Fruit's Look:





The Oto Oto no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into sound waves or pulses at will, turning the user into a Sound Wave Human. The main strength of this Devil Fruit is that it allows Junbei to produce sound in which the user can create, shape and manipulate sound, a periodic disturbance of the medium (air, ground, water, etc) that radiates outward in straight lines(or otherwise) in the form of a pressure wave.

The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear. These waves pulsate invisibly to the human eye. The user himself is immune to the effects of his sound waves, and can hear them and not be adversely affected, not even affecting him or any of his body parts at the slightest. Clothing and such that the user is wearing are not affected by the devil fruit properties.




  • The fruit can essentially produce two types of sound waves, Low Frequency Waves and High Frequency Waves. With high frequency waves the user essentially intensifies the sound against a medium, causing vibrations that can’t be perceived on the ear but have sonar like effects. For example, tracking the positions of objects or humans that come into contact with High Frequency waves he produces.
  • Low Frequency Waves are potentially fatal to living beings by causing internal damage and essentially damage to nervous system if prolonged exposure is exhibited. These waves are measured in Hertz and the higher number the more adverse effects can occur. For example, low frequency pulses after prolonged exposure can cause internal damage.
  • Junbei possess the ability to control his sound waves in any manner. I.e. modify the amplitude, sound pressure, speed of sound, pitch, loudness, perception, duration, sonic texture and direction etc. Example, Amplitude has to deal with the overall spike or alteration in the waves loudness. Sound pressure and speed of sound manipulation can correlate to sonic-boom type techniques. Whereas directions can correlates to manner in which the Sound Waves are output, i.e. linear, quadratically, diagonally or circularly.
  • One of the greatest assets of the Oto Oto No Mi lies in its intangibility, the user being able to become sound essentially travelling at the speed of sound, Tier V speed as noted on the Speed Chart.
  • Those who possess the Oto Oto No Mi gain the ability to absorb or ‘eat’ sound. The sound consumed is stored as Sound Points, and those robbed of the sound via this method temporarily appear or sound mute to others. It’s not that their sound is negated, it’s just being drained. Think Crocodile, when absorbed moisture from Luffy’s body.
  • For continual application of sound-waves to a medium, as the user moves, the continual omissions travels with the user. For example, if omitting low frequency waves over a five meter scope, it’s continual, so for that duration, the user can move and the scope will surround Junbei as such for that period of time.



Level 2 & 3 Passives:


  • Sound Magus LV3 - Junbei is able to absorb/steal sound around him into his body editing the pitch and noise of targets. For example, he can steal sound from targets up to Ten Meter in range, making them perceived as mute to the listening ear as long as they're within range. Similar to how crocodile stole moisture from targets. Taken sound can be augmented with logia generated sound to increase effectiveness(See Chart Below). Note: Stolen sound is stored as points, once points are used for an additional trait, they are gone and are not hoarded. Stamina consumption using this passive is based on Skill Tier Upkeep values. At user's tier, for e.g. at Tier 4, 35 Points can be absorbed at 30 Stamina per post.

    Sonar Points:





    Sound Points or Sonar Points are gained through techniques/ or the Sound Magnus passive which absorb or eat sound. Junbei is able to use these stored SP points to generate sound-waves with higher frequencies or density than that of the Tier of the skill executed. However, the more SP funnelled into a skill, the more scope or power the skill may exhibit. Primary examples include when Crocodile created unstoppable sandstorms in a desert area.






    SP Capacity: This is the amount of sound that Junbei can store at each tier. The below chart are the upper limits or cap for each numbered tier.

    Tier 1: 50
    Tier 2: 100
    Tier 3: 250
    Tier 4: 300
    Tier 5: 450
    Tier 6: 500





    Usage: Any of these augments traits can only be used once per thread. Once the points are traded in, proper indication must be made during the thread in it's own spoiler section.




