Skill Name: Bear Island's Defense
Tier: 2
Type: Defensive-
Range: Weapon Range
Speed: User's Own
Description: Daenys begins to swing Light Brother around her in a complicated pattern in which the wings and crown of Light Brother pass in front of her body to allow her to defend against multiple targets at once rather than a singular use defensive skill. While dealing with skills that are more powerful than this one is capable of defending against in repetition may cancel this skill out, the following chart depicts it's maximum capabilities in the regard of Bear Island's Defense's capabilities. One of the following amount/level of defense can be applied.
Capable of defending against four attacks/skills of Tier 1 quality or basic attacks that are lesser to her Strength.
Capable of defending against two attacks/skills of Tier 2 quality or basic attacks that are equal to her Strength.
Capabale of defending against one attack/skill of Tier 3 quality or basic attacks that are up to one tier higher than her Strength.

Skill Name: Huntsman's Hammer
Tier: 2
Type: Projectile/Offensive
Range: 15 Meters
Speed: User's Own This has to be maxed out at T3 since it's ranged and this is a secondary
Description: By swinging Light Brother in a singular direction for a distance equal to half of her body's size, Daenys is capable of launching a high-powered wave of compressed air up to fifteen meters in distance. This compressed air naturally possesses the same tier of damage as Daeny's Strength, but if augmented by Spinning or Running Momentum as a result of her passive it becomes further enhanced and counts as the action of use for that built up momentum, adding to the Strength of this technique. Otherwise the compressed air flies at the same speed over fifteen meters of distance as Daenys herself.

Skill Name: Circling Hounds
Tier: 2
Type: Offensive/Augmentation-
Range: Weapon Range
Speed: User's Own
Description: Daenys begins to spin to build up Spinning Momentum quickly, using the speed of her spins to further increase the speed of her ability to spin. Spinning the first time around at her natural speed and further halving the time that it takes her to spin full circle for every two spins completed. This skill is capable of spinning Daenys around seven times with the seventh time ocurring a tier of speed faster than Daenys can move though Daenys cannot otherwise move, attack, or perform any kind of action during this time. This skill may be ended at any time after it begins by Daenys moving in any direction or making an attacking or defending action.

Tier 3 Skills:

Skill Name: The Lion's Momentous Debt
Tier: 3
Type: Defensive/Augmentary
Range: Self
Speed: User's Own
Description: Daenys uses Light Brother to meet another melee weapon (including fists or feet) directly. Upon doing such to a Skill of Tier 4 or lower or to a basic action that has a Strength lower than Tier 4, this skill will redirect the momentum of the attack through proper placement and weight shifting on the part of Daenys and her weapon Cancelling the skill or attack. A skill cancelled out by this technique will increase Daeny's momentum in levels of spinning momentum equal to the Strength or Tier of the Skill. Additionally this positions Daenys to be able to immediately and at her full natural Strength be able to strike back. Attacks coming against Daenys that are met with this skill that are higher than a Tier 4 Skill or Tier 4 Strength move will be reduced in damage Tiers by 3.

Skill Name: The Sun's Spear
Tier: 3
Type: Ranged/Offensive
Range: 31 Meters
Speed: User's +1 This has to be maxed out at T4 since it's ranged and this is a secondary

Description: Daenys throws Light Brother at a target with the crown and wings or spear-like tip pointed at the target in the style of a javelin. While Light Brother is traveling through the air it continues to pick up speed and power and flies through the air at a speed one higher than that of Daeny's own natural speed. It's damaging capabilities during and upon reaching it's target is according to the chart shown below. However, when Light Brother makes any direct contact, the skill ends.

While the damage that Light Brother can deal upon impact increases as the distance it has traveled increases, any further or side effects related to this are applied to the distance it has flown to reach the area in which the target or targetted area would suffer these effects. (IE: If Light Brother travels 25 meters before striking it's target and passes someone who was 11 meters away, the person 11 meters away would be affected only by the air resistance affect that applies from 10-14 meters in distance) However, if Light Brother flies more than 31 meters it will fall to the ground and cause no damaging effects.

The Sun's Spear Damage Chart:

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 0-4 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with one level of spinning momentum added.

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 5-9 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with two levels of spinning momentum added. Additionally, anything that Light Brother flies by that is within 1 meter will suffer a gust of wind capable of pushing back light materials such as wood.

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 10-14 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with three levels of spinning momentum added. Additionally, anything that Light Brother flies by that is within 2 meters will suffer Tier 0.5 Strength worth of impact from the air being pushed against them.

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 15-19 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with four levels of spinning momentum added. Additionally, anything that Light Brother flies by that is within 3 meters will suffer Tier 1 Strength worth of impact from the air being pushed against them.

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 20-24 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with five levels of spinning momentum added. Additionally, aynthing that light Brother flies by that is within 4 meters will suffer Tier 1.5 Strength worth of impact from the air being pushed against them.

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 25-29 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with six levels of spinning momentum added. Additionally, anything that Light Brother flies by that is within 5 meters will suffer Tier 2 Strength worth of impact from the air being pushed against them.

When Light Brother has flown unimpeded for 30-31 meters it is capable of dealing damage to anything it comes into direct contact with equal to Daeny's Strength with seven levels of spinning momentum added. Additionally, aynything that Light Brother flies by that is within 6 meters will suffer Tier 2.5 Strength worth of impact from the air being pushed against them.

