Priority: Primary
Fighting Style: Devil Fruit
Skill Set Name: Shiro Shiro no Mi
Skill Set Information: The Shiro Shiro no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that gives the user's body functions akin to a castle, making them a Castle Human. This allows them to turn people and items into miniature versions when they approach the user in a set radius (turning back to normal if they leave said radius), and to make their body's insides a hammerspace where they control everything except things from the outside.
Passives:

  • -
  • -
  • -

Skillset Strengths:

  • -User essentially becomes a hammerspace, and can store as many items as needed inside his castle for easy access. Can also smuggle people, vehicles, treasure, and about anything else that fits within the allowed limit for his Tier.
  • -Can be combined with basic physical hits (for example, palm-striking someone into the ground only for a window to open in his hand, allowing his grunts to shoot the affected person in the head multiple times). +1 to basic attacks when the user has grunts, NPCs or PCs manning the guns on that part of their body.
  • -Can serve as a huge morale boost for his crew since he can grant them the best food, wine, beer, beds, commodities and other privileges of living in a personal realm.
  • -Any enemy of his trapped inside the castle is essentially helpless, as the user can command every part of the castle with a mere thought and is aware of what's going on inside it at all times.

Skillset Weaknesses:

  • -Inhaled substances affect the castle, and Shiro spends an awful amount of time working with poisonous and dangerous gas substances. If Shiro gets poisoned via gas with people inside his castle, they get poisoned as well.
  • -Shrinking someone unwilling to go into the castle requires (15 Stamina x Their Tier) per person. Grunts take 5 Stamina each if unwilling.

Notes:

-The user's castle behaves like a Tier (Personal Tier +1) Ship, in the sense of space within it, artillery slots (Castle Tier x100 available), capacity limits, etc. Any attack done to the castle's insides or to a materialized section of the castle has the attacked section to behave as a material depending on the user's tier:

Tier 1 - Marble
Tier 2 - Iron
Tier 3 - Steel
Tier 4 - Titanium
Tier 5 - Treasure Wood Adam
Tier 6 - Diamond/Seastone

The castle still appears to be stone, but it behaves like harder materials since it's still a part of the user's body (and can thus be "trained" unlike normal stone). If a materialized castle part is damaged despite the material durability, it's treated as a direct injury to the user, with a gravity depending on the level of destruction caused. Partial destruction ends up in a Moderate wound, while Complete Destruction is crippling to the user (Severe)

Chart for the area his pink bubble covers passively:

Tier 1 - No area, has to touch someone or something directly to affect them
Tier 2 - 5 meters around the user
Tier 3 - 20 meters around the user
Tier 4 - 50 meters around the user
Tier 5 - 100 meters around the user
Tier 6 - 200 meters around the user

The user is able to reduce this area at will if they wish to make things coming out of their castle grow to full size without delay. However, this area stays reduced for their next post after wishing for the bubble to go back to normal as well, so they can't shrink things outside of their reduced area until the post after that one.

As long as someone is inside his castle's boundaries, they are unable to be sensed by the outside world; they are effectively living in a different dimension, and as such are immune to effects like Kenbunshoku Haki's detection. The user, to outside world senses and detection skills, feels like a single entity as opposed to a hundred, thousand, million people, no matter how many people he stores inside his castle. Obviously, this doesn't mean that his subordinates will not be seen when they come out of his body through a door, window, etc, but they are still unable to be sensed by Kenbunshoku Haki until they actually jump off of his body.

Attribute Priorities:

  • Strength
  • Perception - Durability
  • Speed

Tier 1 Skills:
Skill Name: Semilla (Seed)
Tier: I
Type Normal
Range: *Up to max shrinking range around Shiro*
Speed: IV (Firearms)
Description: Shiro motions the people inside him to fire at an opponent who is inside his pink bubble (meaning the bullets will stay at a minuscule size instead of growing to full size before impact) The bullets ideally become lodged in the enemy's skin doing about as much damage as splinters or bug bites, usually not being enough to draw blood; however, the moment Shiro moves far enough that his bubble stops covering the opponent, the bullets grow while still being lodged, resulting in a very painful and sudden attack that seemingly comes from nowhere for unsavvy opponents. Causes as much damage as modern small firearms (the bullets go deeper than your usual round pellets thanks to the smaller area while going at the same speed, but then they become normal size pellets inside the enemy's body).

