Skill Set Name: - All Things' End
Skill Set Information: Electromagnetism is one of the Four Fundamental Forces of the Universe - encompassing all electrical and magnetic phenomena. The Electromagnetism Devil Fruit is a Paramecia type devil fruit that gives the user domain over these phenomena. Most notably, this devil fruit grants the ability to create, control, and manipulate electromagnetic waves. An electromagnetic field is the field produced by objects that are charged electrically. Radio waves, infrared waves, Ultraviolet waves, and x-rays are all electromagnetic fields in a certain range of frequency. Electricity is produced by the changing of magnetic field. The phenomenon is also called "electromagnetic induction." Similarly, the magnetic fields are produced by motion of electric charges. Electromagnetism is both electricity and magnetic energy; with electricity affecting magnetism just as magnetism affects electricity. A few minor examples of practical uses would be: being able to attract, repel, and manipulate metals, damaging and or affecting electronics (short circuiting, memory wiping, impromptu reprogramming), and sensing and manipulating electromagnetic fields given off by herself and other sources.

Passives:

  • Lvl 2: Nora is able to passively sense all electromagnetic and magnetic fields around her, how they move, anything that moves/disturbs them, and what within range may or may not be influenced or manipulated by these fields - allowing her to be completely in tune with the electromagnetic spectrum and the ability to interpret the various ranges of energy. A 50m diameter is the range of this passive sensing.
  • Lvl 2: Through use of this passive, Nora is able to boost the control of her manipulation and control by 1 tier. (This is applied after normal calculations).

Skillset Strengths:

  • Also has the ability to manipulate and control any and all types of magnetic and electromagnetic waves and fields.
  • Is able to use her electromagnetic abilities to generate electricity.

Skillset Weaknesses:

  • If simply using magnetism instead of electromagnetism to control a metal object, Nora's control of said object can be slightly disrupted due to super-heating, causing manipulated objects to move at one speed tier lower than normal when manipulated
  • Electricity created by her devil fruit may become weaker if facing a material or object that can resist it.
  • The strength of the manipulation on objects, beings, and etc is equal to the tier of the skill + Nora's strength stat. This resulting number is then divided by 2 (and rounded down). e.g. If a tier 3 skill + tier 2 strength is used to manipulate an animal, and said animal has tier 3 strength, the animal would be able to overpower the manipulation - albeit, they'd perform at a reduced level of strength and speed.

Description: - By tapping into the frequency that Den Den Mushi's make use of when contacting one another, Nora is able to make use of this skill to contact a Den Den Mushi that she's previously come into physical contact with before (given that he'd need to know the specific frequency of the Den Den in order to contact it). This also means that Nora has her own specific frequency that allows her to receive calls as well (this also requires that she's been in contact with the Den Den Mushi in question before. Being in contact with a Den Den through use of this skill allows her to speak "telepathically" with the Den Den in question). By using this type of direct communication from herself to another den den mushi, it also allows for immunity from the Black Den Den Mushi's in the area.

This reprogramming and manipulation allows Nora to mentally interface with said technology, causing them to completely follow her instructions - or even the ability to engage or disengage their programming at will. This skill only works on technology with five or less upgrade points, and a maximum of fifteen pieces of technology can be "rewired" in a single usage.

Description: - Every atom in existence is bound by an electrical field, and with this technique Nora is able to negate this electrical field entirely. This leads to a removal of any form of structure - reducing any object into dust, the dust into atoms, and atoms into nothing. Nora makes use of this negation through use of her ability to manipulate and control electromagnetic fields, allowing her to completely strip these electrical fields from all physical matter within 100m diameter - reducing everything (with the exception of herself, and physical matter that resides on her being) to nothing. This attacks takes one post to charge, and will discharge the post following the one in which this skill has been activated - stamina won't be expended until the skill is discharged. During the charging of this skill, Nora is unable to physically propel herself to a speed that exceeds tier 4.
