Tier 3 Skills:

Skill Name: Downburst
Tier: 3
Type Offence
Range: -30 meters
Speed: -4
Description: Access to the Sorcery Clima-tact is a requirement for this technique, it is unable to be used with the basic Clima-tact With the Sorcery Clima-tact weather phenomena no longer need requirements, with access to the weather balls and weathery powers the user need only release a weather ball. In this case the user access a weather ball that releases  a weather ball in to the sky and summons it to hatch,, by simply swinging the Clima-tact downwards either straight away or for up to two posts afterwards, the user is able to release a powerful downburst of wind, a downburst being condensed wind that presses downwards against he ground can cause sever blunt force damage and crushing damage to those caught within. The user is able to summon a downburst within 30 meters of the user, and it is indeed controlled by the Clima-tact. The largest size downburst the user can summon is 25 meters in diameter with a 5 meter spread, while they can create a downburst smaller with longer spreads as long as it does not exceed the size limit. This technique is known to crush foes in its way while the spread out of wind can easily sweep even the heaviest foes from their feet and cause large knock back damage equal to the downbursts spread range. If caught in the center though one would not be knocked back but instead forced downwards into the ground from the sheer force of the downburst falling from the sky.

Tier: 3
Type Offence
Range: 50 meters
Speed: -5
Description: Access to the Sorcery Clima-tact is a requirement for this technique, it is unable to be used with the basic Clima-tact With the Sorcery Clima-tact weather phenomena no longer need requirements, with access to the weather balls and weathery powers the user need only release a weather ball. In this case, the user expels a weather ball in to the sky before commanding it to hatch. The user can then take control over the Dry thunder that is released from the 50 meter wide thunder cloud that forms within the sky, by bringing her clima-tactdown the user is then capable of summoning dry lightning within the fifty meter range, now this is not just any lightning.

Classified as dry lightning, it is the type of lightning that is brought forth by Dry Thunderstorms that instantaniously dries up precipitation wherever it hits, in normal cases this type of lightning ignites all that it touches and is the most common form of lightning that brings on Wild fires. Being that this is more weaponised, it can cause severe damage than your average dry lightning when it makes contact, due to the fact its lightning it will completely paralyse all that it hits, if the lightning strikes downwards and hits the head, death will follow. Full body paralysis will come into effect if direct shots are taken, [chest area] while if a limb itself is struck that limb will be fully paralysed for two posts. No matter where the lightning strikes the body third degree burns will cover the opponent, though durabilty of course plays a factor and many strong opponents could survive though [would more than likely be seriously injured] this also means their clothing will ignite. The main assault of this thunder though is to burn objects that it ignites and it does not halt, fire spreads rapidly, idealy used to ignite ships. The user can release THREE of these thunder bolts within a 2 post count before needing to release a second weather ball, and the user has a large 50 meter radius, It can burn flammable objects that are on the MDL.

Skill Name: Possessive Orange
Tier: 3
Type Supp
Range: Contact
Speed: --
Description: The user of this technique draws a simple circle upon an opponent in orange. This special symbol allows the user to take "control" of the opponent, giving them instructions to carry out, best used on opponents to fight their own allies. Capable of being used on NPC's and PC's based upon their natural perception attribute,, if higher/equal than the user of this technique, the symbol has no effect. IF lower the symbol is effective. One command can be given per post, this lasts for three full posts or until the symbol is destroyed

Skill Name: Nightmare Blue
Tier: 3
Type Defence
Range: Visual
Speed: --
Description: The user draws a symbol in an area, on themselves on something, anyone whom sees this symbol will fall asleep and begin to have a nightmare [nightmare based on individual characters fear], obviously as they are asleep they are incapable of acting for atleast a post [longer dependant on the nightmare extent] A superior version of sleeping blue in that this symbol only needs to be seen to be effective. Perception vs perception as usual, if perception is = or higher than the users then this skill has no effect. Sleep persists for 3 posts max and one post minimum.