Skill Name: Portón (Portcullis)
Tier: I
Type Normal
Range: Melee
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro manifests a portcullis the size of half his forearm below his wrist, made out of a material equivalent to the castle's durability according to Shiro's Tier. The portcullis has a spring-loaded mechanism that makes it hammer extremely fast when the user hits something with enough force, adding to the hit and causing an otherwise blunt attack to be more lethal thanks to the thick pointy spikes. However, the spring system breaks after so much force has been put into it, causing the skill to be good only for a single use. On the plus side, it's an unnoticeable weapon that breaks upon use and appears out of nowhere, being designed for assassination attacks acting as a hidden blade. If it lodges deep enough into an opponent's flesh, it breaks while still being inside them, potentially causing even more pain and light bleeding.

Skill Name: Tanque Castillo (Castle Tank)
Tier: I
Type Speed
Range: Self
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro grows tank threads where his legs used to be, using them to achieve full speed instantly upon activation, as they move at the same speed he would after sprinting for a bit and their speed remains constant. Any attacks to his lower body follow the material chart of his castle. Potentially damaging if he uses the extra weight to fall on top of someone and crush them underneath.

Tier 2 Skills:

Skill Name: Clarividencia (Clairvoyance)
Tier: II
Type Normal
Range: Double their normal gunfire/cannon fire range for Grunts, about 50m more than normal for NPCs or PCs
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro assigns residents inside his body via changing corridors and rooms to elevators, quickly sending any amount of people towards one of his eyes, usually the left one. Once in there, his eye is pulled up into his upper eyelid as if it was a portcullis, allowing the shooters and artillery to shoot from that position. Given he cannot see from that eye as he does this, he has a -1 Perception until his opponent's next post ends. However, as he links the sight from his other eye to little screens that hover above the reticules of the shooter's rifles and the artillery's cannons, his attack (a standard gunfire/cannon fire discharge) has an improved range that sets it apart from his more normal discharges. Causes as much damage as a standard gunfire/cannon discharge done by (the number of people firing from inside him)

Skill Name: Ariete (Battering Ram)
Tier: II
Type Normal
Range: 7m
Speed: IV
Description: As Shiro prepares to punch someone, he motions his residents to prepare a pointy battering ram (that hangs from his castle by strong wires) and through very clear instructions he has gone over and over with them during their drills, manages to synchronize everything so that the second his fist impacts against his opponent, the battering ram is already exiting his temporarily diminished bubble range, hitting the opponent with the full brunt of a spiky, heavy log of (Shiro's Material Tier or equivalent) and likely causing heavy damage to the opponent's bones as they are hit with a weapon designed to siege castles. +.5 to Strength upon hitting. Can cause fractures.

Skill Name: Técnica de Internalización de Engranajes (Gear Internalization Technique)
Tier: II
Type Defensive
Range: Self
Speed: IV
Description: With this technique, Shiro turns his body's articulations into old-fashioned gears, pulleys and other mechanical elements seen in castles and other big old constructs, also featuring some steampunk-like elements in the way the cogs and gears work, only for a minute or so as he uses it to avoid damage. In this state, Shiro's articulations can bend either way, and they can snap back in place with mechanical accuracy and great speed. By using it, he becomes able to avoid otherwise damaging attacks to his limbs and most of his body (the torso is still a viable target) and given his quick snaps, he also becomes able to counter overconfident enemies who are unable to predict his weird, inhuman attack patterns. This defense is very obvious on sight, however, so the user might be considered a Cyborg by unknowing observers and even opponents. It follows standard Defensive Skills rules. Avoids joint fractures, tendon damage and such.

-

Tier 3 Skills:

Skill Name: Get the Hook
Tier: III
Type Normal
Range: Enough to hook the average giant.
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro commands his castle's inhabitants to shoot specially designed cannons whose cannon balls are actually large hooks connecting back to the castle via very strong (Shiro's Castle Material Tier) and flexible ropes. Once the otherwise tiny hooks come out of his bubble, they go to live size, depending on what does Shiro want to hook with them (they can go from small hooks made to reel in humans, to human-sized hooks designed for giants). Once the hooks get stuck on the opponent's flesh or tie them down, Shiro begins to order the castle subordinates to reel them in, as well as using his own hands to help if it's unlikely that the grunts will be able to do so on their own.

This skill is devised to grab fleeing opponents, or to force giants into shrinking once they enter his area. It is also good for immobilizing targets, hurling them around, or about anything else that can be roleplayed around tying someone to a castle dimension inside you. Barely does any damage unless the target resists too much, the strength applied to their body causing varying amounts of bleeding and (if the ropes are tied around a body part) anything from heavy friction burns to ripped muscles or dislocations. While Shiro has the large advantage of an entire army pulling on the ropes while a mechanical lever is used to reel in even further, if somehow his opponent would surpass all of this strength applied to them, the danger of friction burns and other forms of damage also applies to them until the ropes break or one of the two sides stops pulling on it.

