Due to a miscommunication Nico traveled to Fishman Island. Due to the old WP system saying they can travel to Marine controlled Islands. And yes, Fishman Island is now Marine controlled, since that was the outcome of the Mini Event. And since that is the reason Howard was here, to secure the Island. And going off of Marine Escort Service anyone can travel to Marine controlled Islands. But, this isn't the case for Nico since Shici do not have this travel anymore, for now. If the majority wants him to leave the topic his post is voided. Personally this is a fault on my hand and, like I do to others, I won't penalize them for it. That is why i am leaving it in the hands of the participants to decided if they want him to stay within the topic. Another note is that even with this service those that come to Fishman Island aren't able to just get into the New World.

I'll delete these once its been read.

With the change over of fishman island ust happening [literally about a weeks passed] the service escort wouldn't plausibly be usable.

My main issue is that Nico hasn't achieved any of the requirements to gain access as per the rules to this island. Which is one of the main requirements. No bubble coating [the escort service isnt open to shichis and doesnt have a bubble generator or anything on board given its information so would also be crushed going down 0_0]

Given the travel requirements that arent met, really you should be voided. but given that as long as your removed from fishman island after this thread and are unable to continue on to sabaody/new world or back to this island until you meet the requirements.

Im also fine with you staying.

In future though travel requirements should be read and should be taken seriously.

Just as he was about to bring the bottle to his lips he felt the bottle twitch in his hands. This unnerved him and he quickly proceeded to let the bottle go. Although should his reflexes which are currently tier 3.5 not be fast enough to drop it he would activate his intangibility in his face and hand that was holding the bottle of sake. Either way, the sake bottle would appear to have slipped from his hand and crash to the floor breaking. He was very pissed it was his favorite vintage east blue. "Damn what a waste." He was wondering though why the bottle decided to move out on its own. there was no logical explanation.

Unless there was someone with a devil fruit nearby. But who would be stupid enough to mess with him, He had done nothing wrong. As far as he was concerned he was an innocent bystander. he quickly activated his kenbushou haki. Extending his ability to perceive andy more incoming attacks or dangers spreading out to 150 meters in diameter. Now he would know of any more nonsense that tried to mess with him. He was not in the mood to play games especially after hearing that there was a celestial dragon on the island.  He sneered around trying to possibly pinpoint the location of the attacker but there were far too many people within the area. He could easily clear them all out with a simple blast but he didn't want to murder anyone.

He turned about and walked towards his captain and whispered low enough so that only he and bean could hear him "we might have company someone just tried to mess with me with my bottle." He sighed and continued to walk past the captain moving slowly walking through the crowds, however, keeping within visual range of his captain. He was not going to lose him especially not with his sixth sense aura activated. Whoever was out there was definitely trying to gun for him perhaps they were a bounty hunter he didn't know but his curiosity was peeked on how they would try and mess with him again. His bloodlust, however, he would let out in full capacity should he see the celestial dragon. Oh, how he was going to torture the shit out of them till he got the information he wanted.

OOC: Given I'm sure 3/4ths of the people above me are dead there will be a few hypothetical scenarios in my post

Today would prove to be a day filled with irony for Bazel and his crew but that wasn't something they quite knew yet. Had they known there was something about to happen in regards to how Fishman Island was going to treat them they had stayed their adventurous asses on the Grand Maria. With all this sake Bazel had an agenda with it. He was either going to knock Junbei upside the head with it and let him know that the Yellow Beard Pirates weren't a friend of his or he was going to drink with his old friend, he wasn't quite sure how that exchange would play out and the prospect of either really excited him. Bazel had to break into the New World in a shocking manner for various reasons and the crew of Taisen Yamamoto waging war on another Yonko would be just the perfect way to do that. While Bazel was strapping up his sake bottle Zanji was three feet from him preparing to take a sip from his sake bottle. Bazel wondered what this kid was capable of in terms of his abilities, he wanted to test him in some way on Fishman and this notion of Celestial Dragons offered the perfect opportunity.

"Oi Alaric, you ever won-" the straps on Bazel's giant glass sake bottle broke as he immediately jerked his right arm forward. The jerking motion was so fast and intense it actually broke Bazel's sake bottle causing its contents to spill into the swtreets of Fishman island. What was the cause of all of this? The bottle of sake Alaric had began to move against his hands. Bazel had the perception of a hawk and as he was looking at his subordinate drink from his bottle or attempt to drink from it Bazel should say, it started to slip from his hands but that made no sense because of the grip Alaric had, it was tight enough for that bottle not to move a bit. The press of silica against the lips of Alaric would send Bazel into his frenzy, the silica wuldn't even make it pass the gums of Alaric before Bazel's right hand was firmly pressed around the base of the sake bottle which was no larger than 7 inches long and 3 inches wide. Once gripped Bazel would pull his arm backwards incinerating the base with his his immense heat that was attached to his hands, that happened the second the bottle left the lips of Alaric.

The cloak of Bazel began to burn away now revealing slowly but surely his clad black attire and signature red spiky hair. Bazel had moved so fast that he made lightning look slow. "That bottle actually had force behind it when I got my hand on it. Nothing natural could have caused that bottle to move like that." said Bazel who had activated his haki the second the noticed the sharp motions of the bottle making its move on Alaric. "I'm gonna check this out, you go forward and find Junbei and his crew. Tell him you're in my crew." said a serious face Bazel who was moving cautiously positioning himself back to back with Alaric now completely facing the direction which was formally their blindside. Alaric's journey would be sending him roughly 1.1km forward towards the unknowing battlefield, to say the streets were crawling with people would be an overstatement, there was just a decent amount in this district, just enough to get out of dodge quick if things went south which from the looks of it they were. Bazel didn't take a combat stance or anything for that battle but his hands and legs were on fire. The ground beneath Bazel was charred goods. All it took was one fishman who noticed the attire and red hair along with his fire and he was spooked. "It's him! the Fire bird!" and immediately the hysteria began and people began to shuffle out of dodge not knowing exactly what Bazel's intentions were.