The main assault of this thunder though is to burn objects that it ignites and it does not halt, fire spreads rapidly, idealy used to ignite ships. So the part I bolded, other than being a massive run on sentence is a bit vague. There's also a lot going on here for a T3 skill. You seem to want this to be special heat lightning, not normal lightning. I suggest getting rid of the paralyzing aspect (you can have that in any other lightning based weather skill later) and focusing purely on the heat/igniting aspect. Also edit out thunder, thunder is not lightning, merely a sound. Be a bit more specific, can this ignite Treasure Tree Wood or just normal wood? Etc.

Electricity: The clouds released are high in electricity, with an efficency of tier 3, these clouds can cause full body paralysis, third degree burns and over all major electric based damage to a foe. Naturally due to the high voltage weaker foes can die How long is the full body paralysis?

Upgraded force: Via the power of the sorcery clima-tact the electricity released is boosted by a single tier [making the efficency tier 4] causing paralysis for 2 posts and of course weaker foes could die from the vast damage. Excuse me if this seems dumb but I'm a little confused. Does this perk build off of the above perk or is this in reference to any Weather skill using electricity is boosted in this mode?

The user summons forth a chain of cloud, silly in theory but these clouds string together beautifully, held together by the magic of the Clima-tact. extending to a maximum length of ten meters,
Drawback: As this mode is not heavily user based, the weakness comes to the Clima-tact itself, after this mode is used, the user is unable to use any weather techniques from the Clima-tact for four posts eliminating the use of an entire skill set. This weakness costs 2000 words to negate and must have the user looking in to ways to "upgrade" the clima-tact to bypass the weakness.

I think i got everything, damn when i read it last night i was like "DIS ENGRISH IS PURFECT" don't make shit when your exhausted kids, i re-read this just now, and i was like 0_0 WHAT DID I EVEN MEAN!.

In terms of dry lightnign its a specefic lightning, it simply dries out precepitation quicker than your average lightning and is classified as the type of lightning that brings forth wild fires, its classification is actually "Dry lightning or Dry thunderstorms". It works exactly like normal lightning in any aspect except that due to its difference in precepitation it can greatly ignite wood and trees and so forth, so really im not sure as to why paralysis [common with lightning] would be removed due to the fact this type of lightning can also cause fire. Most of the text is the explanation of how the user needs to release the weather ball and explanation of the weather ball itself while the lightning etself simply paralises [or causes death depending on how weak the foe is and so forth] and ignites things in a wild fire. So really theres not much going on at all, its really all an aspect of lightning in itself, just one of the sub types.

Speed is my primary occupation which states my skills can be up to two tiers higher in speed, normally if it were something different i wouldnt disagree, but being that this is wind and lightning in natural terms, they should be moving incredibly fast. I dont really think making my tier 3 superior techs the same speed as my tier 2s makes much sense in comparrisson.

Being that this is more weaponised, it can cause severe damage than your average dry lightning when it makes contact, due to the fact its lightning it will completely paralyse all that it hits, though nine out of ten times if it hits someone they will die eh, limit it to full body paralysis for a post if a direct hit is scored (hits the torso) i'll allow death for a headshot, then 3rd degree burns on the struck area(whole chest, whole arm, whole leg, etc.), for it also dries up them out only struck area for drying out and explain what that'd actually entail, cuz just saying dries them out doesn't really say much, tho i can tell it's supposed to be some kind of status effect., though durabilty of course plays a factor and many strong opponents could survive though [would more than likely be seriously injured] this also means their clothing will ignite. The main assault of this thunder though is to burn objects that it ignites and it does not halt, fire spreads rapidly, idealy used to ignite ships. The user can release THREE of these thunder bolts within a 2 post count before needing to release a second weather ball, and the user has a large range fo 40 meters all around to summon these bolts. is this trying to say 40m radius? cuz that's how i interpret it. make it 50m diameter It can burn flammable objects that are on the MDL.

we're aware of what the speed attribute includes, but it doesn't mean every skill a person has will be allowed to get the full benefits. if that was the case we'd just say +2 as opposed to +2 or +1. So pick one skill to have at 5 speed and one to have at 4.

Edited all, the only thing i didnt edit was that the electric clouds are a constant, its the actual effect of the mode, where as skills would then be used to extend the range, to make it stronger, if the electricity only came out via skills well....then there would be no need for the mode XD

the command color trap one should have 3 post or until symbol is destroyed, not just until it's destroyed.
