The Dapper one stood lanky as a motherfucker, world government level Jack Skellington. Hands behind his back whilst his mask revealed a tortured and haunting grin that would never subside, twas the mask he wore against his own will. But no matter where he went, no matter what he did, at least he would always have a smile upon his face. That being said, he was a malefic entity in his own right, having only a few hours earlier dispatched a couple of muggers in a surprisingly brutal fashion. It didn't really take long for one such as Mr. Class to find his way onto the next victim. Not as though he felt bad about his actions at the very least, he spent a great deal of time pandering to the world Government, showing that he was capable of horrific feats in their name. Allowing the government to trust him enough to have him tidy up loose ends along wit ha faction of like-minded individuals. Dressed to the nines, balling out with fat stacks of amazing hood swag, he stood at the front of the ship as it came into dock just outside of an abandoned port on the eastern part of Ilusia. These were the badlands for certain, home to those entities whom called themselves the Revolutionaries...and other factions who refused to simply get with the program. They were bad for business...but also very profitable. So long as they were kept in check. This would happen to be one of those times.

"All of this waiting has me hard as a mother-fucker. Heh. Coohoohoohoo, perhaps we will get to torture some people. I can't wait..~☆"

One would ultimately be foolish to assume that he was any sort of rational being. The leash kept on this mad-dog was short indeed, as he had little to no qualms with crushing others like cockroaches underneath his boot if it benefited the overall goal presented to him. The group that had arrived on this dingy was varied, but the main two whom mattered were of course the members of Cipher Pol 4.

"According to my intelligence, they should be held up at a domed fort not even six miles from here. How lucky for us that this port still remains. I am ready to head out of course, on your mark, boss. Pretty sure you can get us there, given your reputable exploration knowledge hehe.~☆"

Despite stating that he would wait for the mark of the leader, his body had already began taking steps down the platform that connected the port to the ship, and he would begin to juggle too pat the pack on his back to make sure that he had all of his needed and required artifacts for such an investigation. Granted he wouldn't immediately act out in his own self defense quite yet. But he was absolutely interested in discovering the limitations of his martial arts. He knew that this man they would soon be encountering was quite the impressive specimen. But the limitations of such a male's prowess had yet to be tested accurately. This limit would be surely shown by the end of the objective, surely. He just wanted to make sure he collected as many heads as he could before the night was over, another reason he brought such a large bag with him. Always good to bring proof back to the superior officers, of course. Not like it bothered him any, these so called "revolutionaries" were hardly considered living being in his warped comedic mind.

"Got any ideas for how we should attack their complex, huh, Loh-kuuuuun.~☆"

They varying waves wern't as calming as some might say. They were quite annoying as they tended to rock teh boat in irregular ways. While these movements didn't upset Paris it did tend to pester him bit by bit. Slowly taking away what little sanity he had left. But that would be fine. Paris didn't care much for such a thing. It only made one soft and unable to do dirty jobs. But such jobs provided the stability for the world. Or somewhat for that matter. It didn't mean not for how much it provided. Its the fact that it provides.

Onto the task at hand. CP-4 was task with the usual. Get in fuck up Revolutionaries and then get out. Quite easy. While Cipher Pol usually did things of this sort during the every so cloaking night. It didn't bother Paris that these things were done during the day. The light would give Paris the visibly to quickly kick heads off their shoulders. Being as silent as they could be. CP-4 was filled with.....various individuals. These beings looked nothing but fearsome though. Clean and slick and ready for battle these forces of natures were.

It was only a short amount of time before what seemed cleaned. Turned into something that was worse than a bloody mess. The sun radiated off the skull of Paris but it didn't bother him as much as the waves erked him. Finally docking the failure of a boat Paris would step out of the dingy and would begin kicking at the air. Each swing would make a "woosh" sound. As his leg would part the air. Warming up was usually good if your going to me kicking people to death right?

It only right for Paris to not pul a hamstring in the middle of battle. That might prove fatal. After finishing his warm ups Paris would tap the tip of his boots on the dock. He was ready to fuck some shit up. Then the question of the day was asked. Paris looked out to the battlefield and spoke in what seemed to be a cold manner. "Go in...fuck shit up....leave no survivors.....walk out like bosses. Or at least try to...." Paris looking at his masked teammate with a slight smirk on his face.