Meanwhile in the direction Alaric was heading Bazel could hear all the commotion and saw a giant bright light coming from the area out of the corner of his eyes. As for Bazel's placement he wasn't quite sure where his opposition was at and he wasn't even sure they were in this direction but it was the direction he had previously left himself most vulnerable from beforehand so it seemed the likeliest. That wasn't a problem anymore due to his activated haki fixing that hole in his game. Aimlessly Bazel would just analyze everything within this direction with his amazing vision which surpassed that of a human. If someone even twitched wrong Bazel would notice. Between  the assessment of the situation and his orders to Alaric Bazel had used his den den mushi via his wrist "Faust, clear the docks and take the ship just inside Fishmans shield" spoke the firebird. A simple "Aye" from Faust was all Bazel would get back which meant the navigator would do as told. Moving the ship off the docks had placed the Grand Maria 360 meters off the docks just inside the shield provided by Fishman Island and an additional 180 meters away from Bazel's current position.

On the chances that Bazel was too late to save Alaric and the bottle would tear through his mouth like a prepubescent girl at a Jonas Brothers concert the firebird immediately became alert and did everything that he had currently stated just with the table moved slightly up.

I will not be posting the actual post until all 3 of the involved parties have come to an agreement over what happened in this thread, or until it has been ruled upon by staff.

Alright, before I begin laying out my arguments, I wish to provide a few explanations that should be kept in mind as one reads this post. The first point being that Howard’s two tier 5 attacks should each be considered to be the equivalent of a tier 6 skill with an added +1 material destruction tier bonus from weapon specialization, making them capable of reducing any known material to dust, including seastone. This is further compounded by the fact that Howard is using a strength proficiency skillset.

My reasoning behind this is as follows:

1.Howard’s strength is T7

2.Strength - Your skills are naturally deal more damage and your area of effect (AOE) Skills including the damage you cause to the environment as collateral is enhanced.

3.For the power of Skills, their power/output is equivalent to the Strength of the user + the Tier of the Skill they used divided by 2. So a person with Tier 7 Strength using a Tier 1 Skill, boosts the Skills power output to Tier 4. (7+1)/2=4. In this case you get a number that has a decimal, you round up. Only applies to Skills that use physical Strength. i.e. Gomu Gomu, but not Mera Mera.

4.Transferring the force of a cut over a distance by swinging the sword at high speed, creating a "vacuum blade" of compressed air; or by simply creating strong winds with sword blows. This is known as a Flying Slash Attack (飛ぶ斬撃 Tobu Zangeki?). The color of these attacks varies between users such as blue, green, purple etc.

The four of these points make up the basis of the argument, that being PoD skills are boosted by the physical strength enhancement from the strength attribute because they base on the transfer of physical force, and thus considered as using physical strength.

The second point I would like to bring up will likely have the greatest effect on my argument and on the survival of the people in question. There seems to be some big misunderstandings when it comes to a specific point in the timeline, that being the moment when Howard crys “Die you bastards!”. I am not aware if the two people being attacked noticed the following line, but if they did, I do not think they correctly described their timelines, as I will show later.

“Howard's attacks had taken full effect just before his cry of rage began.”

The reason I bring this up is that there are many actions that are contingent on Howard raising his arms in an attempt to intercept him. The problem with this is that there are also actions which contradict this in the timeline by having the characters perform actions after Howard began to speak but before he raised his swords, which would be physically impossible. More will be elaborated on later in the post.

The third and final preliminary point is Howard’s physical stats. I will list them along with the reasoning behind their values:
Strength-T7
Speed-T5.5 (6 Sword Speed from dual wielding sabers)
Perception -T5( T7 after hawkeye is activated)
Durability - 4

Now I will begin by going over the problems in Laz’s post and why I think a good deal of it should be voided.

The first problem I have with Laz’s description of the timeline begins with this statement:

“Junbei had just begun to attempt to free the first of the slaves, by removing their collars but no action as such had occurred yet. From the odd some two hundred and so meters away, again, the eager Knight, bloodlust in all, scaled a fifty meter building to the North, which would’ve been to the back of Junbei, ten meters away. As, only black magic would’ve teleported the man from running on foot, to the top of the building, maybe some skill allowed him, but since he was moving at around Tier 5 speeds, it was hard to tell what possessed anyone, to move with the same swiftness of any of Junbei’s own skills(V - Five), that of sound.”

There are a few problems with this statement. The first being that Howard was at the 250 meter mark at the same time that Junbei was attempting to remove the slave collars. Howard was actually at the 250 meter mark before the group had even begun their reunion. As shown by the following quote:

“Around the time that Junbei caught wind of the approaching marine troops, Howard had already utilized his speed to arrive on top of the building directly overlooking the Songbirds to the north. His arrival was marked shortly after with a distinctive cry of rage in which Howard shouted:”

This is shown because the time at which Junbei was able to sense the grunt marines, Howard was already there. This also bring ups another problem with his timeline, given that he described being able to hear the marines before Howard had actually made it to their location, as shown by the following quote:

“At the brim of his 1km scope, as stated prior, forces approached from the East and West, however, one in particular stood out more than any other, it was the rage of gloom stricken man, and his path was that Northern Bound, and incoming.”

At this point Howard was not incoming, he was on top of them, having already attacked. The reason why Howard is able to this is because of how vaguely the timelines were described during the actual reunion, leaving ample room for manipulation.

The next statement that I have a problem with is the following quote:

“The Devil would be in the details but the exact moment, the Admiral motioned his blades for an attack, Junbei could hear the sound of the muscles, vessels and bones in his body churning, as the Admiral’s intent itched for a sacrifice and the beginnings of a screech or shout would surface.”

This is the most problematic of the timeline errors in the post as it is what would decide if a hit was called or not. As stated in the preliminary points section of this argument post:

“Howard's attacks had taken full effect just before his cry of rage began.”

