Vicktur leaned on the railing of the tour ship he rode in on. The large passenger ship had been touring all around the East Blue, visiting island after island on its way to its final destination; Loguetown. The island famously known as the birthplace and final resting place of the Pirate King Gol D Roger. It was humorous to think Roger's last moments were in the very place as his first. From cradle to grave he could not escape it. Despite having gained everything a man could want, he was destined to lose it all here. Vicktur hoped he would not face the same twisted fate as Roger did. He had no intention of ever returning to the place of his birth. Him reducing his childhood home to ashes was a symbol of that. Thankfully I arrived on a tourist ship. Who knows how much shit i'de get from the bastards in blue if it were otherwise the thoughts danced around his mind. Vicktur had briefly considered battering passage with a pirate crew, but decided against it when he realized how much of a gamble it was. It wasnt that he was afraid to face-off against the Marines. Only that he wasn't much prepared to deal with the pricks at the moment. Using tourists as a guise to slip in and out would be a piece of cake.

The grand galleon, repurposed to haul all these doe-eyed consumers, pulled into port at high noon. People flocked to the deck to get their first look at the town of the beggining and end. Men, women, and children stared at the pristine town - or atleast the parts that were such - with a sense of wonder. Here it was! The most famous island un the East Blue, nay the most famous island in all the world! Vicktur could almost taste the excitement of the others on board. He could definitely see it. With cameras snapping pictures left and right, as well as Den Den Mushi calling friends and loved ones to beag about their adventures. One would think this was the most exciting thing these people had ever seen. For most of them it probably was, and would be thw most exciting thing they would ever see. He almost envied them. To have such a simple life was somewhat a blessing. They'd visit Loguetown then go home to with their families and live comfortable lives. Never knowing the shadow wars that took place in the background. Never knowing exactly how terrible their government really was.

We've reached our destination of Loguetown. Please clear the ship in an orderly fashion. Tour guides will be stationed on the platforms below. Enjoy your stay in the town of beggining and end. the Den Den Mushi echoed throughout the immediate area, nearly drowned out by the commotion of the crowd. If Vicktur was a more irritable person he might be losing his shit right now. Thankfully he was a patient man who had dealt with bigger annoyances before. Like his asshole father and cunt siblings. They were all dead and gone, though. Except for the few girls his dad sold into prostitution, along with his mother. Killing that bastard was the proudest monent of his life. It was one story he was happy to tell over and over again. Whoa! a small boy looked and gawked at him, seemingly mesmerized by his size. Look mommy, its a Giant! Like in those books you bought me! Vicktur was used to people being dumb-founded by his height. But it was always a treat to see the kids react. Even if he wasnt all that special when it came down to it. He had heard of many people who stood as tall as himself, even taller. Yes sweetie, a Giant. the mother said dryly while perusing the tourist brochure. Come along now, sweetheart. We wouldn't want to keep your father waiting. He's been waiting to see you since he joined up with the Marines. He should be at the base.

The boy and his mother departed from the ship monents before Vicktur. Despite having spent so much time at sea, he always loved getting his two feet back on solid ground. Whenever he set off to sail he wondered if ge'd ever make it back to dry land. One could never be too sure with the unforgiving sea. Vicktur quickly broke away from the group and made his way to the shopping district. He wanted to browse some wares and maybe find another sword. One could never have too many swords after all. Or atleast he thought so.

For such a famous town the atmosphere sure gave off a dim vibe. The entire place seemed to be filled to the brim with happiness and vanity. While the attitude of the island certainly wasn't anything new to the woman, she found it to be quite intolerable. This was where they wished her to stay till new orders? Sighing she would remember the amount deposited in her name and remain silent, she was doing this in exchange, and nothing said she couldn't new subject material while here, there were plenty of marines and others who desired no good to test on. While it didn't excite her to be here, granted almost nothing did, Yomi could at least take advantage of it. As she shifted through the crowds and kept her features somewhat hidden as to not make the kids scared of her, though the reaction to the giant nearby meant that they might take a picture rather than run in fear. Still, while she drew attention to herself, it was for a different reason than the others, it was from more of the authority figures, which is what she wanted, she wanted them to be suspicious right now, if they only had eyes for her, they wouldn't notice the other one that she had come here with, not until it was too late for them, be it through sabotage, or as her companion would often perform, murder.