"Such a peaceful day."
Ensign Hao had tilted his head up as he a knowledge the new comers. The first was some mask guy follow by a chick. A few moments later it was a some blue hair kid who seems to chanting a ritual of some kind maybe or pet talk .
Either way Ensign Long was in dress in his normal attire which was a pair of dark red baggy pants with two sections each with a set of three straps on each leg and shoes with two studs protruding from the toes. He also wears a belt embedded with the Marine insignia, and the straps are lined with it as well.

His farovite tan ponoch cover up his shirtless upper body as his marine jacket drape across his shoulders of his ponoch. Ensign Hao long brown hair cover up most of his facial features but he did have a kid like appearance.

Hao had rest Kusanagi upon his
left shoulder using his oddly shape hand. As for Ensign Long right hand it remain hidden under the cover of his long ponoch which conceal most of his upper body movements.

Ensign Long didn't say much of anything too the new comers,he didn't want to make enemies amongst potential allies. He decide to speak only when direct a question after all he is only a simple Ensign thus the right to voice his opinion was limited to his superiors. Ensign Long had raised his left hand as gentle brush his hair away from his face using his the blade known as Kusanagi. Ensign Long now revealing his kid like appearance don't allow that to fool you those after all he was a walking blade.

He was called many names the one that stick out the most was Kid or Kid Blade. His use of Supa Supa no Mi wasn't common knowledge of most marines only a select few know about his abilities. What made Hao uncomfortable was being around the water he was never a good swimmer plus he had a few experiences with drowning.

Ensign Hao had arrived about a hour before the mask man by the use of the Ferry. Ensign Hao face expression was that of a man who seems to be enjoying himself in other words smiling.

He looked over towards a man whom had worn an outfit that was strange but he didn't show hostility knowing that the man must have been the third to join the party. How cute. how fun. He looked over at Paris and then back to the newcomer before he peered towards the direction of the complex. He wanted them to make sure that they knew the plan before he acted, that way no one was going to be confused about the situation at hand. Especially given the fact that a few volatile circumstances soon would be birthed throughout the entirety of this operation itself. The best route to making sure that this entire circumstance was handled was by covering more ground. And covering more ground was exactly what they planned on doing, that much was for certain. He unzipped the duffle and took his maces in hand, holding two in his right and the third in his left. Looking at the pair he finally thought to speak.

"Here is the plan, you two will cover this main road, and I shall head around the back. We shall attack their complex from two angles. Kill anyone you come across, because they are Revolutionary scum. Ready? See you all on the other side.~☆"

It didn't take long before he turned his back and took off running, moving extremely fast and vanishing as he dove into the water, he would bother swimming his way towards the complex to minimize the chances of him running into opponents, good that he coated his weapons of course, so that he didn't really worry about them rusting. He hoped that the two of his allies could get along well enough to consistently showcase higher quality of acrobatic superiority when dealing with multiple enemies. Things were going to get quite explosive, especially if executions were mobile and highly violent. He had moved too fast to be stopped by quotes or questions, given that he was sixteen meters away from the newcomer and only two meters from his partner. Oh it would be excruciatingly awesome to crush Winter, absolutely so..

Main Road huh? Quite the grand entrance he would be able to make. But they fellow next to him. He didn't know if he was up to the task. He also didn't know his abilities as a fighter. Paris put his hands in his pocket and watched as the man jumped into the water and swam away. Well now Paris knows that this man doesn't possess a Devil Fruit. If so he would be dead by now. Paris looked back to his accomplice and started walking onwards on the main road.

Whether the lad would follow him or not Paris would head into the complex. For the most part there were many abandoned buildings. But Paris could tell that they were hiding. So before Paris walked into a death trap he walked over to one of the building and started to kick it down. After aiming for the support beams it began to fall and out came about 3 pirates. Paris had tedious look on his face.