This means that Laz stated that Junbei could hear both the sound of Howard raising his blades and the sound of him beginning his shout at the same time, something that would be completely impossible. This alone would condemn him to being hit, but just to make sure that we go over all possible points in the instance that a counterpoint makes this specific argument null, I will continue with the problems I have with the post.

For the next quote:

“The Devil was in the details, and literally this Sound Demon waited for the man’s screech to echo and his attack to reign, now freed by his intangibility, reforming on the ceiling behind the man, well in scope of his Radar. The ceilings top was around, fourteen meters in size, the Northern Knight, now recognisable as the Admiral, standing at his peak facing south towards the street from his North Position. “

I’m somewhat confused about where a ceiling would appear in this instance. I am aware that we are underwater and that I did not describe that there was not a ceiling above me. Howard was described as being on top of the building, not in the top floor of the building, so the given descriptions of the ceiling does not seem to be in line with the actual ceiling of Fishman island. Because of this, I really don’t see any way how Junbei could have commenced with the majority of his attacks.

I also found it weird how Junbei managed to make it up to the top of the building while intangible. While I would have no problem with it if Junbei jumped to get up there, I don’t see how he could have done so given that he legs would have to be completely intangible as well. I’m not aware as to whether logia forms can just float around and travel anywhere without having provided some force before intangibility, but I am willing to let this point drop if sufficient canon evidence for that being possible can be provided, or if he can provide some ability that allowed him to do that.

Another quote I have a problem with is the following:

“By this point, the man was at the 'YOU’, in his loud exclamation. And, like he said, they’d all heard it. It was then, the odd waves took effect. By the time the man finished his statement, 'BA-STARDS' the last two syllables had been amplified with enough force to disintegrate the man’s voice box, actually at this force of skill (Tier 5 Str), i’d be strong enough to disintegrate several components of the throat internally, causing the Admiral to potentially choke on his own blood. All he needed to do was finish two key sentiments, two syllables of the last word in his statement, which he’d already committed to screaming.”

As previously stated, this contradicts other points in his timeline. He stated that Junbei was able to hear both the raising of the sword and the beginning of the yell at the exact same time, yet he also stated that he went intangible and proceeded to attack at a later time, having arrived after the raising of the swords and during the cry. This would have been a correct timeline of course, but it contradicts the other statements he has made.

I’m fine with Nico’s actions, but mind you that Aoi has kenbushoku haki on along with t6 speed so interceptions are quite simple. None of those interceptions have any bearing on the main problems though.

Now on to Mel’s post.

The first thing I have a problem with is the quote:

“Though it seemed to have only been Ivette, and 30 cyborg mecha's whom had perished within the death winks radius, it would seem that perhaps more had perished, it was awkward to say the least that neither the songbirds, the civilians around them, nor Ivette took mention of such horrific events.”

The problem I have with this is that she claims Ivette to be dead when Jerome clearly went through with specific actions related to Ivette leaving and getting away. None of those actions were stopped and Ivette had already escaped. Now I am aware that this is likely some bait so you can claim I am contradicting myself by saying she could escape, but all these civilians would have died. My argument is that Ivette was blocked specifically by the bodies of her servants, while your attack was a massive 35 meter aoe that could have slaughtered people from many directions. Personally I think you should have called a hit on her, but since you didn’t, regardless of whether or not it was somehow illogical, she was able to leave the thread without you having stopped her. So I think this point should be voided.

Another quote:

“Jerome or now in his frog form The Frog, like his captain also had his haki still remaining, though it was not until Howard and his large group of marines stepped in to the seven hundred and fifty mark did Jerome detect them. “
I went over how I arrived the moment you could sense the marine troops not that I was entering your range at the same time as them. You may wish to argue that it is unreasonable for Howard to be able to get this close without any of you having sensed his close proximity, but as I never mentioned any large groups of marines being with me the moment I arrived, and because you guys just mentioned that you could hear a large group marines speaking at some specific point in time, I decided to have Howard arrive exactly at that point, making any mentions of him being with the large group of marines void. This is also a result of how roleplay can be completely illogical and still happen should the writers not describe the time of their actions correctly.

The most important quote is the following:

“Over the initial shock, Howards mouth began to form words, but the Amphibian was already moving, he was not willing to allow his allies to die, now again. Junbei had already vanished, with only Octavia in the area with the Frog he would protect her just like he had in atlantis. Quickly he grasped onto her, pulling her body into his, as if the amphibian had already given up. He sensed the attacks, the first attacks that where released where from the duo that where at least one hundred or so meters from them. Having been released just prior to the frog grasping Octavia. "Hold on" He said as Howard lifted his sword ready to release his own attack. As Howards hands lifted up, both eyes of the frog closed. Within that moment, all hell broke loose. “

The problem lies with the way this was written as it implies Jerome was moving to grab Octavia as Howard spoke. As mentioned previously, by the time Howard had begun to speak, all the attacks would already have hit, meaning that Jerome and Octavia would be turned into dust.

In the case that this point is thrown out via the use of correct counterpoint, I would like to bring attention to another one of the preliminary points I made, that being that the abilities I used were the equivalent of tier 6 abilities, and Howard’s sword swinging speed is at tier 6. I think it is reasonable to assume that Howard could swing his his swords before the tier 7 speed based skill reaches him, given that they are 50 meters away. This would mean that a single one of his attacks would easily destroy the tier 6 ability of a speed prioritization skillset. Since he launched two, even if the tier 6 speed attack was launched, it would still be ground into dust, as would the people within the range of the blast. In regards to the destabilization of the building beneath Howard’s feet, it would not be difficult for him to continue attacking while falling, as he was stated to use geppo after having used his skills. It is irrelevant whether or not he is in the air or on the building.

In my opinion, both Laz and Mel have been completely turned into dust, along with all of their belongings, but I will await arguments before we come to a conclusion.

Alright so I’ve quoted all three posts so I can fully go through my point, bare with me as the important points will be in red.