As she glanced around at the people, Yomi would try and make herself not around Vicktor for the most part, she would keep him in her vision, but make it less likely for the marines to notice any kind of connection, perhaps she should dart into an alleyway or the like that might get them to follow her and then lead to a bit of a tumble. Hopefully, Vicktor was watching in case that happened, since she disliked getting her hands really dirty with such duties, she preferred the aftermath. She also hoped that no anomaly happened by and ruined it all, but if it did, she could come up with a plan to handle it.

The bustling and crowded streets seemed to create an automatic motion of dividing as the Amazon began to stroll thru them. Though some were considerate, containing some form of home training and manners, others simply pointed and whispered as the gargantuan woman made her way down the cobblestone roads. Nonetheless, she couldn’t say she minded, as the stares, glares, and gawking had become something she had became accustomed to since deciding to leave Amazon Lily in search of something...more. However she knew her sisters would never leave Lily because of such things, their temperament not fitting to deal with the distasteful and mannerless. Nor did they have the temperament to be treated like anything less than what they were, royalty, whenever they went anywhere. All eleven younger siblings being fine with ripping the prodding eyes out of their eye sockets and adorning them across their breastplates. For not only were they warriors, they may as well have been considered barbarians. Yet Karayan was always different, and it showed with her current poise not to act out in this circumstance, and instead allow the crowds to prod at her with their eyes, as she could not fault them, most having never seen a Kuja before this day, and if they had, rarely did they come at nearly fifteen feet tall.

Yet the genes of the Empress of Amazon Lily were the strongest in the eldest Princess, as well as her calm, which is why Karayan had fell in line for the succession of the island whenever she got finished with her little “Pirate Games” as her mother called them. She on the other hand, liked to call it an exciting humanitarian mission. As even now she carried a large dark green rucksack on her right pinky finger, the contents of which would make quite a few people extremely happy. Each giant step she took moved her closer to her destination, a side alley marking the place of meeting, as the crowds all but dissipated in what seemed to be an eternal smog. The smell of trash immediately hit her nose, causing it to draw up and crinkle, her full lips twisting in response. Nonetheless, with her head peaking around the corner she whispered in an extremely loud, non-incognito manner, ”PSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST. PSSSSSSSSSSSSSST. The Package...is secure.”

What appeared to have been an empty alleyway slowly began to flood with activity, as children began to pop up from behind objects littering the ground, drains, and building tops as if conjured by some form of magic out of nowhere. The pale blue eyes seemed to echo the same bright smile as the one that was cascading across her face as the kids saw her and echoed the light that beamed from her. Like a swarm of fire ants, they all descended upon her at one time as she rounded the corner, looking down at beings that were so much smaller than her, some jumping up and down, others clenching her legs. They cleared space, as she bent lower, embracing them in a hug all at once, squeezing them close to her chest as she began to nuzzle her face against some of there’s. Sounds of “Blah” “Gross” were echoed by some of the “tougher” homeless boys, yet she could feel that everyone in her embrace loved the motherly clutch, they missed it, as they were the forgotten.

As she released them, curious eyes fell upon the rucksack, as she began to flick back prowling hands with her own large fingers as she scanned the crowd for the missing link. Lowering herself even further to the ground, Karayan bellowed in her light voice, ”I’ll give one of you guys one thousand Beli if ya tell me where Waffles is.” The Troublemaker as the Marine’s and townsfolk here called her, didn’t even waver for a moment, before she spiraled from a nearby rooftop ready to claim the reward for herself like the Princess knew she would. This caused a giggle to escape the pink lips of the woman as Waffles held her hand out, demanding payment with a stern look on her face, her head turned up and away from the Amazon. ”Now now, don’t be like that Waffles. Where is the love.” It seemed like the small girl was struggling not to respond, and eventually just couldn’t contain herself anymore. ”Because YOU said dhat one day I could join de crew and be a Pirate. Yet here Iy’am, still in dis dump, and you didn’t keep your word. You suck Karayan!”