Skill Name: Murderhole
Tier: III
Type Defensive
Range: Self
Speed: IV
Description: Having learned to take advantage of every castle concept he could think of, Shiro focuses for an instant, feeling the flow of battle as his body merges to adapt to bullets, slashes, and stabs. This skill follows Defensive Skills rules, as holes open in Shiro's body leading only through his castle instead of having the attack hit his flesh, and often times stabs and bullets go all the way through the other side without hitting anything thanks to these holes, while larger attacks like slashes and sweeps just ripple through his body, doing little to no damage and setting them up for a counter. If the attack would allow for a counter, the bullets, punches, straight kicks and stabs seem to be reflected back to the attacker through clever usage of his control over the castle and extremely quick reflexes, while sweeps and slashes disappear through his body only to come from the opposite direction, hitting the opponent as they try to hit him. Most forms of damage taken under this skill take the form of cuts, bruises, and friction burns; it's hard to do much more damage than that to a rippling, hole-filled body that is actively trying to counter your attacks.

Tier 4 Skills:

Skill Name: Hydro Step
Tier: IV
Type Speed
Range: 20m Travel
Speed: V
Description: Shiro applies his knowledge of chemistry to his own body, using a complex hydraulic system of his own invention set from his castle's moat to his feet, of which the only visible change to his body is a small propeller behind his ankles. After very quickly setting this system up for discharge, Shiro applies such force to the ground, aided by an extremely focused beam of water coming from his propellers, that he seems to disappear in the middle of the fight, suddenly reappearing about 20 meters away from his original position as he either sets up a high-speed attack, or prepares to flee at full speed. Besides the water from his feet splashing everywhere with severe force when he uses this ability, and the sound of water sliding at huge speed when he uses this, it's basically his Devil Fruit-powered version of Soru.

Skill Name: Bastion
Tier: IV
Type Normal
Range: Gunfire range
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro redirects all of his castle's subordinates to attack a single target, briefly granting them an upgrade on the guns they wield at the time of the attack (flintlocks become able to repeat fire, bazookas get some extra oomph, rudimentary machine guns are upgraded to M61 Vulcans and so on). +1 to the attack's Strength as the grunts shoot their target with everything they've got. This attack can cause any wound that a squad of (number of people in Shiro's castle) soldiers with very modern weaponry can cause, usually heavy bleeding, muscle tear and fractures/burns from cannon fire.

Tier 5 Skills:

Skill Name: Siega del Castillo (Castle Siege)
Tier: V
Type Normal
Range: Melee
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro suddenly reassigns every battle-ready troop inside his body towards one of his arms as he goes in for the kill, sucker punching someone with all his strength. In that very moment, his arm's skin and muscle open in several directions as if it was a cyborg arm only to show the people inside, all of them holding guns, bazookas and cannons and firing at once right when the punch connects. This is an extremely explosive and damaging attack at melee range that sends anything short of a giant reeling or flying back several meters, depending on how they manage to soak up the huge blast from the bazookas and cannons. The parts of Shiro's arm that opened via a small mechanical arm act as a shock-absorbing shield, suddenly becoming the same durability as (Shiro's Castle Tier +1) and stretching as a small buckler shield right after the attacks fly past them. Adding to this shield the small mechanical tubes that briefly stick themselves to the ground from his feet when he does this, akin to Hydro Step's propellers, and he has barely any recoil when using this move, while the opponent suffers from most of the kinetic force of the attack. Can cause heavy fractures, burns and structural damage akin to (number of people inside his body/50 round down) Tier Explosives.

Skill Name: Tormenta del Acero Descendiente (Steel Storm Descending)
Tier: V
Type Normal
Range: ((Number of subordinates inside his body)x10m) diameter
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro commands his men and women to his shoulders, head and neck, as he arms them with several howitzers and unleashes a huge barrage of shrapnel fire into the skies. Each howitzer projectile has an effective range of 10 meters of shrapnel in diameter around the point of impact, so the more people inside his body, the larger the area this attack covers. The howitzer projectiles fly towards the skies, but all that falls is a shrapnel rain at terminal velocity that utterly wrecks infantry, ships, buildings and most things it comes across. +1.5 Strength for the purposes of calculating damage if Shiro focuses the howitzers on one target instead of an area, or if something or someone gets in the way of the projectiles as they fly towards the sky, as they take the brunt of the damage at maximum speed. Shiro himself is unharmed by the attack as he opens holes in his body similar to Murderhole but only focusing on his own attack, the shrapnel harmlessly passing through his body for its duration. The shrapnel rain lasts until his next turn, and makes moving across the area of the attack without special means of defense very difficult, more so without being damaged at all.