Argument: I did indeed interpret Howard’s advance properly. b) I was in my intangible form when I attacked. c) I was able to close the distance between Howard and I, using a skill, and the ceiling term can be used interchangeably with roof.

However, before all of this, let me just argue my case a bit.

Lazarus King wrote:

The sound of boots pressing against the concrete in swarms of hundred's could've been heard, approaching from each side in the district. "Oi. Jun." Nico stated. "I'm sure Frog- Jerome senses it too. It's alot of them. Coming from all directions... I can hear their murmurs... Admiral... Songbirds... Hilda.... Junbei... They're talking about us." Junbei would report in realtime. "Admiral?" Junbei pondered. "Is that a code name or something?" Junbei exclaimed genuinely lost. "Nico. Octavia. Free the slaves from their shackles… I'll see if I can do something about their collars." Junbei inquired.

Supporting Evidence:
Right so, at this point, the forces I’m able to hear can only be within 150 Diameters of my position. Meaning, any forces at the 1km point, would be the ones Gambit enter the thread with.
This merely for story plot reasons, and honestly, I thought when the NPC entered, that, he’d use the force that’s most close, but Gambit game with own goons so it’s all good, just meant more problems for me. Also note, Nico can only sense up to 750M, so anything at 1km would be impossible for him. Meaning, it'd have to be what Jun's picking up at the 150 M mark. Fun fact, you murdered the marines at this point with your attack lmao.

Proof below Radar was present.

Skill Name: Radar II
Tier: 3
Type Normal
Range: 150M Diameter
Speed: V
Description:
The user is able to listen into conversations and all sounds within 150 diameter of his range. However, he’s unable to put ‘body’ or ‘person’ to these sounds unless he’s previously met them or mentally visualising them using Kenbunshoku Haki, this skill can last up to five posts. When coupled with his Kenbunshoku Haki, if he's met with the PC or NPC before, he can place the voice to the aura. At this tier, waves can penetrate stone walls effectively, objects appear as blue in nature.

Now onto gambit’s post, now I’m not going to nitpick I just need this post for a few points.

Admiral wrote:

Howard grunted under his breath as he utilized his fastest unenhanced speed to make his way towards the area where the Celestial Dragon was known to be, still continuing to utilize his kenbunshoku haki as a means to find dangers and anomalies. Before moving in that direction he made sure to notify two of his rear admirals to follow close behind, those rear admirals being Aoi Yoshida and Sansun Jikunman. After arriving one kilometer away from where the Celestial dragon was currently making her rounds, he was made aware of the carnage taking place. He had arrived just as Jerome had intercepted the butler of the Celestial Dragon, and through the use of kenbunshoku haki witnessed the violence that unfolded. He saw as Jerome utilized his death wink to slaughter an innumerable number of civilians in an attempt to kill the Celestial Dragon. The man that once had the hope of being saved was obliterated in the blink of an eye. The bodies of women and children lay strewn about on the ground, their blood staining the pavement. The worst part of it all was that Jerome did not have single shred of a reaction to the slaughter he had just performed, instead acting as though he was a hero. He gallantly stood in the puddle of blood leaking from the severed torso of an 8 year old child, now deceased.

Dialogue For Arguement: Now at this point, Gambit is at the 1km point. With however how many so of his men, and Aoi and the Sansun would be at their points I assume from East and West. Gambit coming from the North.

Via the use of his kenbunshoku haki, Howard also saw how the man transformed himself in a frog and realized that the group responsible for this travesty was The Songbirds. A disturbing feeling began to well up in his stomach as he took in the information at hand. A surging tide of rage threatened to boil out and cause him to lose all semblance of reason. Of course, given his experience as an admiral and the many life threatening situations he had been in, he knew that giving into his anger would be the death of him and of the many civilians he had sworn to protect. This was still the most angry he had ever been in his life however, and his soul mourned for loss of so much innocent life. It was as though he could hear the souls of the fallen calling him to avenge their pointless deaths. He knew that even if he had to stake his life upon it, that he needed to obliterate The Songbirds with all the forces available to him. These sick individuals did not deserve to continue walking the earth, wantonly causing destruction, suffering, and mayhem wherever they went.

Dialogue For Arguement: Now this part is actually very important, Howard’s anger, is what allows Junbei to distinct him in his post, I just interpreted it in my post as killing intent. Since Gambit never went here nor there with stating what his anger was for, just note for the sake and purposes of my argument, I interpreted his anger as Killing Intent. And reference this frequently among my post.

The instant that Howard had gotten within one kilometer of the encounter he had continued to move towards it along with his rear admirals. They were also utilizing kenbunshoku haki and were able to see the majority of the scene as they reached the seven hundred and fifty meter mark. They had all viewed what happened while moving towards their destination. Howard had been utilizing his aura sight the moment he had viewed the members of the Songbirds, and he was made aware of each of their positions as he continued to approach them at his fastest unenhanced speed. Given that they were having their little reunion by the time he had reached the two hundred and fifty meter mark, Howard was ready to completely utilize his arsenal to destroy his opposition.

Dialogue For Arguement: Now in my post, I mentioned that though I was having my reunion, my radar and Haki would’ve still be picking up life forms, killing intent etc. Because if you refer to the Sixth Sense skill, it allows you to feel incoming danger, at this point, Gambit couldn’t have been not moving, he’d be approaching us, so he’d actually be at the 250 M point when me and Melz talked.

Around the time that Junbei caught wind of the approaching marine troops, Howard had already utilized his speed to arrive on top of the building directly overlooking the Songbirds to the north. His arrival was marked shortly after with a distinctive cry of rage in which Howard shouted:

Dialogue For Arguement: I interpreted this line as: Before he arrived (position established), he’d screamed moments before. So scream, then position established. Note, Howard/Gambit didn’t state how he got here, whether it be by Geppo or By Foot. This point is important as it relates to my post.

“DIE YOU BASTARDS!”