Looking directly at Waffles, she could see the frustration on the dirty young lasses face, as she replied, ”You’re right.” ”I’m right?” ”Absolutely.” For a moment time seemed as if it were standing still as Waffles soaked in the words of being right by someone who was her elder and also of Royal Blood. It was unheard of. Nonetheless, she ran with it as she said, ”Uh uh….of course I am. Why would anyone doubt me?” Chatter around her by the other kids suggested plenty of reasons to doubt her, as she began shaking her fist at the younger kids. Pulling the bag off of her finger, Karayan raised it to a point where only she could see before saying, ”How bout this Waffles. I will give you something special out of this bag if you stop being mad at me.” A curious eye lit up, but the girl held her ground as she replied, ”You already owe me money first.” Rolling her eyes playfully, the Amazon dug in her breastplate, producing a modest amount of Beli in a bag, and placing it in the girl’s small hand.

”Lemme see, lemme see, lemme see!” Now she was jumping like the rest of the children as the huge woman smiled down at them and began going into the bag. Her mouth fell upon slightly as she muttered “Ahhhhhhhh” and her hand stopped moving. Giggling lightly the woman said, ”Suuuuuuuure you want to see?” By this time Waffles had already began to scale the Kuja’s leg guard, before being plucked off and put back on the ground. Placing the object in her free hand, she balled up her fist as she said, ”Gotta take it first. But everyone else can pick there’s.” The kids flew into a frenzy around the rucksack that was now placed upon the ground, as they began to draw out weapons, Waffles continuing to tug on Karayan’s fingers as strongly as she could to no avail. Going at far as to bit the side of the woman’s finger, causing the Amazon to giggle once more. Opening her palm, were two small daggers made specifically for the little human girl. The first forged with the name Waffles on it, the second with the name Pancake on it. Both beautifully crafted by hands that were seemingly to big to create something that small with such perfection.

Tears could be seen welling up in Waffles eyes, as she was swooped into another embrace by the Princess, lips pressed against the salty tears before placing her back on the ground. Standing to her full height Karayan said, ”Now….never let no one take what is yours again. The Marine’s may own the island...but you’re still people.” Looking down at Waffles a mischievous smile spread across their face as the woman said, ”Mischief?” Smiling back at Karayan, the small girl rallied up her gang to enact the plan that her and Karayan had spoke of. Bringing down the Marine’s in Loguetown would start today. The misfits would rise, and all the from those on the island, reduced. That was the reason she was here, though she knew that even the greatest fighter always needed a plan.

The hustle and bustle of the streets was a somewhat pleasant thing to see. While Vicktur stood out like a sore thumb, his partner Yomi could blend in with the crowd. Or atleast she could blend in better than he. He imagined seeing her wrapped up, as to conceal herself, would raise a few suspicions. She could easily fabricate an excuse or two to explain herself, however. She could say she was from Alabasta and used to much warmer climates. Or that she had been horribly disfigured and was self-conscious about the scars. Any number of things could get the authorities off her tail. Vicktur didnt have to look back to make sure she was following him, he knew she was. Yomi wasnt much of a fighter so he knew he would have to deal with any complications. While it was a bit of a pain to not have another killer by his side, she was a lot like him in other ways. This made it incredibly easy for them to get along. Besides, being out at sea for long periods of time could get irritating. And having a woman around helped to ease things for him. Even if all she did was science experiment-y things.

The young man passed through the threshold of tbe weapon shop, setting off a tiny brass bell as he did so. Welcome! he heard a voice call out from the back of the shop. The store clerk was busy stocking the shelves or something. Not very wise if you asked Vicktur, he could easy snatch one or two items and flee the scene. The young Revolutionary began to stalk up and down the rows, scoping out any potential weapon of his liking. One of the biggest downsides of being so tall was weapon selection. All his weapons were atleast six feet in length, roughly half his height, as to make wielding them less awkward. You wouldnt happen to carry anything....bigger, would you? he shouted across the store. Bigger? Hmmmm, one moment the clerk shuffled his way through the aisles to meet up with Vicktur. Okay, how big are we talking about, exa- he stopped dead in his tracks as he caught a glimpse of the boy. I see. Come, follow me. I think I have just the thing.

