Skill Set Information:
San Aatama Akuma, an aggressive form of Gun Fu mixed with the general theme of the devil's guard-dog: The Ceberus. The art revolves around utilizing ranged weaponry as an extension of the body rather than mere tool to perform rapid and acrobatic feats of marksmanship. Faleece's usage of it involves an immense degree of control over her arm, hands and general body to guide a dual set of pistols across every possible angle of her body in conjunction and in rapid succession. From rigorous training alone and experience alone, it depends upon inhuman peripheral vision to fire a dual set of pistols at inhumane speeds at foes that are behind, beside or outside a human's ordinary range of view; albeit assuming they are within her vicinity. Apart from gun play, this art requires acrobatic proficiency as Faleece is capable of contorting, flipping and leaping while firing without penalty to her aim. The aggressive nature of this style comes from its inability to give an opponent room to breathe. Using skilled methods of reloading, the next round is prepared within seconds to be unleashed upon anyone daring enough to position themselves within her range of fire.

As for the more supernatural end of this skillset, Faleece's extensive years of training has allowed her to harness her rather destructive and aggressive nature and or energies to imbue her ranged weaponry in a self-created, ranged-weapon based counterpart to a swordsman's:
Power of Destruction known by the woman as Gate of Lucifer. This aspect of her fighting style permits ranged-based weaponry to possess a ranged shot-gun blunt force effect, and adopt an elemental augmentation exclusive to fire to coincide with her cerberus inspired skillset.

Permits Faleece the ability to negate the stamina cost of a technique if a same tier technique was used before it and in the same post. [ LV: 2 ]

Using this heightened state of awareness, the user displays their mastery over gunplay by accurately shooting the respective number of enemies the character's tier suggests ( Refer to the chart above ) with inhumane arm speed and contortions. To same speed targets or below, this technique gives the appearance of numerous gun-wielding arms sprouting from her person.  To faster targets, this technique appears to be an absurdly quick and simultaneous process of shooting and reloading.  NOTE: Upon exhaust of ammunition and bullets, the technique's remaining bullets are formed from collective sharp and pressurized air from firing at such intensities.

Description - Essentially, an upgraded version of Devil's Deux. Alike Devil's Deux, it offers the illusion of only one technique being used. Costs 50% of the used technique's stamina in addition to the first technique's full stamina cost. Example: T2 Skill: ( 25 ) + This Technique ( 12 ) = 37 Stamina.

(Alright, I got some counsel on this. The technique is good but some restrictions will be placed on it. 1) You can only use this skill with another skill of lower tier, but you can create a higher tier'd version of this to use with higher tier'd skills. 2) The Stamina cost can be decreased by 20% on this skill, but we will allow you to increase that decrease to 50% at higher tiers.)

Said Gates of Lucifer-enhanced bullets accept both a flame-coating, but also a heavy coating of condensed air that fuels the fire to expand and form into a three headed burning dog that possesses the strength to leave an average sized ship in destroyed and blazing glory. Technique's Specifics: Width: 10 meters; Height: 8 meters.

Gate of Lucifer:

*Bullets can harness a spiraling, compressed coating of wind after being fired that after piercing or reaching a tangible force, exerts the wind's force into a collective powerful crushing blunt force onto the target. Essentially allowing bullets to have a ranged shotgun-effect alongside their usual piercing capabilities.
- Bullets with this experience a Tier up in the destruction chart.

*Allows channeling of fire into fired off bullets without degradation of said bullet.

(Alright, I got some counsel on this. The technique is good but some restrictions will be placed on it. 1) You can only use this skill with another skill of lower tier, but you can create a higher tier'd version of this to use with higher tier'd skills. 2) The Stamina cost can be decreased by 20% on this skill, but we will allow you to increase that decrease to 50% at higher tiers.)

Using this heightened state of awareness, the user displays their mastery over gunplay by accurately shooting the respective number of enemies the character's tier suggests ( Refer to the chart above ) with inhumane arm speed and contortions. To same speed targets or below, this technique gives the appearance of numerous gun-wielding arms sprouting from her person.  To faster targets, this technique appears to be an absurdly quick and simultaneous process of shooting and reloading.  NOTE: Upon exhaust of ammunition and bullets, the technique's remaining bullets are formed from collective sharp and pressurized air from firing at such intensities.