Howard’s voice echoed for hundreds of meters and could be distinctly heard by the Songbirds. A tear fell down Howard’s face as he swung his swords with the greatest force he could muster, having drawn them on the way over. The was done simultaneously to when Junbei was about to attempt to remove the bombs from the collars. With all of his anger he utilized both swords simultaneously, making sure that neither of the attacks that came from them stopped the other from traveling forward. From his left sword made of seastone, a massive spiraling air pressure wave in the form of a sphere with a one hundred meter diameter was launched towards the Songbirds. This wave would flatten everything in front Howard for hundred meters in all directions, with the entire Songbird crew being in the epicenter. Anything struck by the wave of spiraling air pressure would be ground into dust, with no material being strong enough to withstand its power. Given the close proximity of this attack, it was unlikely for there to be any method of traversing enough ground to get out of its range before it would strike. The spiraling air pressure wave traveled at its quickest speed possible as it made its way towards the Songbirds.

At the same time, Howard’s right sword released another massive wave of air pressure, except this one was in the shape of a square one hundred meters in length and width. This wave was a bit different from the spiral one utilized by Howard’s left arm as this square of air pressure was actually thousands of slicing wind blades that would slice apart any known material with ease. Anyone hit by this attack would have their entire body and all of the belongings completely sliced to tiny bits, leaving almost nothing remaining. While the two abilities happened simultaneously, they did not cancel each other out but rather fused together in some sort of spiraling calamity. The combined force of the two abilities would completely level the buildings below and reduce anyone caught within their ranges to dust. Howard had no qualms with utilizing this method of mass destruction because all civilian presence had been erased from the scene long ago by the evil frog man Jerome. There were no civilians for a whole kilometer, having been evacuated long ago and leaving Howard to kill with impunity. As these attacks had enough of a range that they could injure the user, Howard had utilized Geppo to place himself sixty meters above the building line, placing him well out of range of his own abilities. He had of course launched the abilities before utilizing Geppo as his speed was fast enough to do so.

Throughout the utilization of these two abilities, Howard had his hawk eyes and sixth sense activated and trained on anything that could be a threat to him. He would still utilize these abilities even if he were not able to begin his previously mentioned attacks. Throughout all of his actions, Howard was prepared to stop whatever he was doing and react to an incoming threat or something that he deemed necessary to deal with. Howard's attacks had taken full effect just before his cry of rage began. Of course, Howard was not the only individual here with a bone to pick with the Songbird. His two rear admirals were also livid at the prospect of so many innocent lives being lost and they knew that they had to help out as best they could as well.

Howard truly hoped that this barrage of attacks would wipe out the Songbirds and put an end to their reign of terror. He wished for these seas to be a place free from the scourge of pirates like Jerome. Knowing how powerful they were however, he was not expecting these blows to be capable of killing them and thus he was ready to continue fighting these evil bastards if he needed to.

After utilizing his techniques he stayed above in the sky while utilizing geppo and surveying the area beneath him and surveying his entire surroundings with his kenbunshoku haki. Any unrecognizable but powerful entity that entered within a one kilometer range of Howard would be instantly recognized as a possible threat and prepared for by Howard. Just as Junbei had predicted, a massive surge of hundreds of marines was approaching the area from the east and west, preparing to do combat against the Songbirds, should they be alive that is.

Dialogue For Arguement: This bit is basically Gambit’s attack but a few things I want to note here, He fired off two Tier 2 Skills, putting his stamina at 400/600. Meaning, he’d be panting lightly after this attack. Hence why, my Equaliser would’ve been the most accurate attack.

Howard - 2 Tier 5 skills, Kenbunshoku Haki, Geppo

Aoi - 1 Tier 5 skill, Kenbunshoku Haki
Sansun - 1 Tier 5 skill, Kenbunshoku Haki[/spoiler]

Argumental Point: I actually did interpret Gambit’s Post right.

In monitoring the movements of the fleeing Celestial, Junbei’s Kenbunshoku had already been stretched 1km in all directions the entire time from his moving off towards Jerome from his prior position diagonal from Candy Factory, with his Radar clocking in a whopping one hundred fifty meter range behind (outward and upwards) it, meaning, if a bee’s buzzing was to merely cease even 400 feet above the ground, that subtle of a sound, he’d be able to know.

Dialogue For Arguement: So I’m pretty much saying, my Haki would pick up anyone at the 1KM point in any direction. And my radar has 150 Diameters worth of sound available.

As his mind was overloaded with many thoughts, sounds and images from activating his Kenbunshoku and Radar meshing at his level of mastery.

Dialogue For Argument:  I make acknowledge of all sounds within my radar’s range.

At the brim of his 1km scope, as stated prior, forces approached from the East and West, however, one in particular stood out more than any other, it was the rage of gloom stricken man, and his path was that Northern Bound, and incoming.

Dialogue For Arguement: Now, in Gambit’s post, he disregarded the fact that my Haki was indeed activated first, so I would’ve felt the forces coming in. Note, I didn’t say, I felt Howard at the 1km point. I felt the forces incoming, as in, this is all happening in real time, they’re movement, which breaks any falsely constructed timeline Howard would’ve made, as he’s basing this that he’d be moving fast enough for me not to perceive, I mean this point is an assumption, but I can’t actually see why I couldn’t go back in the timeline and notice a new set of forces coming in at 1km points.

However, the nature of Kenbunshoku didn’t overflow his mind of the incoming enemies, adding stress. No actually, his training to feel nothing from Derous played it’s most integral role at times like these. Junbei remained calm because as showcased earlier, it was just marines approaching correct? The hatred they’d feel was simply because of his name or rank, anything else was oblivious or irrelevant to him. As perspective usually shaped the opinions of bandwagoners and fools alike.

As the marines central pillars in this raid moved closer and closer, these three Knights moving along the Shogi board much faster than the pawns in their arsenal, but again, one Knight seemed much eager than the others.