Tier 6 Skills:

Skill Name: Disparo Pisa-Infiernos (Hell-Heeling Shot)
Tier: VI
Type Normal
Range: About a square kilometer in diameter
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro jumps extremely high into the air, aided by his hydraulic propulsion system, while his cannons get loaded with liquid-holding capsules the size of standard cannonballs. These capsules contain pure nitroglycerin in them, a contact explosive of enormous destructive potential, while said capsules keep the liquid in a stable form, its outer walls absorbing the shock that would otherwise trigger the liquid's detonation while being particularly weak to puncturing. As the capsules are shot to the ground in a very large arc, his soldiers begin shooting the capsules, their enhanced aim and coordination allowing all of them to hit the capsules in the same moment, causing an enormous shockwave to extend from their point of rupture to cover what amounts to a square kilometer in total. Before the explosion reaches him in those heights, Shiro can always Hydro Step his way out of the epicenter and continue Hydro Stepping all the way until he's safe, but it does take a heavy toll on his Stamina.

This skill is best used from the safety of a ship towards an island or a ship too enormous to bother attacking normally, and only when he positively, absolutely needs to destroy everything around it. From a ship or the other end of the island, it is merely an exercise of accuracy for his soldiers and he does not need to flee his own attack, but he doesn't always have such advantage when he needs it most. This attack can easily cause fractures, internal and external bleeding, heavy structural damage, varying grades of burns, organ rupture and overall massive damage. The farther one is from the epicenter, the less damage they take, up to simply being blown away at the explosion's borders. Shiro almost never uses this skill, for it causes untold amounts of civilian deaths if not kept under control. However, he has no problem using it to siege places without people he doesn't want to hurt, like Marineford or zones where no innocent people will be caught up in it. +2 to Strength to calculate the explosion's damage.

Thanks for taking the time to review this! I guess I should wait for another admin to check on it, but I think I could clear up a couple things while I wait ^_^

-My own speed is IV, which is why I put that number on most of my skill speeds. I'll have to check on the weapon speeds or just say that the gun-dependant skills are based on the gun's speed.

-To be honest, Murderhole's description was just a bit of fluff for a Tier 3 Defensive Skill. I'd be fine with changing it to "grows stone patches on his body to block the next attack" or something if it's no good as a skill description, I just wanted a little flair on it.

-I'd be fine with having to activate said Tier 3 Defense to block my own attack at the cost of some Stamina, if it being auto-blocked by the user is a no-no.

-When he shrinks people in range, they aren't automatically inside him, they're shrunk in place and can easily move out of his range, which forces him to spend more Stamina to shrink them again. That was the idea at least.

I'll wait for another opinion on the rest, it's a tricky fruit ^_^

First I am sorry this hasn't been looked at in a while. You should put a skillset back in the help desk if it hasn't been touched for 3+ days.

  • -Any enemy of his trapped inside the castle is essentially helpless, as the user can command every part of the castle with a mere thought and is aware of what's going on inside it at all times.

Tier 1 - Marble

Partial destruction ends up in a Moderate wound, while Complete Destruction is crippling to the user (Severe)

This is a passive

This is also a passive. Also the range thing is not going to be that large, it hasn't been shown to be so in the manga. So your range is going to be extremely limited probably won't even reach a meter. But you'd need to physically make contact to make people unwilling be shrunk, as this isn't Ope Ope no mi where you can just manipulate anything within your space.

Attribute Priorities:

  • Strength
  • Perception - Durability
  • Speed

Tier 1 Skills:
Skill Name: Semilla (Seed)
Tier: I
Type Normal
Range: *Up to max shrinking range around Shiro*

Tier 3 Skills:

Tier: III

Range: Enough to hook the average giant.
Speed: IV
Description: Shiro commands his castle's inhabitants to shoot specially designed cannons whose cannon balls are actually large hooks connecting back to the castle via very strong (Shiro's Castle Material Tier) and flexible ropes. Once the otherwise tiny hooks come out of his bubble, they go to live size, depending on what does Shiro want to hook with them (they can go from small hooks made to reel in humans, to human-sized hooks designed for giants).
