Skill Set Name: Fishman Karate: Art of the Great Black Shark
Skill Set Information:
Fishman Karate is a martial art that is practiced by certain skilled members of the fishmen race; it is noted that humans can also learn the fighting style. While deadly enough on land, Fishman Karate has a number of devastating underwater moves designed to be suitable with the Fishmen strength and speed along with the mobility that goes while under water and, in some cases, a fishman's personal adaptation (fins, teeth, etc.).

The secret of Fishman Karate is mastery of the water in the user's direct vicinity, using its power to send powerful waves impacting the water within the opponent's body. Since every living creature is nothing more than a mass of water, the users of Fishman Karate are able to battle opponents that are usually highly resistant (if not immune) against blows and punches. Skills that attack opponents externally will leave them wet. Fishman Karate can be used effectively on land as he can utilize the water in the atmosphere and make use of it to attack, but it is slightly weakened due to being outside of it's natural habitat.

Passives:

  • Lvl 3: Xanus is mixed with the great white shark. Because of this, he has a sixth sense called electroreception. This increases his perception by +1 Tier.[Locked]


Skillset Strengths:

  • Because every living thing is made of water, people who are usually immune/resistant to blunt attacks can be fully harmed by skills.
  • Skills can negate devil fruit abilities
  • When submerged in water, the effects of skills are stronger, increasing the tier of skills by +1 Tier.


Skillset Weaknesses:

  • Water cannot be utilized via the air in dry climates (deserts, etc...)
  • Very few defensive skills.
  • Shockwaves can be destructive, harming foes and allies alike

  • Lvl 1: By paying 10 stamina, the user causes the water moisture in the air around them to drop, creating a 2 x 2 meter pool of water around the user. By paying 5 stamina, this pool can increases by 2 x 2 meters. (ex: a 4 x 4 meter pool = 15 stamina) [Locked] this is too close to actual like water control as opposed to manipulating it with motions. Fishman karate is strictly strike based. have to deny this
  • Lvl 2: Because this style of Fishman Karate is aggressive and focused on quickly delivering blows to opponents, the user gains a +1 tier increase in speed [Locked] lvl 3
  • Lvl 2: Xanus is mixed with the great white shark. Because of this, his skin is more durable than other people. Although his denticles aren't as prominent as a real great white shark, they still help him swim silently and quicker in water. Because of this, his Durability is increased by +1 Tier [Locked] one permanent attribute boost per skillset


Skillset Strengths:

  • Because every living thing is made of water, people who are usually immune/resistant to blunt attacks can be fully harmed by skills.
  • Skills deal +.5 Tier of damage to devil fruit users no, it'd just negate their immunities
  • Skills deal +1 tier of damage when user is submerged in water denied on the grounds that fishmen receive a +1 to all attributes when submerged in water.


Skillset Weaknesses:

  • Water cannot be utilized via the air in dry climates (deserts, etc...)
  • Very few defensive skills.
  • Shockwaves can be destructive, harming foes and allies alike

Upon contact it stuns opponents for 2 posts max, but only heavily bruises internal organs. momentary stun. aim for ships instead of houses. the more uses a skill has, the less it will excel at those uses. i.e. if ur going for damage, AoE, and a stun, u'll take a hit in each of those departments as opposed for just going for damage and an AoE or just a stun.

Description: The user creates a 30 x 30 meter pool of water around them by causing the water moisture in the air to collect, and drop around them. The water is held together to form what seems to be an orb. The user is required to swim out of this orb in 5 user posts or they will drown. While inside this water dome, their speed decreases by 1 tier. This water pool lasts for 5 user posts, or can be destroyed by a skill of equal tier from the outside. this would be more jujutsu and belongs in a jujutsu set

(ex: a 4 x 4 meter pool = 15 stamina) [Locked] i don't see this really being a fishman karate thing.
  • Lvl 3: Xanus is mixed with the great white shark. Because of this, he has a sixth sense called electroreception. This gives him the ability to perceive natural electrical stimuli, increasing perception by +1 this is two passives in one. sensing natural electrical stimuli and +1 perceptionTier[Locked]

This technique is Hasshoken for sure. Karate manipulates the atmopshperical water by quick movement. So far its also been shown used via hands or feet. This is the hasshoken style of shockwave from any part of the body so that needs to be changed up.

doesnt make much sense, also state that it can destroy the materials of ships, cuz material over tier, doesnt make sense in being able to avoid humans and hit ships though