Dialogue For Arguement: I’m making acknowledgement that your Rear Admirals and yourself had broken away from the pack of forces, making it more obvious. Your intent was stronger than there’s as nothing much was said about how they felt. Didn’t even need empath tbh, your emotions were on your selve. So regardless of the 750 or 250 M, I would’ve felt your positions but since you stated them, I didn’t see need to menton where you were at, just I felt you and Rear Admirals incoming.

However, this Knight was moving at a readily pace, and had it not been for his Kenbunshoku Haki, he would’ve barely been able to follow him with his eyes (if he was looking at him), as his senses were fairly sharp as is but his Kenbunshoku allowed Junbei to feel his every advancement forward. Nonetheless, the Knight travelling by foot towards the location, shifting through the pipeline Street leading to their position, continued on.
Junbei had just begun to attempt to free the first of the slaves, by removing their collars but no action as such had occurred yet. From the odd some two hundred and so meters away, again, the eager Knight, bloodlust in all, scaled a fifty meter building to the North, which would’ve been to the back of Junbei, ten meters away. As, only black magic would’ve teleported the man from running on foot, to the top of the building, maybe some skill allowed him, but since he was moving at around Tier 5 speeds, it was hard to tell what possessed anyone, to move with the same swiftness of any of Junbei’s own skills(V - Five), that of sound. If a dying bee’s wings stopping flapping could’ve been heard, anything moving with that speed would’ve surely be something to be feared, regardless of reunions or bonds, because above all else, Paranoia, crept into the Yonko’s heart long before this incident and rear it’s ugly head, bringing notice of the man’s position and intent to his attention.

Dialogue For Arguement: So here’s where the confusion and point for Gambit’s attack being already active comes in. HAD, the timeline went the way he depicted it. Here’s where my manip comes in too, Howard never said how he was moving, whether by foot or via Geppo, actually, the only mention of Geppo is after the fact, when he’s trying to escape from his own attacks. So, I said he was running, and if he was running by foot, and yes running, not jumping, because it was never explicitly stated, the timeline Gambit described of him being to magically be atop of the building would’ve been impossible, hence a new timeline is formed. Unless he has the Swim Swim Fruit, light humour lmao. So, at this point, the timeline changes, the time it’d take for Gambit to climb the building, whether by Geppo or whatever, would’ve taking him awhile. So when I said I sensed him at the 250 M mark and was attempting to take the collars off, even before this, we’d enter into another timeline flow. Because, he was running and would have to climb the building, he wouldn’t have been able to attack as soon as I reach for the collars to the precision depicted. It’d happen, just everything would’ve been slowed down to amicable speeds.

Perception is 5, so his highest unhanced speed was V, so all movements I’d be able to feel in real time.

Howard now at the top of this fifty meter building, Junbei’s position had shifted slightly prior to the Admiral's arrival, two meters backwards to the North to attempting to save the first of the slaves from the collars. Meaning, only eight meters separated himself and the Howard at this point, whom Junbei's eyes would now lay upon, aside from the height difference of about fifty meters from the ground, plus the height of the 9’3ft man, but indeed, he’d still be situated in the centre of the street way, in terms of symmetrical lining of the building’s foundation’s centre, to his centre in the street. The Devil would be in the details but the exact moment, the Admiral motioned his blades for an attack, Junbei could hear the sound of the muscles, vessels and bones in his body churning, as the Admiral’s intent itched for a sacrifice and the beginnings of a screech or shout would surface. A familiar sound Junbei heard from the screeches of victims who’d lost their hearing or bellowed in rage from the past, it was a obscure sound, the moment when air enters into the lungs, he’d been so accustomed to be hearing just naturally by now.

Dialogue For Argument: Now, out of my maniped timeline, Gambit arrives at this point above the building, nothing has changed really, just the time, it’d take for him to climb the building and arrive at it’s peak, get into position to overlook the sound birds and scream his banter. I just assumed, I reach for collar before this happens, because, of the new factor.

For at the very moment the man lifted his blades to the heavens, no matter how slight of a timing interval, two things would happen, in time with Junbei touching the slave’s collar. Entering into his natural intangible state, much like a reflex, a blink or a breath, he’d turn his body completely invisible, becoming the rawest form of his element which was sound. He’d move like sound against his radar's echograph, and within moments of a moment, he’d fade completely off anyone’s ‘radar’.  Funnelling outwards through the medium of air, in an inconspicuous direction away from the generic initial route of the Admiral’s possible attack in arc motion. His body would reform, at this point, the deed of Junbei’s attack, would’ve had already commenced, and more importantly, the man’s screech and attack. For the man’s screech could be the last noises the Admiral uttered into this world, and subsequently, any actions after, excluding the man, would occur.

Dialogue: Used my skill to get on top the ceiling by riding my already existing radar’s waves to the top. At this point, your scream would’ve taken place before the attack, I get that, but moved moments before the motion begun, you said, the screech happened, then the attack. But, you never mentioned how you motioned your muscles in correspondence to launching the attacks, i.e. the setup of the attack, and I gave you a set up, by moving your muscles. The setup I gave you, the attack is all yours.

Setup comes before your screech, then screech, then attack. I just added an element before.

The Devil was in the details, and literally this Sound Demon waited for the man’s screech to echo and his attack to reign, now freed by his intangibility, reforming on the ceiling behind the man, well in scope of his Radar. The ceilings top was around, fourteen meters in size, the Northern Knight, now recognisable as the Admiral, standing at his peak facing south towards the street from his North Position. The distance between the two was around twelve meters, and instantly, the bulk of his body would reform. Remember, the Devil is in the details, two things had happened the moment Junbei had went intangible, aside from his reformation on the ceiling, he’d began release very odd sound-waves, each with a resonating amplifying effect, spanning over fifty diameters in all directions. With the natural ability to continuously move with his sound, all effects of the waves produced upon his motion came with him. Meshed in with in his resurging body, were these soundwaves which expanding instantaneously to his reformation, which happened gradually, to accommodate any change in the Admiral’s movements. By this point, the man was at the 'YOU’, in his loud exclamation. All he needed to do was finish two key sentiments, two syllables of the last word in his statement, which he’d already committed to screaming. As stated, the Devil is in the details, the Rear Admirals attack would continue, but what of the fate of the Admrial himself. If unsuccessful, Junbei would still evade by entering into his intangible state and reforming on the ceiling, however, he’d keep monitoring all positions with his Haki for any movements that flowed against his plans, activating his Aura Sight, keeping another plan at bay in his mind. Regardless, any slight movements, such as blasting off the ceiling or swinging around would be amplified with enough force to deafen anyone within Fifty Diameters. Everything under the bird’s ‘eye’ would be amplified to death strokes, to everyone but Junbei that is.

