Skill Set Name: Atsu Atsu No Mi
Skill Set Information:

The Atsu Atsu no Mi is an Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that gives the user the ability to produce and control vast amounts of heat, making them a 10,000 Degree Human. The major strength of the fruit is that its user gains the ability to produce and control vast amounts of heat more than can be normally produced by a regular person, which also causes steam to emanate from their body.

The Devil Fruit user can use this heat to melt anything they touch (besides themselves and their clothing, etc.). The user is also able to use it to either protect themselves from physical blows or attack opponents with various heat based attacks.

The user has the ability to regulate their body temperature, they are able to withstand varying temperatures of extreme magnitude; from being surrounded by the freezing cold of a winter island to being completely immersed in molten lava, which not even the Mera Mera no Mi permits.

Steam Manipulation can also be exhibited, this steam can be used to produce blasts of steam or create natural phenomena out of stream in offensive or defensive manners, for example whirlwinds. The heat produced can also be affected by the user's temperament. If the user is calm, the heat that is produced can be moderately safe.

However, if the user is angry the temperature of the heat that is produced can becomes so dangerously high that the user can melt everything around her. Their heat can also drastically affect the environment around the user and can wake up sleeping volcanoes in the vicinity. Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Passives:

  • Heat Wave(LVL 3) - Upon activation of this passive, a barrier of heat surrounds the user for up to several meters. The scale of this heat wave's range depends on the stamina cost to activate and can be maintained for three posts before entering a two post cool-down. The degree of heat produced is all up to the user but the maximum tier of damage that can be inflicted through this passive is Tier 3 Damage but this based on proximity. The speed of this heat's dispersal is based on the Tier of Damage Dealt, i.e. Tier 3 Damage equals Tier 3 Speed. Normal Burning and Melting is applied to materials with the span of the Heat Wave.

    • 10 Diameters|Meter: 5 Stamina - T3 Dmg.
    • 25 Diameters | Meter: 10 Stamina - T3 Dmg.
    • 50 Diameters | Meter: 20 Stamina - T2 Dmg.
    • 100 Diameters | Meter: 35 Stamina - T1 Dmg.


  • Fired Up!(LVL 3) - All Atsu Atsu No Mi skills operate at + 1 Strength.

  • Heat Stroke (LVL 3) - Heat stroke is caused when the body is overheating, usually as a result of prolonged exposure to or physical exertion in high temperatures. Due to the Atsu Atsu user letting off extreme heat, heat stroke can occur quickly in people with prolonged exposure to the user while they are in battle. Heat stroke will set in over a number of posts for people who are at most Twenty-Five meters away from the user or from a heat based attack. These skills apply when under effect of the Heat Wave Passive or skills similar in nature.

    Fatigue Notes :


    1st Post: Basic Heat, just some sweating, and slightly flushed skin
    2nd Post: Body temperature begins to go up, headache starts, skin will feel hot and dry to the touch, heart rate  increases, skin flushes, slight nausea. Drains Stamina by 5% for duration of skills application.  
    3rd Post: body temp continues to increase, headache worsens, heart rate quickens, breathing becomes more rapid, nausea ensues. Drains Stamina by 10% for duration of skills application.  

    Note: Being hit by a heat based attack accelerates the post counter by 1 each time.


    • Any doctor can cure people of the effects, and symptoms will start to fade the moment the person gets out of range provided they are not in a coma, and it will take the number of posts the person was exposed to the intense heat +2 to be cured of their symptoms.

    • If a person exits the topic with the user they'll be fine as long as they aren't in a coma. If in a coma, a doctor can save them, but they'll need to do a 1000 word recovery topic for their body. The eater of the fruit is naturally immune to this.





Passive Purchase

Skillset Strengths:

  • Supa Hot: Pollux's body is naturally retardant to immense temperatures and heat based elements alike. When facing abilities such as the Mera, Magu or any sub-tier flame/heat manipulation based attacks, Pollux is completely immune to any form of burning caused by these techniques. Damage dealt by these skills to Pollux also suffer a One/Two(Magu/Mera Temperatures) Tier De-buff in effectiveness. Even being submerged in Magma is like taking a luke warm bath to Pollux.
  • Sub-Zero: Due to the immense heat produced by the Atsu Atsu, advantages towards Ice/Snow Based Fruits can be exhibited. When attacking Ice Based Fruits such as Hie Hie, a One Tier Advantage is examined. When attacking Snow Based Fruits such as the Yuki Yuki, a Two Tier Advantage is examined. Colder Climates such as Winter Islands with very frigid climates have generally no effect on Pollux. Even sub-zero temperatures are like chilly breezes to him.
  • Super Evaporation: Skills based off of liquid, such as fishman karate, liquid poisons, etc, can be boiled and evaporated by atsu atsu skills/passives. When an atsu atsu and liquid skill collide the liquid skill will have to be one tier or higher to avoid being evaporated, and if it is only one tier higher then it will decrease one tier in strength after.
  • Too Hot: A natural field of heat can be seen omitted off Pollux in his general state. Once angry or enraged, this invisible heat wave will begin to incinerate/melt weaker materials around him through use of passives or skills.  