I changed the charts and moved the second passive into a three. I spoke to Sabo about the momentum and weather or not it was allowed; he said it would be fine but would need to be graded as such. None of the pluses stack on each other, which I also added into the chart now.

However I don't understand what you've mentioned in the skills, as the tier ones have minor ranges, in regards to the fifteen you spoke of, it isn't fifteen straight one way, it's either 5 forward, or back, with adding another 5 bonus. However I have lowered this to a ten.

Sabo didn't okay the chart, or anything; he simply said I was allowed to do momentum based shit so long as I wasn't going 0-100 without having a process to get me there.

I'm really understanding what you want from me? If you look at it this way, a car going 60 miles per hour hits another car even though it's been on the road for five meters which is actually 16.4042 feet, which is a large distance, as that's two six foot people and then some laying down toe to head. Either way, someone being hit by a car at 60 miles per hour, at five meters of travelling this is what happens;

AT FIVE METERS AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. You notice that five meters seems to be a larger distance now? Hmm.. Thats right. It's not 5 feet away, it's meters which are much larger than what everyone thinks.

1 foot = 0.3048 meters. At my maximum distance which is 31+ meters makes 101.706 feet, even though logically speaking the momentum shouldn't ever stop brining it up, I've capsized it.

Considering at 5 meters it also does only ½ of a tier, or .5; but you know what; I'll change Black Trout once again, to only the falling accounting for anything. However the weight of 'Light Brother' is rather heavy, and that would add the excess weight for a rather speedy fall down, I honestly don't see a problem with a bonus of 5 more making it only ten. When in all consideration my character isn't at all that strong.

Nor do I see how these boots are 'too much', considering all in all the most it can boost her strength by is 3, and at her highest with the strength non-prioritized even at maximum for being the non-prioritized I've limited it to only be able to go one tier higher then the maximum. Right now the strength is 2, adding onto that at it's highest she could have it boosted by is 5. That also being the maximum it can go; with this the conditions have to be properly meant at that, you've yet to take in consideration other rp'ers and the conditions of being able to fight.

Let's just say I get into a combat situation and I try to run max meters, but because of the way a room was described or even simply as someone putting thing in her way to slow her down, theres a number of things that could cause this passive to fail, along with several other things that play huge parts, as she needs to be able to run x-distance before getting that boost, she also needs to spin x amount of times, which again can be stopped rather easily. It's honestly common sense at the end of the day; when you see someone depend on speed, you must ensure they cannot use their speed to their advantage.

Speed = Momentum = Buff to hitting prowess. If perhaps this buffed her while standing totally still saying she swung it down with her full speed and magically turned that into a buff of three or some fucking nonsense like that I would understand the issue, but that isn't this. I've put so many limitations on this and there needs to be so many conditions meant before even making it plausible.

Except, any skill set could then simply be like "OH I WANT THIS FOR FREE TOO" which just isnt happening in this skill set nor in any other. with strength and speed and such its implied that everything is incorporated through the skills use.
I don't understand what the first sentence here means and would appreciate some means for us to talk to discuss what you're rying to tell me by saying "OH I WANT THIS FOR FREE TOO" And as far as everything being incoprorated for the use of skills, I assume that you mean it is the skills that are entirely based on using the passive to achieve a basic effect, typically with drawbacks of their own. Such as, for the example that you used, Black Trouth which requires a huge leap, and then a huge fall with a total range of 5 meters in actual movement change that was forced to be changed because it allowed for the body to feel like it moved farther or by somehow applying the concept of falling downward to pick up speed.

The skills over all power being based in tier in the end. if your wanting momentum increasements you'd have to take that level 3 passive and turn that around to be your momentum boosts
Are you saying that the skillset would work if there was a Level 3 Passive version of the momentum or if that is just a requirement to even discuss this?

You state its range as five meters, but you then state over all it goes by the ten meter total due to treating the five meters up and the five meters down as two different momentum boosts [ten meters in total thus a full tier buff a tier 1]
This isn't even entirely accurate as while it may have the damage increase that equates it is limited to a singular action using a heavy weapon that involves leaping into the sky, being completely vulnerable there, and then afterward falling with a limited range of limited directions to FALL from the sky onto a target with a weapon. Is there any reason that falling from the sky while swinging a weapon would deal the same amount of damage as running up and slapping someone with it?

Im not judging this on the "Say i get into" im judging this based on its over all applications, and right now its too much for too little. especially when you factor in your skills which boost the "distances" to reduce them over all or to allow you to gain "X amount of distance" without actually needing to travel that far and so forth. Hence why im requesting you drop your starting ranges dramatically in comparison, while also saying you are still going to need to have this take up a passive slot.
Again, this part doesn't make very much sense and if you would be willing to talk over Skype or PM I think it would be easier for this kind of thing to be handled. The skills that involve X distance being crossed are mostly based on Spin momentum rather than running momentum and would otherwise require her not to move at all but rather remain in on location and make 360 spinning motions with the weapon to achieve. Beside that, they are skills that otherwise do nothing but speed up the amount of time that it would take to do the damage that would otherwise be possible as just a normal skill of that tier and so I don't see the problem with their use this way. Rather than being a direct power boost, it is simply using a skill the incorporate either spinning or movement to deal damage rather than outright stating that the damage is being done through that skill in particular. It is a style based on mobility rather than just attack patterns.

Interest concept but the lack of strength on your attributes (Non prioritized) makes this strength gaining highly improbable, granted off of your speed and what not but this would be more likely to be approved if strength was at least your secondary.
