Priority: Primary
Fighting Style: fruit based
Skill Set Name:Hie Hie no mi
Skill Set Information: The Hie Hie no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into ice at will, turning the user into a Freezing Human. Due to being a logia, most physical based non haki attacks are ineffective. Unlike most devil fruits the hie hie no mi is based on a physical element- ice. This means the user can shatter from being hit, but will simply reform right away. Alternatively they can turn into slush to evade. This is one of the few fruits able to counter sea water, as they can freeze it.
Passives:
Arctic Touch- User can freeze anything they come in contact with, the range of this ability increases with the user's tier. Tier 1

Freezing range:
Tier 1- contact- can freeze limb in which contact was made. Can freeze a 5 meter diameter range of any liquid that comes in contact

Tier 2- Contact- can freeze half a person's body on contact. Can freeze 10 diameters of liquid they come in contact with

Tier 3- Contact- Can freeze entire body on contact Can freeze  15 diameter range of liquid they come in contact with

Water is a catalyst for ice- Freezing range of techniques is doubled on water. Tier 3

Ice sculpting- User is able to create objects such as chairs, shields, swords, etc from ice or previously existing ice. Items created have a durability/sharpness equal to the user's tier. Dimensions are limited to a max of 15 meters. Tier 2
Skillset Strengths:

  • Superiority over the yuki yuki- User can hit their snow body as if they were using haki and do +1 advantage.

  • Ice is made from water-  User can strike the eater of the sand sand fruit as ice is made of water and do +1 damage

  • living things are made of water- Due to living things being mostly water and blood being a liquid, the skills of the hie hie no mi all cause internal freezing when hitting an organic life form and ignore any armors or durability buffs and instead go off a person's base durability tier -1.

  • I can't feel anything anymore- Immune to skills based off the cold. +1 resistance to freezing skills

  • Frozen human- While in ice form the user's body, down to the molecule, is frozen. Alien substances, such as poisons and venom cannot affect the user as they can't enter the body.

  • Hot vs Cold- User can hit the eater of the mera mera without the need for haki

  • Punk Hazard bby- User can hit the eater of the magu magu without the need for haki

Skillset Weaknesses:

  • If the user fails to freeze sea water before making contact with the water then they will be affected

  • The Magu Magu eater can hit the opponent without the need for haki

  • Bullshit- Magu Magu has +1 advantage against ice skills because Poncho is forcing it

  • Mera Mera can hit the opponent without needing haki

  • The Atsu Atsu no mi has +1 advantage against this fruit

  • The Gura Gura shock waves do +1 damage to ice skills

  • Obviously people with intangible-tangible skill have the ability to hit the user, even more so than other logias as ice is a solid substance

Notes:

Freezing system:
For freezing a person or object solid it will go off technique vs durability.

  • Durability less than Tier of attack- Person or object is frozen solid and stuck in a state of suspended animation as their heart has also been frozen

  • Durability is greater than or equal to tier of attack- Person or object is encased in ice but is not suspended in animation or frozen solid. They are still functioning and can attempt to break out though can only move if they have higher strength than the durability.

A person can break out of being encased if their strength is higher than the tier of the technique, but that will cause tissue damage and leave them in a more brittle form-lowering their durability and speed by 1 for 5 posts.

Heat based skills of equal tier can thaw a person frozen solid though that will result in tissue to crack in the person frozen solid causing permanent damage and lowering their durability by 2 for 5 posts. Their speed is also lowered by 2 for 5 posts.

Using a heat based skill of a higher tier will melt the person frozen solid leaving them in a too brittle state to survive.

The proper way to thaw someone is by having a victim generate heat internally by placing them in warm water or sea water for 5 posts. Victims will thaw once they exit the topic with the user.

Ice shells has a durability equal to the tier of skill used, people frozen solid have their durability become 1 and if they are shattered they die.

Frostbite:
When living things come in contact with the hie hie no mi abilities frostbite begins to set in right away. Over a series of post the tissue will begin to deteriorate from the cold. Any doctor can treat this easily and reverse the affects.

post 1=  -1 speed to areas affected until treated

post 2= -1 to durability of areas affected

post 3- Complete loss of function

post 4- Permanent -1 to speed and durability due to severe tissue damage, doctors can stop it from going further but cannot reverse tissue damage.