Paris swiftly dealt with these fooders. Jumping into the air and kicking the three in the neck. Amply breaking them and killing the 3. As they fell to the floor Paris tried picking up one of em with his arms but that proved ineffective. Paris hoped that the lad he saw back at the docks didn't see his failure of arm strength.

Looking onto the complex. There was 6 buildings. 5 now that Paris kicked one down. But they all seemed to be 20 feet apart from each other. But now that there is 5 they are all across from each other. There was a large building way in the back which seemed to be where most of em are hiding. But seeing how there will most likely be more of them it would be best to knock down all the buildings then head into the main one.

This is going to be a tedious hunt. Paris put hands hands back into his pocket. And awaited his friend to join up with him. Paris wanted to see what this person could do. And whether he was good enough to handle this type of operation. Paris not being a Marine was one thing. But Paris wasn't fond of Marines. Which is why he only joined Cipher Pol.

His tour underneath the cool blues of the reflective sea simply allotted to the tension that built within the man whom was essentially, murderous in such a manner that one would claim he was a painter, deceitfully painting canvas after canvas with organs and internal fluids in thought provoking ways. He didn't want to submerge any further underneath that oppressive liquid, making a quick b-line towards the shore and taking of all of his clothing, until he himself was as stark naked as the day he was born. Though, he was out of the sight of any other being, he proceeded to assert the dominance of his Raiden impression, sleuthing about whilst creeping closer to armed targets, a swift swing of his mace, no momentum generated through the juggling, secured the defeat of the first peon. Causing him to be a crumbling mess, faltering underneath the pressure with a broken spinal cord and neck. Perhaps that was...too much...strength. Alas, cracking open the uniform of the deceased neanderthal provided a temporarily new wardrobe, his mask indicating he was not in incognito.

"Seems that its just two on an army, oh hoi. How unbalanced...for them..tee~☆"

A shocking turn of events seemed to unfold almost entirely after his realization, these other brown hooded men seemed to put up one hell of a struggle against his antics, until of course the juggling was taken a bit more seriously. His weapon manipulation skills were quite potent for a man of his design, allowing him the benefit of bombarding opponents from seemingly random angles that were ultimately farcical in their very nature. As if ever deliberate motion orchestrated by the smiling behemoth created some sort of divine comedy, played out to the direct audience in brutally efficient fashion. Teeth flew in crescendo to a thunderous snapping of jaws, four, six, seven. Enemies falling to their demise rather easily, of course this was a jest. A ploy to lure he with the massive mouth out into the open. Confined spaces against one with the Munch Munch was foolish, but with two high-practitioners of violence working together, he shouldn't prove to be...THAT level of difficulty. Still juggling, he waned into view of Deku, giggling with his sanguine and mud hued cloak. Good he took ALL the clothing, so he wasn't naked underneath .

"Unfortunately my dapper suit was ruined by those murky waters, never to fear however. These...colorful persons will serve as good entertainment for we, the twin beasts of the cipher pol, don't you think...hee~☆"

Into every second go sixty arc-seconds, no more and certainly no less, and in every minute, sixty seconds; follow that with sixty minutes in every hour, and you had an entire operating system based around the divine measurement of sixty units. It was precise, reliable, nigh infallible and Raja loved it. Revered it, even, for its definitive nature, and the unforgiving exactitude it required. Such an arrangement was precisely what he needed for her own meticulous regimentation, for nothing short of the particularity of the time-frame scheme could possibly be acceptable for one such as he. Or anyone, he would amend, with a degree of candor he daren’t generally permit himself to take, but such exceptions could be made for glaringly matter-of-fact situations, which this most certainly was. The Devilheart, you see, believed that most everyone should adhere to regiment as religiously as he did. If this were the case, the world would run far more smoothly, efficiently, seamlessly: like well-oiled machinery, and perfectly wound clockwork. True perfection played out.

