Ryuuka was making his way through the lively streets of Ohara looking for any means of making some money, the city seemed at the least to be having a festival on. Streamers everywhere, shop stalls packed out, music and carnival games. He had decided on relieving a few locals of their wallets, pretending to bump into them, taking then moving away from the target as fast as possible. Ryuuka set his eyes on a target, a average looking male with his presumed lover walking towards a game, he slowly swims through the mass of people to them and trips accidentally falling on the man, taking his wallet in the process he helps the man up, apologizes and continues on with a faster pace. moving on through the crowd the couple realizes the missing wallet and the cry out "Thief!! Thief!! The man in the Green shirt is a Thief!!" "heh....just my luck" Ryuuka says under his breath as he starts making a run for it. The Marines on duty make their way into the crowd and spot the fleeing thief. Ryuuka runs from alley to alley, trying to shake off the pursuing marines. eventually he arrives on the end of a main street in town leading straight to the dock, Ryuuka makes a sprint for the docks but is cut off by a pair of marines. Once again on the run he scales  up a building and hopes that they wont follow, yet they do. "come on fellas its just a wallet, cant we settle this like gentlemen?" he says trying to persuade the marine dogs. Ryuuka jumps across multiple buildings making his way to the docks and finally reaches the end of the road....the last building. The 3-4 marines catch up eventually and stare him down.

While trying to negotiate with the marines a flash came flying from the docks and landed to beside Ryuuka, yet it wasnt a flash it was a tall man wearing a coat. He stared at the man for a few moments as he asked the marines if there was another option "What do you mean another way? This pirate stole from an innocent couple!" one marine said to the man. The marines looked at the mysterious man in a blend of shock and agression, they pull out their flintlock pistols and cutlasses and look like they are ready to fight. "i dont think they want a peaceful solution ya know, the whole dead or alive thing on the wanted posters, so what do ya say coaty...wanna give them a right rumble?" Ryuuka says as he grins and gets in a stance then hits his fists together.

In awe of what just happend and how the pirate fell to the floor, he let out a short burst of laughter then turned to the sleeping pirates crewmate "Before i ask about how the hell you two got here so fast and managed the situation and all that, you said you two were members of a pirate crew?" questioned Ryuuka to the rather sneaky woman. Looking back over at the knocked out marines he notices the impact of the punches that the pirate threw and believes he just got lucky and didnt have to fight himself.

"Hey! We're still here idiot!" the other to marines shout in slight shock and both strike with their swords at the woman holding the bags of beli. Ryuuka took matters into his own hands and advances on one of the two marines. Then with force he shoves the marine over into the other causing them to fall off the roof and land on a stall below. Ryuuka grins and bows saying "Thankyou thankyou very much, i'll be here all week".

"Ah, right" Ryuuka would say as he stands straight from bowing, such a sight would have to have been funny to the people below who witnessed the maine duo falling into a stall. Being optomistic and as less pirate like than he should be he pondered on a way to make it sound less like petty theft and more like....something not petty theft like. 'Hmmm i too money that had appeared on the ground?' No, too convinient he thought pausing for a moment which created an awkward silence between the two. " Well i was a bit short for change so i just....permanently borrowed a kind mans wallet, nothing too serious hehe" Ryuuka said in a light hearted way.

He knew that the way he had pleaded his case wasnt the best or the most efficient but was satisfactory, atleast enough to get the point across to the female. Ryuuka with the tip of his non existent hat and a small bow he said "besides that i believe we havent been formally introduced, I am Ryuuka Hotaka, a shipwright from Shimizu island of the south blue, a pleasure to meet your acquaintance."

Ryuuka was confused about why the pirate captain would ask such a question during the era of pirates, he replies with "Indeed i am sir, indeed i am...." The Shipwright noticed the sweat drip from Leparo as if a bucket of water had been dropped on him. He noticed that the woman had begun staring off into space, It had been a while since Ryuuka had ran into pirates as he hadn't encountered land since he was living in the south blue so it was a pleasant surprise to meet some real pirates. The first lady spoke with elegance asking in a way that the shipwright couldn't refuse. "I accept and will go....shopping with you two" Ryuuka responded in a less enthusiastic way than before as he jumped off the roof landing in a nearby haystack was for sale. "Shall we?" he shouts up to them as he gets out of the stack and brushes himself off while ignoring the man who ran the shop yelling at him.

Ryuuka was raring to go after watching the hilarious sight of the 2 marines falling off the building and couldn't wait to get back on the streets even if it was just for getting something as meager as soda, he responded to the hug lightly as hugs to him were like a handshake. The shipwright reached into his back pocket searching for the wallet then looked up. "Wait a sec... Hey! Jeez and i thought i was good, i guess we can pay with that wallet since it will be no harm done to our little piggy banks" Ryuuka said as he laughed it off. "Mind if i check out how much is inside?" he says as he takes the wallet and starts counting. With his open hand the shipwright points in a few directions while counting the cash "There is a vending machine down the main street, one in that alley to our right and down where the road splits there is a cafe with a variety of choices" Ryuuka says boldly as he finishes counting the large sum of beli in the wallet. He signals with his head that there is a quite large amount of money so she can go where she wishes.
