time. 

Once she had finished her Sandwich she would spend the rest of the morning jogging around a loop of four straits.

Kichi had increased the stamina within her jaw bone training the muscles in her face causing her brain to function a little better not to mention the healthy aspects of eating a good tomato sauce egg meat sandwich effects on body if one was to burn the calories with a job afterwards which is exactly what Kichi Kaida has done and on this run she would implement a very strong go the distance method of running. This method would consist of taking things slowly and keeping her breathing system fluid with consistency over deep breathing and taking small breaks when required.

With every step she would raise her knee as high as she could as she jogged around her set out path, her thighs raising quite steady and dropping back down as the flesh ripples slightly as the muscle mass reacts. Each steps echoing off the ground as she runs turning around the corner Kichi adrenaline raises as she increases her speed as the music starts to hit her mind, "whooo whooo". As her speed starts to increase as her legs raise high up making the most out of each motion with her arms swinging backwards and forwards slightly in order to apply the workout to her entire body really putting her hips into it. 

The ground itself started to become slightly blurry as her speed increases even more as she slides nicely for a tight turn for the next corner though before continuing she jogs rapidly on the spot for a total of 60 seconds......   her hips flicking up and down, ...... 52 her breasts shaking up and down .........45  the sweat raising on her body shining like a glazing of her on delightful fully-grown curvaceous and well-endowed adult woman which was starting to get the attention of those sitting outside their houses on the streets she was running.  31... she really gets her head into the motion also shaking her head as she rapidly jogs on the spot really letting her wavy hair wave in the bright sun as it rises even higher nearly reaching its peak........ 21. begging to slow down on her spot jog she places her hand on her left shoulder and stretches her arm out a bit, and follows with a repeat but her other arm. 14... ..... eight seven six five four three two one. 

Kichi sprints off as fast as she can down the perfectly paved road on her chosen route perfect for sprinting without worry of tripping which brings a smile to her face as she really enjoys the wind hitting her face as she sprints quite rapidly, her hair flowing back behind her as she makes the home stretch of her six-time around this block and she could really feel the tension within her muscles with the heat of them growing along with her capabilities.

2 hours later.

Kichi Kaida had decided to mix up her training quite a bit after running for quite some time around the same are which was extremely enjoyable and effective though currently she was sweating quite allot and was somewhat moving into heat and wasn't really sure what to do though as she had ended her running a really attractive male who clearly worked out to would be quite abrasion as he asked her if she would like to go Skinny Dipping in a nearby clean and maintained lake that he had access to. Kichi was in a mood for a bit of fun and this was the perfect opportunity not only for some fun but to increase her training even more, with a refreshing swim.  The two of them would go into a sprint after he had given Kichi directions and it would get quite heated and competitive. 

On reaching the lake Kichi Kaida would strip down naked revealing all her assets and dive into the lake head first and start swimming forward quite rapidly throwing each arm again and again and flipping her feet together while the guy would take a little longer to get himself sorted for swimming due to wearing more than Kichi was, and being distracted and excited by her amazing body. The two would keep swimming across the entire lake and back constantly, gravitating to a side by side rhythm, and after an hour Kich Kaida would be somewhat blunt "So stranger, how long do you think you we should keep swimming...I would love to have a bit of fun you know". Kichi would gravity into the strangers personal space during this moment with a grin on her face.

It had been quite some time since Kichi had last done some serious training and now that she was traveling on the Ichi wich pirate ship trying to determine if she should sink the crew to the bottom of the ocean or simply let them be she would decide to make the best use of her current situation exploring the ship and finding their training area. A large square room with soft padding on the ground walls though the ceiling seemed to lack any kind of protection being simple Oak would. Halve the room would seem to be for one on one barehanded training, with a circular ring with what seemed to be a white pounder to protect one's body while the other side of the room consisted of weights and other equipment designed for training.

On entering the room, Kichi would anyalis each piece of equipment attempting to calculate which would be best suited for herself. The first being a large pole with weights on each side designed for one to work on their upper body strength, the next a hung slab of meet clearly designed for punching and a side effect of learning to fight stinky pirates, and the 3rd being a simple step up bench designed for one to implement a wide range of agility based exercises and thus Kichi would decide to use this exercising tool as agility was more her forte than strength. Putting down her Katana in a secure and insight location and positioning herself so she was facing the entrance at all time she would begin her training.


Placing one foot on the bench with her other flat on the ground 100% parallel to each other and she simply cliffs her chest taking a deep breath and letting it all flow out as she lets her body become fluid, and rapidly she starts stepping up and back down of the bench as fast as she could, moving one leg at a time. Taking a single breath with each up and down motion with her thighs burning more and more as her muscles increase in density. Her body starts sweating after the 100th motion and her entire body starts to flee it as she moves into a sprinting up and down motion really sending ripples through her body, forcing herself to tie her hair in a ponytail to prevent it from slapping herself in her face due to her speed.  Her breaths grow deeper, her body more tired she starts pushing that pain barrier as her emotions becomes allot more positive as she had finally reached the point key for progression in one's training.


She would continue training in this same manner for a lot of hours before dropping herself down really low, with he entire body laid down flat with her eyes against the ground and using only a single arm on the bench to push herself up and down developing her biceps, flipping which arm every 20th run lasting a simple 60 seconds.  She would use her breath to count until she knew her body needed a break from the training pushing herself just 100 more one armed benched push ups "One, two,  twenty-four.... sixty-three....one hundredth". Kichi Kaida was now done with her training and figured it was time to take a nice warm hot shower to reaching the sweat. Removing of her body as the water chills her out raining down all her body. Leaving you just the image of her hand places against the steamed up glass and the shadow of her wonderful body.