    • Sound Bleeding: At 50 points absorbed, all Oto Oto No Mi attacks used for one post, feature an additional +5 Diameter Range.
    • Natural Resonance: At 100 points absorbed, ONE Oto Oto No Mi attack offers one tier higher damage to inflicted wounds. E.g. Minor to Moderate.
    • Subtle Resonance: At 250 points absorbed, all Oto Oto No Mi attacks used for two posts, offer one tier higher damage to inflicted wounds. E.g. Minor to Moderate.
    • White Noise: At 300 points absorbed, all Oto Oto No Mi attacks for two posts, offer Material Damage that is boosted by one stage higher. ( Partially to Completely, Lightly to Partially etc.)
    • Breaking Tempo: At 450 points absorbed, One Oto Oto No Mi attack offers Material Damage that is boosted two stages higher. (Lightly to Partially etc.)
    • Massive Bleeding: At 500 points absorbed, all Oto Oto No Mi attacks for two posts, feature an additional 10 Diameter Range.



    Sound Trait Chart: This chart deals with how much the user can absorb each post at each tier via the use of skills or Junbei's Apollus Skillset. Note: The Tier 3 Mode, Apollus has absorption qualities, as such, for each post it takes sound away at the Tier 3 rate indicated below.



    • At Tier 1, within 10 Meters of the user, 20SP can be absorbed per post.
    • At Tier 2, within 25 Meters of the user, 25SP can be absorbed per post.
    • At Tier 3, within 35 Meters of the user, 35SP can be absorbed per post.
    • At Tier 4, within 40 Meters of the user, 40SP can be absorbed per post.
    • At Tier 5, within 80 Meters of the user, 50SP can be absorbed per post.
    • At Tier 6, within 100 Meters of the user, 100SP can be absorbed per post.



  • Sound Empath(Echolocation) LV2 - Junbei can hear sounds and pick up on vibrations with fifteen meters of range to his body through the use of high frequency waves. This can be anything from a buzzing bee to waves crashing into rocks cliffside. His aptitude for hearing allows him to zero in on these tiny attributes normal ears wouldn’t perceive. This passive can be coupled with Kenbunshoku Haki for instance can increase spying capabilities, i.e. he'd be able link familiar auras to voices perceived once they've meet prior.

  • - Sound Bleeding LVL 3 - Sound can leak out of an affected area, afflicting those outside the range but within the vicinity, to scaled down damage, dependent on the hertz or volume of the sound-wave. For up to ten diameters outside of registered afflicted area, techniques can offer damage two tiers lower than the skill used. The damage caused using this passive deals directly with damaging of hearing or disorienting enemies through sound and not with elements such as concessive force or internal damage. This passive requires an upkeep stamina cost dependent on the tier of skill used.





Skillset Strengths:


  • The user gains immunity to sound based attacks such as offensive type fruits Goe Goe No Mi and even musician type skills which might affect his mood or physical state.
  • The user gains the ability to eat or more specifically absorb sound from objects around them to add strength to their waves. Essentially, robbing their pitch, noise and overall loudness.
  • Oto Oto users can utilise their own sound from their own body and by adding it to the preexisting sound source, augment their already powerful force to higher and more versatile levels.
  • The natural affinity to sound allows the user to move at default V Speeds.
  • Attacks perceived by the user can ‘phase’ or pass through Junbei at will. For example, if a single bullet(or multiple projectiles) is/are fired and enough Perception is present, the attack can be avoided.


Skillset Weaknesses:


  • The user of the Nagi Nagi No Mi experiences complete immunity in damage to sound based techniques as their fruit is directly able to negate or soundproof against sound based afflictions.

Description:
Junbei releases a low frequency waves at around 10hz. with a loudness of 125 decibels. Anyone who within scope these waves after one post of exposure will begin to experience immediate pain or ringing of the ears. After two posts of exposure will begin to experience nausea and bleeding of the ears. This skill lasts for a maximum of three posts, on the third post exposure, afflicted is immobile for one post.

When coupled with his Kenbunshoku Haki, if he's met with the PC or NPC before, he can place the voice to the aura. At this tier, waves can't penetrate stone walls effectively, objects appear as blank spots on radar's scope.

Junbei releases a quick burst of a single sound wave which spreads outwards in a circular manner. Anyone caught within the burst of the high frequency wave experiences a 165 Decibel thrust upon their eardrums, equivalent to a shotgun firing off at close range. The technique can potentially deafen or cause temporary deafness for up to three posts.