Only, this didn’t actually happen, couldn’t possibly happen, even. People, as it would happen, weren’t nearly as receptive to this idea as he was; they just couldn’t seem to find the reserves of energy inside themselves that it took to so painstakingly respect timetables. And energy, it did indeed take, to grow accustomed to the process, at least. Learning the intricate workings of it were strenuous, to say the least, and operating as a function of this was even more trying. It was well worth the effort though, in his oh-so-humble regards, for once one became used to this kind of activity, it became naught more than the very embodiment of simplicity itself: duck soup, good sir. The solution was clear, in his mind if no-one else’s: educate children of such practices when they’re young, desensitize them when they’re young enough to mold easily, too sweet-tempered to talk back, open-minded enough to understand. It was perfect.

This man (he'd decided) was totally unawares of the system he'd entered into, this "business", this lifestyle. You must totally commit oneself to these deeds, these people, these awful things that one must do to survive. He thought at least he would understand this. Raja, admittedly, had it easy at first. His life of hard work and early rises had indoctrinated him into something of a man of habit and routine. But Clocktower was far from the type, he'd come to realize. He was a performer, a Drama Queen, dare he say it. Every time had flare, pazazz, and showmanship to it. He earned for an unneeded audience, he craved it. His show would go on. Anything and anyone was expendable. Except...no, anyone was expendable. This man was the exact opposite of him and yet they somehow managed to create a cohesive unit without holding each other back. He watched the man, naked and bumbling around, changing attire, always flamboyant and obtuse. There was always a smile on his face, he'd found. He was unlike him in so many ways. Ways that he would never understand. How? He have to delve deeper but that would take time. Proximity, maybe? No, he was close enough, closer than he needed to be. They were simply necessary partners.

And then he spoke and flaunted his prowess, and gave himself away and all that he was, and ever needed to be. His wings floated him down to the ground behind the masked man. He'd be talking to dead people again. Perhaps he wouldn't hear the Shandian over his own monologue but he had knack for multitasking in that fashion.

They were nothing alike.

"I'd hoped to find you two onboard the ship and finished with this task. It seems Asher should have left the Shandian, as well as the Wily Heart Pirates, to me. Here I've dispatched whole a whole league of pirates and yet one man seems to confound you." He paused in his mocking, scanning the bodies on the ground then proceeded. You are an absolute creature, though. I will give you that. You know doubt reveled in their cries. The laughing man that you are."

He waved a hand at him, or rather the thought.

"The point is that you are precisely 20 minutes behind schedule at this pace. But you will see that I am someone who can help that." The large man seemed to simmer out of existence, awaiting Clocktowers information on the status and strategy of the operation. Still, he would not stand there, visible to any ole passerbyer.

"Your team has been deemed too slow, and therefore I will be taking over this mission as per Asher's request... Please, return to the ship."

And just like that, his voice was gone and if Ben couldn't see him for his invisibility before, then he couldn't see him now because, well, he simply wasn't there anymore. He was off to end this swiftly.

With an awkwardly genuine smile, the newest of the arrivals slunk into the shadows, physically breaking away from his fellows and mentally putting them in the back of his mind. Though his comrades were each worthy in their own right, the mission was more so, and every little detail was of the utmost consequence. It was an important task—that to which he was assigned was—one that he dared not fail, lest the chlorophyll greens of the great tree of the World Government be rusted a dry assortment of melancholic browns. Unwilling to even treat such a sinful notion, he made up his mind, then and there, that the day would be seized for Cipher Pol No. 4.

Drenched in a cloak of epitomic transparent shadows, aided by manipulation of Devil Fruit powers, his figure was rendered all but invisible, even amongst the starlit shine of the facility lights—another silhouette blurred against a phantasmal florescent bulbs. He moved with great haste, yet finely reserved steps, cutting up to the top layer of building No. 4, how apt that the final target should reside in such a numbered structured. Thankfully, Ben and his counterparts had cleared the path for a direct encounter with Winter. It was only a matter of time now. Boots lessened in their load, his movements returned to their natural elegance, slowly climbing the remaining few steps to the top office. Though the journey thus far failed to live up the foreboding hype, there was a certain comfort in knowing that, was it demanded of him, he could fight atop the skies as he did on land. But, so could Winter.

Things were going to go well.