Skillset Weaknesses:

  • Busoshoku Haki can be used to resist the heat produced by the Atsu's capabilities. - 1 Wound Tier to limbs coated in Busoshoku. However, if the force of the skill exceeds the defensive capabilities displayed by the afflicted's Busoshoku Perks, damage occurs as per normal.
  • Wind Based Skills that collide can dissipate the Heat/Steam Produced by the Atsu Atsu No Mi. Wind Based Skills gain + One Tier Advantage when facing offensive skills in clashes.

MOD | Melting Chart:


This chart will depict the effect of the heat produced from the Atsu Atsu on Various Materials. Due to the Wound Chart being fairly descriptive of the effects of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree burns and what Tiered Wounds are caused by what, that will be used to gauge the scale of damage. The only time effects of this chart will function abnormally are when facing Ice/Snow Based Skills/Bodies. Regular Ice and Snow will be subjected to being melted but when it comes to users, whatever Wound Tier is being faced will be bumped by 1/2. For example, if an Atsu Atsu Skill inflicts minor damage, when facing Hie Hie Type Skills/Body of Ice, the wound would be bumped by 1. Similarly for snow, by 2. This is completely based on Burning Type Damage, and not any concessive force that might be caused from the pure destruction of skill.

Burning Chart | Infection:


Minor Burns: First-degree burns cause minimal skin damage. They are also called “superficial burns” because they affect the outermost layer of skin.Though bothersome, no immediate danger is present and can be healed through traditional means.
Moderate Burns: Second-degree burns are more serious because the damage extends beyond the top layer of skin. This type burn causes the skin to blister and become extremely red and sore.Some blisters pop open, giving the burn a wet or weeping appearance. Over time, thick, soft, scab-like tissue called fibrinous exudate may develop over the wound.Due to the delicate nature of these wounds, keeping the area clean and bandaging it properly is required to prevent infection. This also helps the burn heal quicker. Untreated Moderate Wounds after five/six posts after infliction can lead to infections. Stays within premise of the thread.
Major Burns: Excluding fourth-degree burns, third-degree burns are the most severe. They cause the most damage, extending through every layer of skin.There is a misconception that third-degree burns are the most painful. However, with this type of burn the damage is so extensive that there may not be any pain because of nerve damage. Without surgery, these wounds heal with severe scarring and contracture. A thread must be dedicated to healing such wounds or a skill must be applied. Stamina is drained by 5% every six posts when sustaining such burns. Note, this can only come into play with skills that afflict these level of wounds. After ten posts or a thread without treatment, infection occurs. Wounds upgrade into Severe Wounds, can lead to death if untreated.
Severe Burns: In a full-thickness or third-degree burn, the injury extends to all layers of the skin. Often there is no pain and the burn area is stiff. Healing typically does not occur on its own. A fourth-degree burn additionally involves injury to deeper tissues, such as muscle, tendons, or bone. At this stage, the shock caused sets the body into muscle spasms. Stamina is drained by 10% every three posts when sustaining such burns. Note, this can only come into play with skills that afflict these level of wounds. After eight posts or a thread without treatment, infection occurs. Wounds upgrade into Fatal Wounds, can lead to death if untreated.
Fatality - Instant Combustion: Survival is not imminent.

Pollux is able to create large volumes of steam, though he cannot directly manipulate the steam, he can release enough steam to give the afflicted the feeling of being in a sauna or in a desert. The temperatures of the steam peak around 7,000 Degrees and can slowly burn away at materials within it's realm. Being trapped in this field immediately places the afflicted at a Post 3 Count on the Heat Stroke Chart.

Skill Name: Hell On Earth

Description:
Pollux releases a 10,000 Degree temperature Heat Wave that wipes out anything in it's path, expanding outwards for up to 100 Diameters. Anything within the immediate Twenty-Five Diameters of the attack that's Partially Destroyed will be destroyed after another post of exposure. Post Up Keep can be kept to maintain this skill's effect. Fatigue chart can be applied for survivors of this skill.


Skill Name: Castor - Gemini

Description:
This skill allows Pollux to create a clone of himself, resembling that of his Twin Brother Castor. The Heat Clone at this level has access to all of Pollux's abilities, knowledge and physical capabilities. However, the clone must be at least 1km to maintain it's form. All techniques used by Castor offers - 1 Tier in Strength/Speed/Durability/Perception. All knowledge, feelings and perceptions of Castor's are shared between the two and vice versa.