Description:
Junbei releases frequent high frequency waves over a 15M radius travelling outwards in a circular manner. With the application of noise and loudness, he raises the volume to levels to 180db, which compresses all within the waves radius, causing the opponent’s eardrum tissue to rip. The pressure omitted by these waves render a one time shock-wave to the opponent, however the noise continues for two posts. The noises omitted are morphed in a sense to aurally sound like screams and screeches for help.  

Skill Name: Great Sound Decree - Echo’s Rage

Junbei releases a series of high frequency sound waves that vibrate against the air, the force of the vibration creates a sonicboom. The shockwave generated travels fifteen meters inflicting Fishman Karate or Hasshoken type damage. The width of the shockwave is ten meters and it's five meters in height.

Placing his hand on the inspected, Junbei is able to determine if a person PC/NPC is lying through reading the pulses of their heartbeat. If they lie, a intense fluctuation is felt, similar to a rattle shaking. When Coupled with the Empath Haki Perk, Junbei is able so spread the vibrations against the air, sensing the heard vibration(s) given off by palpitating hearts of inspected in the area. The amount that can be administered via air vibrations, is based on the Empath Perk limit.

Junbei releases a low frequency waves at around 220hz. with a loudness of 140 decibels. Anyone within the scope of these waves after one post of exposure will begin to instantly vomit bile. After two posts of exposure, the ringing in their ears will become so intense, the afflicted, will clutch at their abdomen, unable to move for one post.

Description:
A single sound wave in the shape of a invisible ring or halo quickly expands from Junbei’s body, intensifying in it's glow as it expands. This halo encompassing a eight diameters, creates a pocket of sound, or dome which the opponent(s) are encased in. Within the ring, large volumes of sound waves uncountable(ten waves every 0.01 millisecond) to the average eye are created. The dome begins to glow brightly, giving off an ominous sound. These waves begin to compress but due to the immense amount of waves packed into the ring’s vacuum, the sound waves create a shockwave which moves at the speed of sound, a sonic boom. The explosion of sound waves ushers outwards, devastating everything and everyone it comes into contact with in the form of shock-waves. The noise omitted registers around 250 db(decibels) instantly deafening anyone who hears the sound-waves decompressing within twenty diameters of it’s range. The ring can be moved ten meters in any direction from users position, as the focal point of the shockwave.

Pointing either of his index finger(s), Junbei is able to fire off single sound-waves in dart like fashion. Upon impact, these sound-waves break against surfaces, causing a sonic-boom. These compact sonic booms disintegrate weak surfaces, able to to travel 10M inward of the surface. Each usage gives the user three shots.

Description:
Junbei quickly releases a combination of low frequency and high frequency waves. The low frequency waves are around 220HZ in the Note A, making it incredibly hard for those within range to breath, as the vibrations resonate with the movement of the afflicted lungs. Switching to 281 HZ in C#, the afflicted intestines start to cringe, causing internal bleeding. A loud 300 decibel sound-wave rushes outwards, toppling anything it encounters as it’s modified quality of sound, amplitude and noise, vibrate the medium it travels against. The sound-wave destroyed everything within it’s scope in a spherical manner, expanding outwards until the maximum scope of 40 Diameters.

Description:
Junbei releases a series of high frequency sound waves that vibrate against the air, the force of the vibration creates a sonicboom. Junbei puts up a fifty diameter dome(maximum size) made of low frequency sound-waves spanning outwards, however, these waves have a slight twist, these waves amplify the sounds of all noises, from as subtle as blood flow, beating hearts, lungs or even the sound of human yawning. All of the sounds packed into this enclosed space cause a wicked vibration that causes materials/objects/matter with weaker Material of Destruction make to disintegrate.

Skill Name: Vertigo

Description:
Junbei releases a low frequency hum that rattles away at the inner hairs within the ear canal, causing calcium to build and clump along with blood. This in turn causes the afflicted to experience Vertigo Disease, which worsens with prolonged exposure to this skill. First post, the afflicted eyes begin to jerk rapidly, impairing vision. By the second post, the afflicted will be sweating immensely, losing their sense of balance and vomiting repeatedly. Entering into a state of dehydration, and will experience conditions of having 50% of their stamina drained.