Technique's Specifics: Width: 10 meters; Height: 8 meters.

Skill Set Information:
San Aatama Akuma, an aggressive form of Gun Fu mixed with the general theme of the devil's guard-dog: The Ceberus. The art revolves around utilizing ranged weaponry as an extension of the body rather than mere tool to perform rapid and acrobatic feats of marksmanship. Faleece's usage of it involves an immense degree of control over her arm, hands and general body to guide a dual set of pistols across every possible angle of her body in conjunction and in rapid succession. From rigorous training alone and experience alone, it depends upon inhuman peripheral vision to fire a dual set of pistols at inhumane speeds at foes that are behind, beside or outside a human's ordinary range of view; albeit assuming they are within her vicinity. Apart from gun play, this art requires acrobatic proficiency as Faleece is capable of contorting, flipping and leaping while firing without penalty to her aim. The aggressive nature of this style comes from its inability to give an opponent room to breathe. Using skilled methods of reloading, the next round is prepared within seconds to be unleashed upon anyone daring enough to position themselves within her range of fire.

As for the more supernatural end of this skillset, Faleece's extensive years of training has allowed her to harness her rather destructive and aggressive nature and or energies to imbue her ranged weaponry in a self-created, ranged-weapon based counterpart to a swordsman's:
Power of Destruction known by the woman as Gate of Lucifer. This aspect of her fighting style permits ranged-based weaponry to possess a ranged shot-gun blunt force effect, and adopt an elemental augmentation exclusive to fire to coincide with her cerberus inspired skillset.

Passives:


  • Blinding Reload: The skillset's heavy emphasis on speed permits instantaneous reloading mid-technique. Still requires actual bullets present to reload.

    Hmm instantanious is a bit much, given that movement is required and would be reliant on your speed, for a tier 1 level passive i would say you can achieve reload at your characters max speed rather than intantanious[ LV: 1 ]

  • Three Headed View: The art relies upon heightened perception to extend the user's field of view to 350 degrees from their current position. The remaining 10 degrees is their direct back which is vulnerable as she cannot see potential dangers without shifting her position. [ LV: 1 ]

    I like this passive but, given  that its a near perfect vision, i would say this would cost a level 2 passive

  • Devil's Trigger: With absolute control over their general arm and hand movements, the user can pull a trigger at inhumane speeds to make ordinary pistols replicate the rapid firing effect of automatic firearms. Permits Faleece the ability to negate the stamina cost of a technique if a same tier technique was used before it and in the same post. [ LV: 2 ]

    Hmm, okay, so this lets you negate the stamina cost of a single tech if a same tier was used. Im fine with that, but put a cool down of 2 posts, so it can't be spammed as much, also i know its common sense but state the technique must use the same weapon [if you use a pistol then change to a rifle it wouldnt work]. Also if you want to fire normal pistols at automatic levels without skill use this would need to be split in to two different passives. if this is solely for the stamina passive then remove the part in bold

this makes your gate of lucifer seem more like it should be a mode than a passive/technique

same note with your gates of lucifer, also being that this skill set and by definiton your character isnt really durable, what damage would this take when struck by an opponents attack?

Hmm im gonna have to deny the blazing bullets, again something like that would come under a modes effect or require specialized made bulelts

This does a bit too much, firing shrapnel and compressed air, intense speeds and  so forth. I'd remove the air and shrapne. As a tier 3 though i'd say you could give this a speed buff of one tier

Description - Essentially, an upgraded version of Devil's Deux. The user, with emphasis on sheer speed and body control, performs a given bullet-based technique a second time directly after first usage to multiply the bullets produced from the given technique. Alike Devil's Deux, it offers the illusion of only one technique being used. Costs 50% of the used technique's stamina in addition to the first technique's full stamina cost. Example: T2 Skill: ( 25 ) + This Technique ( 12 ) = 37 Stamina.

you know this would also cost a tier 4 amount as well, so it would be 60 stamina + the technique used fulls stamina + 50% of the stamina of the other technique.