From the unblemished white of the warehouse like facility, there was a unique contrast in the lush greenery of a city. Though, both West and East Ilusia alike were born by the serpentine mother of Spring, one—it could be discerned—was clearly the rotten seed. Sporting a melancholy concoction of industrialized peoples, snobs, and racists, the city carried a monotonous tone of ash and smoke—despite the beautiful backdrop upon which is steeped. Building after building—many indistinguishable from home, sweatshop, hospital, or cemetery—carried on for row upon row, marking their territory with primed woods, flowery colours and marble finishes. While just on the otherside was the Marine base for the West Blue. How arrogant that he should set up his operations so close to his rivals; though, Ilusia was known far and wide for its Revolutionary invasions and battles.

Moving through the cobblestone door, he fancied himself an angel of death, hawkish gaze fixed ambivalently upon man and surroundings alike. He was looking for something particular. Something that, if his reports were true, shouldn’t have been all too hard to find. And there they were—wings aloft his back as he gazed out of the window.

Shandian.

It was quite the sight. He so rarely saw another of his race in the blue seas.

"You think I did not know you were coming. Or that I can not feel your intense killing intent?"

Haki?! He would have known. His files would have deemed him worthy of the use of such skills. The game was spoiled, though, and there was no other reason to remain invisible before a man that knew you were there... somehow. He released the ability and the large dark-skinned man was now firmly a part of the room, his mass taking up more space than any normal man's body should.

Winter turned to view him and, for a second, was stunned. He saw Raja's wings, his breath and size and knew that he was Shandian. Raja supposed it had been a while since'd seen another sky person as well. Still, it would not save him from his fate. He was sentenced to die this day. Raja would not capture the man, no. He would simply end him and his affairs today, for good.

"You seem to know we...I....would come, and yet you seem the least prepared for such an encounter."

"You are...Cipher Pol. I will not survive this, I know that much. My only goal now... is to fight against your kind until I can no further..."

And then Winter launched himself.

It happened almost too quickly to comprehend, but in the blink of an eye the charging Shandian outlaw was smashing into the tiled floor before he feet of Raja. The marble slabs cracked and soared into the air from all sides of the impact, scattering much dust and debris into the room. As the air cleared, a lone figure could be seen standing, his clasped fists held out in front of him, the clear cause of the man's sudden descent.

A chuckle crept from the widening grin of the Cipher Pol member, filling the chaotic air with a different kind of pollution. His chuckle turned downright sinister as he realization that this would never even be a fight dawned on him. Sure, he'd read the files but he didn't honestly think any of it was true. This man was no vicious killer worthy of his bountyhead. He was clearly every bit the pacifist that the paperwork made him out to be. That attack hadn't the slightest bit of killing intent to it whatsoever. He couldn't have hoped to end Raja without killing him, could he?

The seven foot giant, made even bigger by his instant zoan transformation, fell to all fours, hovering over the fallen criminal, slicking his elongated tongue out in front of him. The air had a particular taste to it and it sent goosebumps along Raja's scaled arms. He knew that taste, that smell... prey. Winter smelled exactly like prey!

"You aren't even going to try are youuuuuu?" He could not keep the humorous humming out of his voice, positively tickled back this turn of events.

The man's heavy breathing almost disguised the attempts at speaking, but he was able, finally, to form the response he wanted.

"I...don't have to...defeat you... you're a... Shandian being puppeted by the... blue sea people's government... you are... a joke."

Raja couldn't hide the sudden rage in his eyes, though he did not have to as Winter was still shrouded in debris and his own exhaustive attempts at breathing through it all.

"You are on...the wrong side of history...brother!"

"I am not your brother. Shandia, Skypiea, it all means nothing to me. The World Government stretches everywhere, you fool. Even to the skies!"

"The World Government ... can stretch to our dreams. As long as there is one of us, there is a resistance."

"Don't worry... soon, there will be even less than that. Thank you for making this easy... and for that, I won't end your life here and now... I take no please in destroying a man that won't fight back..."

"Viva...la...resis----"

Rajas armored, enlarged arm suddenly slammed down onto the man, crushing him into a deep unconsciousness. He would be carried back to their ship and sent to the closest jail to await sentencing for his crimes against the World Government. His job here was done.