Skill Name: Supernova Constelar

Description:
Covering himself in a ball of heat, the using Pollux as the feeding source, the dome surrounding Pollux expands outwards in all direction, depth, height, width around 350 Diameters outwards and 350 Meters upwards/downwards.

    This won’t be invisible. It’ll give off visible heat waves. Also this is a borderline skill to me. I won’t have you change it to one, but I’d like whoever is grading this after me to give their opinion on it. Also you’d need to put a speed for this once you activate your passive. Also have to have three level not four

  • Steam Field(LVL 3) - Pollux is able to create large volumes of steam, though he cannot directly manipulate the steam, he can give the afflicted the feeling of being in a sauna or in a desert. The opposite to his Heat Wave passive, the further away you are, the more effective this passive becomes. This passive requires 15 Stamina to activate at it's base form, and increased by + 5 Stamina for each new stage. The Steam dissipates after two posts. Note, these after images can be discerned by Kenbunshoku Haki Users above B Rank. Also, this skills after-images isn't limited to his own movement, but all movements within this field.

    • 10 Diameter: Visibility is imminent. The user's position is relatively identifiable.
    • 25 Diameter: Visibility becomes problematic. Movements one tier above the viewers perception becomes distorted, can create the effect of having 1 After Image of Himself to placed at any point within the range.
    • 50 Diameter: Visibility at this point is nearly impossible. Movements one tier above the viewers perception becomes distorted, can create the effect of having several after images to be placed at any point, 3 Maximum.
    • 100 Diameter: Visibility at this point is unheard of. Movements one tier above the viewers perception becomes distorted, can create the effect of having several after images to be placed at any point, 4 Maximum and 6 when two tiers of perception is scene.

    How are you placing afterimages when you make all this steam? Since this is basically a smoke screen. You and whoever is in all of it won’t be able to really visibly see anything, unless using Haki or another ability.

Damage dealt by these skills to Pollux also suffer a One/Two(Magu/Mera Temperatures) Tier De-buff in effectiveness. Even being submerged in Magma is like taking a luke warm bath to Pollux.
  • Sub-Zero: Due to the immense heat produced by the Atsu Atsu, advantages towards Ice/Snow Based Fruits can be exhibited. When attacking Ice Based Fruits such as Hie Hie, a One Tier Advantage is examined. When attacking Snow Based Fruits such as the Yuki Yuki, a Two Tier Advantage is examined. Colder Climates such as Winter Islands with very frigid climates have generally no effect on Pollux. Even sub-zero temperatures are like chilly breezes to him.
  • Super Evaporation: Skills based off of liquid, such as fishman karate, liquid poisons, etc, can be boiled and evaporated by atsu atsu skills/passives. When an atsu atsu and liquid skill collide the liquid skill will have to be one tier or higher to avoid being evaporated, and if it is only one tier higher then it will decrease one tier in strength after.
  • Too Hot: A natural field of heat can be seen omitted off Pollux in his general state. Once angry or enraged, this invisible heat wave will begin to incinerate/melt weaker materials around him through use of passives or skills.  

Skillset Weaknesses:

  • Striking with an unarmed/armed attack infused with Busoshoku Haki allows the attacker to perform the attack without risk of receiving burns/melting if successful. However, all other areas uncoated would still be faced with Regular Melting/Destruction Chart Damage applications. Note, materials unable resist Heat Wave based skills for example, will still begin to melt/corrode.
  • Wind Based Skills that collide can dissipate the Heat Produced by the Atsu Atsu No Mi. Wind Based Skills gain + One Tier Advantage when facing offensive skills in clashes.

MOD | Melting Chart:


This chart will depict the effect of the heat produced from the Atsu Atsu on Various Materials. Due to the Wound Chart being fairly descriptive of the effects of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree burns and what Tiered Wounds are caused by what, that will be used to gauge the scale of damage. The only time effects of this chart will function abnormally are when facing Ice/Snow Based Skills/Bodies. Regular Ice and Snow will be subjected to being melted but when it comes to users, whatever Wound Tier is being faced will be bumped by 1/2. For example, if an Atsu Atsu Skill inflicts minor damage, when facing Hie Hie Type Skills/Body of Ice, the wound would be bumped by 1. Similarly for snow, by 2. This is completely based on Burning Type Damage, and not any concessive force that might be caused from the pure destruction of skill.