  • For continual application of sound-waves to a medium, as the user moves, the continual omissions travels with the user. For example, if omitting low frequency waves over a five meter scope, it’s continual, so for that duration, the user can move and the scope will surround Junbei as such for that period of time.



Level 2&3 Passives:


  • Sound Magus LV3 - Junbei is able to absorb/steal sound around him into his body editing the pitch and noise of targets. For example, he can steal sound from targets up to 10M in range, making them perceived as mute to the listening ear. Similar to how crocodile stole moisture from targets, targets loose their voice for three posts. stamina cost pl0x. everything dealing with this passive, that point system or whatever u made, needs to be right here near it because all these custom point systems and stuff are confusing and spread all over the place. additionally u need to mention these points are gone once they are spent and aren't just stored and keep stacking without expenditure
  • Sound Empath(Echolocation) LV3 - Junbei can hear sounds and pick up on vibrations with fifteen meters of range to his body through the use of high frequency waves. This can be anything from a buzzing bee to waves crashing into rocks cliffside. His aptitude for hearing allows him to zero in on these tiny attributes normal ears wouldn’t perceive. This skill can be coupled with Kenbunshoku Haki to increase effectiveness. explain. can't just say it can be stronger with something, then not elaborate
  • Logian Reflex LV3 - Attacks perceived by the user can ‘phase’ or pass through Junbei at will. For example, if a single bullet(or multiple projectiles) is/are fired and enough Perception is present, the attack can be avoided. This counts as the user's Natural Defence being broken and must reset, any further defences using this capability must used in the form of a skill. logia intangibility can be a strength  



Skillset Strengths:


  • The user gains immunity to sound based attacks such as offensive type fruits Goe Goe No Mi and even musician type skills which might affect his mood or physical state.
  • The user gains the ability to eat or more specifically absorb sound from objects around them to add strength to their waves. Essentially, robbing their pitch, noise and overall loudness.
  • Oto Oto users can utilise their own sound from their own body and by adding it to the preexisting sound source, augment their already powerful force to higher and more versatile levels.
  • The natural affinity to sound allows the user to move at default V Speeds.


Skillset Weaknesses:


  • The user of the Nagi Nagi No Mi experiences -1 Tier in damage to sound based techniques as their fruit is directly able to negate or soundproof against sound based afflictions. sound fruit literally erases sound, ur fruit would be useless against it, no -1, just outright unusable.

Sonar Points:

Sound Points or Sonar Points are gained through techniques/ or the Sound Magnus passive which absorb or eat sound. Junbei is able to use these stored SP points to generate sound-waves with higher frequencies or density than that of the Tier of the skill executed. However, the more SP funnelled into a skill, the more scope or power the skill may exhibit. Primary examples include when Crocodile created unstoppable sandstorms in a desert area.

  • Usage 2 - Subtle Resonance: At 100 points absorbed, all Oto Oto No Mi attacks used for one post, offer one tier higher damage to inflicted wounds. E.g. Minor to Moderate.

Description:
A single sound wave in the shape of a red ring or halo quickly expands from Junbei’s body, intensifying in it's glow as it expands. This halo encompassing a eight diameter radius diameter radius?, creates a pocket of sound, or dome which the opponent(s) are encased in. Within the ring, large volumes of sound waves uncountable(ten waves every 0.01 millisecond) to the average eye are created. The dome begins to glow brightly, giving off an ominous sound. These waves begin to compress but due to the immense amount of waves packed into the ring’s vacuum, the sound waves create a shockwave which moves at the speed of sound, a sonic boom. The explosion of sound waves ushers outwards, devastating everything and everyone it comes into contact with in the form of shock-waves. The noise omitted registers around 250 db(decibels) instantly deafening anyone who hears the sound-waves decompressing within twenty diameters of it’s range. The ring can be moved ten meters in any direction from users position, as the focal point of the shockwave.

Switching to 281 HZ in C#, the afflicted intestines start to cringe, causing internal bleeding. A loud 300 decibel sound-wave rushes outwards, toppling anything it encounters as it’s modified quality of sound, amplitude and noise, vibrate the medium it travels against. The sound-wave destroyed everything within it’s scope in a spherical manner, expanding outwards until the maximum scope of 40 Diameters.