Post 5- The limb has completely succumbed to frostbite and is lost
Attribute Priorities:

  • Primary Attribute- Speed
  • Secondary Attribute- Durability (Kuja), Perception
  • Non-Prioritized Attributes- strength

Freezing range:
Tier 1- contact- can freeze limb in which contact was made

Tier 2- Contact- can freeze half a person's body on contact

Tier 3- Contact- Can freeze entire body on contact

Tier 4- User can project freezing power outwards in a 5 meter in diameter sphere

Tier 5- Sphere increases to 15 meters

Tier 6- Increases to a diameter of 20 meters

Treated as a freezing skill equal to the user's tier -1

On contact is fine with me. But when you start pushing it out it turns into more like a skill. So yeah change that.

Haki Negation- If the user's haki is an equal to or higher rank than the opponents the user can cancel out their opponents ability to use the intangible to tangible perk. No

Ice sculpting- User is able to create objects such as chairs, shields, swords, etc from ice or previously existing ice. Items created have a durability/sharpness equal to the user's tier. Dimensions are limited to a max of 20 meters.

Unless you want me to level your passive you should do that.

Skillset Strengths:

  • Superiority over the yuki yuki- User can hit their snow body as if they were using haki and do +1 advantage.

  • Ice is made from water-  User can strike the eater of the sand sand fruit as ice is made of water and do +1 damage

  • Resistance to cold- +1 resistance to any skills that have to do with the cold or freezing. Cannot feel cold. You can have a complete resistance to cold ot freezing.

  • Frozen human- While in ice form the user's body, down to the molecule, is frozen. Alien substances, such as poisons and venom cannot affect the user as they can't enter the body.

  • Hot vs Cold- User can hit the eater of the mera mera without the need for haki

A person can break out of being encased if their strength is higher than the tier of the technique, but that will cause tissue damage and leave them in a more brittle form-lowering their durability and speed by 1 for the remainder of the topic. Not for the remainder of the topic. I'd let you slide with like five posts.

Heat based skills of equal  tier can thaw a person frozen solid though that will result in tissue to crack in the person frozen solid causing permanent damage and lowering their durability by 1 forever. Their speed is also lowered by 2 for the remainder of the topic.   Forever? Go with the same with the comment above.

Using a heat based skill of a higher tier will melt the person frozen solid leaving them in a too brittle state to survive.

The proper way to thaw someone is by having a victim generate heat internally and placing them in warm water or sea water. Victims will thaw once they exit the topic with the user.

Ice has a durability equal to the tier of skill used, people frozen solid who are shattered die.

Changed the passive

Took out the sphere and replaced it with an aura which makes sense since the cold resonates outwards as seen when Aokoji froze like an entire section of Punk Hazard when he froze doffy. Also added in what happens with contact with other liquids like da ocean.

Made all other edits

What level are your passives? One? Two? Three? Add that in for each.

Just make the aura thing a skill. I see where you were going with it; but it leans more toward being a skill than passive. Add a cooldown for that speed passive

You should also add in somewhere, maybe in notes, that if someone have a limb for example frozen that they will need to get it treated in x amount of posts before frost bite sets in and they lose it.

The freezing passive we have decided to deny, it feels as if it would be leaning towards skills than a passive. Sorry.

I already change all this shit and now you trying to axe my passive not cool :////

I'm made of Ice, its very cold ice, when a very cold thing comes in contact with something made of water or liquids it might freeze it. It makes complete sense for me to able to passively free things that my cold ass body comes contact because it makes complete sense. It's not even an activation of anything, that's like trying to deny the yami yami user from negating dfs on contact or like saying that . You got people like Sabo who can passively create strings to travel through the air, and pon who can use the ability of his fruit passively to elongate weapons, both of which are with no stamina despite being an activation of something. The ability for contact freezing is just about as much of a skill those are and even less so, there is no reason for the denying of this. I've already complied with every other edit on this PREVIOUSLY APPROVED page and this is honestly ridiculous and going way too far.

Tier 3- Contact- Can freeze entire body on contact Can freeze  30 diameter range of liquid they come in contact with 15

So basically cut them all in half

Treated as a freezing skill equal to the user's tier -1 Take this part out. As everything thing you freeze should freeze like your chart.