Burning Chart | Infection:


Minor Burns: First-degree burns cause minimal skin damage. They are also called “superficial burns” because they affect the outermost layer of skin.Though bothersome, no immediate danger is present and can be healed through traditional means.
Moderate Burns: Second-degree burns are more serious because the damage extends beyond the top layer of skin. This type burn causes the skin to blister and become extremely red and sore.Some blisters pop open, giving the burn a wet or weeping appearance. Over time, thick, soft, scab-like tissue called fibrinous exudate may develop over the wound.Due to the delicate nature of these wounds, keeping the area clean and bandaging it properly is required to prevent infection. This also helps the burn heal quicker. Untreated Moderate Wounds after five/six posts after infliction can lead to infections. Stays within premise of the thread.
Major Burns: Excluding fourth-degree burns, third-degree burns are the most severe. They cause the most damage, extending through every layer of skin.There is a misconception that third-degree burns are the most painful. However, with this type of burn the damage is so extensive that there may not be any pain because of nerve damage. Without surgery, these wounds heal with severe scarring and contracture. A thread must be dedicated to healing such wounds or a skill must be applied. Stamina is drained by 5% every six posts when sustaining such burns. Note, this can only come into play with skills that afflict these level of wounds. After ten posts or a thread without treatment, infection occurs. Wounds upgrade into Severe Wounds, can lead to death if untreated.
Severe Burns: In a full-thickness or third-degree burn, the injury extends to all layers of the skin. Often there is no pain and the burn area is stiff. Healing typically does not occur on its own. A fourth-degree burn additionally involves injury to deeper tissues, such as muscle, tendons, or bone. At this stage, the shock caused sets the body into muscle spasms. Stamina is drained by 10% every three posts when sustaining such burns. Note, this can only come into play with skills that afflict these level of wounds. After eight posts or a thread without treatment, infection occurs. Wounds upgrade into Fatal Wounds, can lead to death if untreated.
Fatality - Instant Combustion: Survival is not imminent.

Fatigue Notes :

Heat stroke is caused when the body is overheating, usually as a result of prolonged exposure to or physical exertion in high temperatures. Due to the Atsu Atsu user letting off extreme heat, heat stroke can occur quickly in people with prolonged exposure to the user while they are in battle. Heat stroke will set in over a number of posts for people who are at most Twenty-Five meters away from the user or from a heat based attack. These skills apply when under effect of the Heat Wave Passive or skills similar in nature.

1st Post: Basic Heat, just some sweating, and slightly flushed skin
2nd Post: Body temperature begins to go up, headache starts, skin will feel hot and dry to the touch, heart rate  increases, skin flushes, slight nausea. Drains Stamina by 5% for duration of skills application.  
3rd Post: body temp continues to increase, headache worsens, heart rate quickens, breathing becomes more rapid, nausea ensues. Drains Stamina by 10% for duration of skills application.  
4th Post:Headache becomes incredibly painful, skin turns a bright red, full on nausea resulting in vomiting, mental state worsens further, seizures occur. Forces Stamina levels to 50%, as indicated by stamina system.
5th Post: Headache becomes incredibly painful, skin turns a bright red, full on nausea resulting in vomiting, mental state worsens further, seizures occur. Forces Stamina levels to 25%, as indicated by stamina system.
6th post- death
This is a passive

Note: Being hit by a heat based attack accelerates the post counter by 1 each time.

Any doctor can cure people of the effects, and symptoms will start to fade the moment the person gets out of range provided they are not in a coma, and it will take the number of posts the person was exposed to the intense heat +2 to be cured of their symptoms.

If a person exits the topic with the user they'll be fine as long as they aren't in a coma. If in a coma, a doctor can save them, but they'll need to do a 1000 word recovery topic for their body. The eater of the fruit is naturally immune to this.

This skill allows Pollux to create a clone of himself, resembling that of his Twin Brother Castor. The Heat Clone at this level has access to all of Pollux's abilities, knowledge and physical capabilities. However, the clone must be at least 1km to maintain it's form. All techniques used by Castor offers - 1 Tier in Strength/Speed/Durability/Perception. All knowledge, feelings and perceptions of Castor's are shared between the two and vice versa.

Your tier 5 nd 6 skill need a charge up. And I don't get how you'd make a clone. Finally, the heat stroke passive, to me, should stop at 3rd Post 10% stamina drain.

  • As for the charge up aspect of the T5/T6 Skills, unless this is universal law, I don't see why I should have to charge my skills when other approved T5 & T6 skills don't have charging elements. I'm not about to take unnecessary debuffs unless everyone using skills at this Tier is as well. That's just my personal feeling on that. If you want me to place lines saying that the heat wave doesn't expand at max speed instantly, I could see that being a fair opt out, but I'd always assume that techniques of AOE nature generally would need time to expand to their maximum range and speed.
  • As for the clone, the Atsu Atsu has been seen to able to produce heat like objects. Meaning, it has a producer element to it's form. And as such, someone having T5 Mastery, should be able to achieve the duplication skills much like Doffy was able to creating a String Clone. How does a string fruit create a clone logically either? Weaving strings together to create a marionette, and then it moves correct? I'm creating a humanoid heat imprint of myself, via heat transferal, a basic function of heat is to transferred.


The third point I fully understand and has been edited to stop at Post 3.