Dialogue: Act this point, my reformed body was now intangible, merged into ceiling, the attack was already gone off. Basically, our attacks went off at the same time.

For continual application of sound-waves to a medium, as the user moves, the continual omissions travels with the user. For example, if omitting low frequency waves over a five meter scope, it’s continual, so for that duration, the user can move and the scope will surround Junbei as such for that period of time. (This is how I’m able to use my skills in my intangible form.)

Skill Name: Radar II (upkeep)
Tier: 3
(Radar in action)

Logia intangibility works two different ways here. Non-threatened intangibility and reactionary intangibility. Non-Threatened Intangibility is just sustaining intangibility, for the sake of sustaining it, even though there's no actual perceived danger or threat around you. Reactionary intangibility is activating your intangibility, as a response to perceiving an attack on your person. Non-Threatened intangibility comes at a cost of 15 Stamina per post and can only be used for 3 post, before all intangibility goes on a 2 post cooldown. Reactionary Intangibility is completely free and cannot be pushed onto a cooldown. (Reactionary Instability used to merge with the ceiling aka the roof which is a solid medium and sound can pass through solids.)

Skill Name: Echo Graph Pin!
Tier: 1
Type Normal
Range: Range of Radar Skill
Speed: V
Description:
With the Radar Skill active, Junbei is able to ride his soundwaves to appear anywhere within his Echolocation Map through the use of this skill. (Skill to close the distance)

Skill Name: Equaliser
Tier: 5
Type Normal
Range: 50 Diameter
Speed: V
Description:
Junbei puts up a fifty diameter dome(maximum size) made of low frequency sound-waves spanning outwards, however, these waves have a slight twist, these waves amplify the sounds of all noises, from as subtle as blood flow, beating hearts, lungs or even the sound of human yawning. All of the sounds packed into this enclosed space cause a wicked vibration that causes materials/objects/matter with weaker Material of Destruction make to disintegrate.

I'd also like to note, that even in a setting where the attack occurs first, my intangibility isn't hinged on his movements, I'd be already intangible, so even if my attack is voided, I'd still be in an intangible state the whole time.  As it's reactionary to his attacks.

(As we have come to an agreement, Laz will be taken into custody after being knocked out, Nico will be taken into custody as well under duress, while Octavia, Jerome, and their belongings will be killed/destroyed.)

Howard seemed to have appeared with enough speed and stealth to surprise the unprepared Songbirds, as his attacks had quite a large effect on those beneath him. Without being able to respond to his appearance  with a quick enough speed, the massive calamity that was Howard’s attacks descended upon Octavia and Jerome, reducing them to a mist of blood. Perhaps there was a split second in which they could be seen before dissipating, as some sort of comfort for any one of their friends that might live to see another day. The only person that seemed to have been able to respond to the attack in any capacity was Junbei, as he had the wherewithal to try and shift into his logia form. Unfortunately the blow struck him simultaneously to the attempted logia transformation. His attempted transformation lessened the force of the attacks to a manageable point for his body’s durability, but the resulting concussive and slicing force pummeled him to the point of powerlessness and unconsciousness. This also meant that any items with the same durability as seastone managed to survive the attack, so long as they were attached to Junbei’s body at the time. His body was bruised and battered to the extreme, with the majority of his bones being broken, but he was still alive, and given his bodily capabilities, he would be able to make a full recovery should he not be killed by the marines.

The buildings surrounding the Songbirds were reduced to particles of dust, leaving what looked like a grey desert in the middle of the city. Howard looked down from his position in the sky, still utilizing his Kenbunshoku haki to its fullest extent and was aware of the sole remaining member of the Songbirds who was inside of a building nearby ground zero. As the two rear admirals were also utilizing their haki at the time they were able to stop their actions after becoming aware of the man preparing to fire a bazooka at them. They stopped their actions before the hypothetical required to fire the bazooka came to pass, and instead watched as the massive attack obliterated the nearby area. With the bazooka likely not being fired and the main attack already having gone through, Howard lowered himself to the ground using Geppo as quickly as his speed allowed, making sure not to damage himself in some way as he made his way down. Howard landed next to the unconscious and battered body of Junbei and immediately upon landing he scooped up the man and motioned towards Nico to surrender. Assuming the man did, the two rear admirals would use their quickest speed to approach and arrest the man via the use of sea stone collars placed upon his wrists.

As Howard had already confirmed the death of two of the Songbirds, especially the frog that killed so many people, he was satisfied with his accomplishments. His rage had subsided somewhat, and he was ready to make his way back to base so that these evil pirates could be locked away and held on trial for their actions. He had of course, utilized his full speed to place seastone handcuffs on Junbei’s body in the unlikely event that he was able to wake up. As he was unconscious, Junbei’s body was now completely tangible and his weight negligible to the unfathomably strong Howard. Assuming that Nico had surrendered peacefully and that the rear admirals had taken him into custody, Howard left the area with as much speed as he could muster, making his way towards the main headquarters of the marine’s base. All possible dangerous items on Junbei’s body were taken by Howard whilst he was traveling, as were all of Nico’s items taken by the rear admirals who were escorting him. Any powerful entities that entered the one kilometer range of Howard’s haki would be instantly detected by Howard, who would be ready for any sorts of attacks upon his person. As he carried Junbei under his left arm, his right hand held his cursed saber, ready to use it if he needed to. Of course, nobody would be dumb enough to attack him after what had just occurred. Hopefully.

