Fighting Style: Primary
Skill Set Name: –Antei Antei no mi
Skill Set Information: – The devil fruit, upon being eaten gives the users body becomes a steady- man allowing them to manipulate the stability of things. This deals with making things stable in several definitions: To make things still, to restore and to negate.

To make still: Basically making something stay put. What the user can stop is limited only by imagination, but it can’t be used to kill anyone. The user can even halt their own body from receiving damage until later or stop a person’s perception of time. This power is more fluid allowing the user to make things slow down rather than outright stop.

To restore: The user encourages something to return to a stable state. This is not limited to people either as it can restore items, building, ships, etc (Assuming that it has no seastone.) Following the destruction as well as the damage chart, it goes down by tiers.

To negate: This aspect of the user’s power is counteractive to something else. What it seeks is to achieve balance or neutrality. How it works is that everything has an opposing force. What happens is that the power reacts evenly with an opposing force, effectively nullifying the effect altogether. This can also be used bring the strength and abilities of other people or himself either lower or higher depending on the situation.

The fruit dramatically changes the users body as well, achieving permanent stability of the body and mind, rendering things like disease and poisons useless as well as preventing his body from being affected from hostile environments like deserts or arctic mountains. The users mind is also unable to be affected by any outside forces save for conqueror’s haki. Lastly the vast majority of the user’s techniques are either defensive, support, or utility.

Skillset Strengths:

  • -Very high damage control abilities and utility abilities
  • -Can survive and recover from fatal attacks given the right circumstances.
  • - Has perfectly stable body making the user immune to poisons and diseases as well as extreme climates.
  • -Can restore anyone or anything damaged save seastone, given time.
  • Abilities have a high range and duration.

Skillset Weaknesses:

  • - The users skillset has limited attacking ability.
  • - The defenses can be overridden with enough focus.
  • - A person being held in stasis will never receive higher than moderate damage.
  • - Every skill regardless of what it is has a cooldown.

Description: - The user limits his field to just his body and completely stops any sound waves from leaving his body, rendering him completely silent. It lasts for 4 turns and has a cooldown of 2 turns.

Skill Name: - Eternity's Blessing
Tier: -1
Type -  Support
Range: -himself to 10 meters around him
Speed: - Instant
Description: - A slightly more free form of his power, the user fiddles with his power just slightly to allow him to slow things down as well as stop. it isn't strong enough to affect people but it can affect himself. He can do many things such as slowing his body down or even causing water to be still. The cost of this skill is 10% of the users maximum stamina. Following the regular chart for cost the user can use this skill multiple times if there is enough within the cost maxing out at 5 times. Cooldown starts after the last is used. It can last up to 2 turns and has a cooldown of 1 turn.

Description: -  The user creates a field of energy that protects the users hands by nullifying any force that may damage or manipulate the hand, like blunt forces or acids

Speed: - Regular speed.
Description: - The user is capable of restoring things or people back to a setting of stability. This is shown by having any damage that is affecting the target will go down 1 tier every turn it is in effect. Cyborgs and items with seastone( such as ships) go down a tier every 2 turns because of the intermingling. He can't affect raw seastone. This can affect multiple targets that the user chooses within his range. It can not bring the dead back to life but it can restore a person on the brink of death. The skill has a 3 turn cooldown.

Range: -himself and up to 20 meters.
Speed: -
Description: - While noted as a defensive skill, this skill does not do ANYTHING to defend. From little scrapes to fatal decapitations, any attack suffered will damage the target. What this skill does is render all damage done to the target in stasis for a period of time after which it will take effect. The damage afflicted is able to be felt as well though it keeps you from passing out from pain. Things that are fatal are noted by the target blacking out for a moment. This lasts up to 4 turns and has a 3 turn cooldown.
