Skill Set Name: - Raijin Hikō
Skill Set Information:
The Raijin Hikō is a unique style of fighting invented by Zarka through her use of her mace, known as the Poku-Daimyo. With this style of fighting, Zarka has demonstrated the ability to move around even in the air through her mace, by using it to hit the air below her and let her move through the air continuously until she ends up being distracted or hurt, or until she chooses to fall and attack.

Zarka mainly uses the Raijin Hikō to launch herself into the air in order to glide about the battlefield, before landing down with a fierce blow or two onto her opponent. When she does choose to fall and attack, her strikes become powerful and destructive, and it is because of this that the Raijin Hikō was given it's name.

Skillset Strengths:

  • - The Raijin Hikō allows Zarka to move around in the air, giving her a diverse amount of vertical reach.

  • - Being in the air will leave Zarka completely open to any and all projectiles, no matter how fast she is going at.

Description: - Zarka jumps into the air, before beginning to use her mace in order to hit the air below her, giving her the ability to propel herself up further into the air, allowing her to move in the air in a way similar to flying. In order to use this skill continuously, Zarka must be able to continue to use her mace to hit the ground, otherwise she will fall to the ground.

Skill Name: - Mēsu Kōgeki
Tier: - 1
Type - Normal
Range: - 5 Feet
Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka launches herself high into the air, before using her mace as she falls in order to hit the opponent or the ground pretty hard. If it hits the opponent, then the opponent will be hit with the full force of the attack, but if Zarka hits the ground instead, the impact will cause a small quake to manifest, spreading the damage throughout a 5 foot sphere on the ground, hurting anyone who would be in that radius.

Skill Name: - Mēsu Shokku
Tier: - 1
Type - Normal
Range: - Contact
Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka uses her mace to launch herself forward, before rapidly spinning her mace in order to quickly strike the opponent. While this move will leave Zarka a bit dizzy afterward from the spinning, the impact from the mace will launch her opponent away with the strong force behind the impact.

Tier 2 Skills:

Skill Name: - Mēsu Kōgeki
Tier: - 2
Type - Normal
Range: - 10 Feet
Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka launches herself even higher into the air by using Mēsu Hikō, before using her mace as she falls in order to hit the opponent or the ground pretty hard. If it hits the opponent, then the opponent will be hit with the full force of the attack, but if Zarka hits the ground instead, the impact will cause a slightly bigger quake than the one caused by the T1 version of this move to manifest, spreading the damage throughout a 10 foot sphere on the ground, hurting anyone who would be in that radius.

Skill Name: - Mēsu Impact
Tier: - 2
Type - Normal

Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka uses a Impact Dial attached to the back of her mace, in order to increase it's force as it impacts the opponent. On it's own, the mace will likely do little damage while Zarka is on the ground and is not using any special ability like her Jake Jake no Mi, but thanks to the Impact Dial, her mace attacks will still do some moderate damage when she hits a opponent while on the ground.

Skill Name: - Mēsu Tetsu Jō
Tier: - 2
Type - Normal
Range: - Contact
Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka uses her mace to launch herself upward,
before landing on the opponent and using her mace to pin the opponent to the ground. While the skill only does minimal damage, the main purpose of this skill is to keep a opponent from moving, and while pinned by the Mēsu Tetsu Jō, unless they use a stronger Strength stat or use a move above the user's Tier, they will have a hard time getting Zarka to budge. If the skill is broken through the latter method,
then the mace Zarka is using will probably break unless it is made of steel or a harder material.

Tier 3 Skills:

Skill Name: - Tsuki no Meisusutoraiku
Tier: - 3
Type - Normal
Range: - Contact
Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka jumps into the air through Mesu Hikō, and rushes at the opponent before spinning vertically at a rapid speed, before launching the opponent downward at a fast speed with a downward spin from her mace. Not only will this skill hurt the opponent greatly, but as they land they will leave a small crater in the ground, in the shape of the opponent.

Skill Name: - Mēsu Furue
Tier: - 3
Type - Normal
Range: - 15 Feet
Speed: - Own
Description: - Zarka jumps a little bit into the air, before using the Impact Dial attached to the back of her mace in order to launch herself downward at a very fast speed, before hitting the ground with her mace very hardly. Afterwards, the impact will cause the ground to quake in a 15 foot radius around Zarka for a little bit, damaging any opponent in the radius of the attack.

You can increase this range to five meter diameter, and also put how high you go into the air.

There isn't anything wrong with your skills. The few I commented on, or didn't, that have you going into the air and then coming down with a attack are vague. I get you could say it in your post when using this, but under the chance you forget to it would be good to add in the height you go into the air. This to prevent you from getting vague manipulated. Also, you can increase your ranges a lot.