Left on his knees, Nico who was sheltered by a makeshift house made of debris. Quickly expanding his Kenbunshoku Haki to determine the positions of the other Songbird's. A sigh of relief entered into his heart when he noticed Junbei's Aura was still present, though faint. However, his eyes expanded widely when no traces of Octavia or Jerome could've been picked up. Almost immediately, Nico vomited up the contents of his stomach at the thought of crew mates being decimated to nothing but dust. Pulling out his Burn Bazooka, he'd fire off a shot to clear the debris, directly forty meters in front of him, now carried backwards by the blast several feet. With most, if not every bone in his legs shattered, only his upper body remained functional, with time, these wounds would heal if given but right now, he needed to use the debris to retain Junbei and escape. Nico's dreams were shattered instantly, as the Admiral descended from the sky, picking up the Songbird and strapping him over his shoulders, Sea Stone cuffs firmly attached against his hand. With the area cleared, the two Rear Admirals, along with the fleet of grunts swarmed the area, surrounding Nico, after forming a perimeter. With a single path cleared, the Admiral walked towards Nico, with his Captain in hand. Raising his hands behind his head, "No more... I've already seen enough Songbirds die today. As a general in Junbei's Army, at this point, the Songbird Pirates surrender." Nico stated. He knew this was the right move, it was pointless to struggle. The Frog, though annoying, was dead. Octavia, the one closest to Junbei was gone and the remainder of the Songbird's were long retreated to Tres Iron Lotus. They were outmatched, out calculated and much like Nico knew from his time in the Cipher Pol, they'd underestimated the New World.

As the grey field of debris set the setting, the news reporters stormed through, the picture would be circulated days later to the world, Nico stooped down on his knees, Junbei strapped over Howard's shoulder, surely, the Marines would spin this as propaganda to quell the murmurs about losing their foothold in the World. Is this the end of the Songbirds? As of now, the Songbird Pirates are disbanded. Nico, with no hope left in his eyes, mourning the lost of his crew-mates, submitted to shackles, following the marines to the their designated stations. Only one fate awaited Pirates of their caliber, Impel Down and even worse after that, the gallows.

Exit.

It appeared the grisly scene Nora had been envisioning in her mind's eye wouldn't occur as easily as she assumed, however, she couldn't exactly say that she was displeased by this turn of events. Though she'd initially assumed the cloaked individual to Alaric's left was accompanying him, she didn't have any definitive proof of this, but the man acting in defense of Alaric was all the reasoning she needed. While she still didn't know the identity of the cloaked individual, it wasn't nearly as important in the heat of the moment. Whoever the individual was, they held enough sense to conceal their identity - hopefully this would mean they were someone with a bounty as noteworthy as Alaric's.

Either way it went, Nora's primary goal in agreeing to help protect this Celestial Dragon was to prove herself to the World Government. She was relatively new to her position as Shichibukai, having dispatched the assassin known as Nico Moretti. While she was able to also gain access to the devil fruit that he once famously made use of, she was also able to use his murder as a way to prove herself worthy of the rank of Shichibukai. Though she now held the position, she needed to do much more if she wanted the trust of the World Government. Even though she worked for them, at the end of the day, she was still a Pirate in their eyes.

In the same moment that the cloaked figure's hand jerked so violently away from their large sake bottle in response to the attack on Alaric, Nora had made her move. Making use of an ability to enhance her speed, the distance of seventeen meters between herself and her target had been cleared instantaneously while simultaneously letting loose a right-hook that she'd prepped during her travel across the street - this punch traveling at the maximum capacity of speed that she possessed. If it landed, this punch would land beneath the jerking arm (lol) of the cloaked figure on the right side of his body, colliding hard against his ribs - which would instantly be followed up by yet another technique. However, if she was given any sign or indication that her target would have been able to defend, react, or perceive her actions she'd give herself a bit more insurance whilst still simultaneously following through with her planned actions. Her insurance would take on the form of half a ton of pressure being pressed down from above against the body of the cloaked figure . She wouldn't be sure that this was enough weight to effectively pin his movements down, however, she was sure that this much weight would be enough to dull anyone's movements down enough that someone operating within the realm of speed that she possessed would have the time necessary to follow through on their actions.

OOC: I hadn't even known Alaric had told me I was up.

Bazel wasn't really sure what to make of what happened with Alaric and the bottle. From what he knew the bottle started violently moving towards the throat of Alaric with no intention of stopping. Bazel had been around the world long enough to know that was the work of outside forces. Before he had a chance to size up the surrounding area he was blinded on his side by a punch towards his ribs. The force mixed with the speed was enough to send Bazel backwards crashing into a cart. Initially he couldn't move after the punch as if the force around him was heavier than normal. "That punch had some decent power to it, certainly wasn't a nobody who hit me like that." Luckily for Bazel he had coated his entire upper body in a field of bosu haki. Bazel would actually attempt to stand under the extra pressure from whatever was going on. Presumably it was the woman who was standing next to Alaric now in Bazel's former position. The second the blur on his side move he knew that coat of haki was going to be needed which is why he had put it up instantly. Bazel was use to face people but that woman was incredibly fast. Her speed interested the fire bird

"Right now is not a good time lady." said Bazel as he stood slowly. His cloak had faded away at this point revealing his clad black leather jacket and his signature white shirt and black jeans. His signature red hair blowing in the air revealing in full the most wanted rookie alive, Bazel D. Wiggins. It was then all the commotion stared coming from the adjacent direction, roughly a kilometer away. Bazel who was glaring at the woman in front of him who had just attacked him "we'll finish this later. I got other things to do" while saying this Bazel's haki activated and he would be able to scan the commanding area of 750 meters. He'd use this to make his way towards the area Bazel had thought might be Junbei fighting the World Government. If Bazel had a chance to help his friend he would take it.