Vicktur followed him to the very back of the store, listening to the old man ramble the entire time. Ya know, its a good thing I extended the height of the store. Otherwise you wouldnt have been able to fit. the old man mused. I think I saw your sister walking around town earlier. Vicktur scratched his head, confused. But he didnt bother to let the man know that he didnt exactly have any sisters. Yeees, tall woman in armor. She stood a bit over you, i'de say. I was surprised to see a woman so tall. But now, after seeing you, I guess its in the family. The two if them came to a stop infront of a long blade displayed on the wall. Go ahead! Take it down Vicktur did so after being instructed to. The weapon had a bit of weight to it, more so than his own, but was beautifully crafted. Or atleast seemed to be. He unsheathed his other blade and held them side to side. The display piece was a good eight feet in length, covering an advantage of two feet on his other weapons.

How much, old timer? he only hoped such a weapon wouldnt break his bank. The old man thought for a moment before throwing his hands up in the air Just take it! I'll never sell the damn thing anyways. Its been twenty years since I got my hands on it. Besides, youre probably the only person i'll ever meet who can use it Vicktur gave his thanks and turned to walk away Oh! There is one thing. Tell that pretty giant sister of yours about my hospitality? An old man sure can get very lonely the clerk released a pervert laugh. Uuyh, sure. Yeah, i'll tell her all about you. and with that Vicktur made his leave.[/b]

The crowd seemed to start dispersing about the area to begin their little tourist adventures about the island. The main draw was probably seeing where Roger had died, but you never know they might a good restaurant or something. Not that Yomi cared about that stuff, she was here to scout out the island and probe the defenses for later. The great battle proved that the marines weren't the mighty behemoths that they claimed to be, and that meant that the various islands around this area could be snatched from their grasp. Frankly, Yomi didn't care about any of that, she was just here because she was paid and she could possibly set up a rudimentary lab and continue parts of her research. To this end she would shift with the crowd, trying to avoid any real detection, and would continue till she arrived at the place where Gold Roger had been slain. It was a sad site, to say the least, even Yomi could appreciate a legend, and it now that she wondered why it was he had died if he was that strong wouldn't he have been unkillable? Maybe that was the lesson, nothing was unbeatable of unkillable, which boded well for her research, but she wasn't a positive person so she believed it was just bad luck rather than a moral lesson.

As the atmosphere seemed to dull and the people stopped talking too loudly, she heard a gunshot ring out within the square. Was there already a brawl happening here? She knew the marines had gotten lax, but really how were they this lax, how could one fight in the middle of the town like that. it was then that her eyes snapped to the forefront as a rather chubby but well-armed man did a fifty-foot somersault backward onto the platform of Rogers execution.

"MY FELLOW PIRATES, TODAY WE SHOW THE MARINES WHAT IT MEANS TO KNOW THE TASTE OF FEAR! FOR GLORY AND HONOR, AND CHICKEN!"

The rather chubby fellow pulled out, what seemed to be a piece of fried chicken and began to snack on it, only then did she know his afro, and began to ponder over his words, they just sounded so damn entitled. Show the marines the meaning of fear, marines didn't know fear, there were too many of them for that, they just rushed forward and died like the stormtroopers they were, well most of the time anyway, some were smart and began admirals and the like, those were the scary kind, she had a feeling this guy didn't mean them, he meant the mass numbers kind. As she pondered this the masses around her began to draw weapons and dawn their fried chicken, and it was now that Yomi knew a taste of the fear, not because of the weapons they had, not because she was now in the middle of this giant pirate uprising mess, but because she had no idea where most of them had hidden that piece of chicken and it couldn't be safe to eat.

She would have no part of this disgusting fiasco, and as gunshot and sword began to ring through the streets towards the marines guarding the area Yomi would attempt to dodge, duck, dive, and dodge her way through the mess of people. Hopping on top of a few of their heads she managed to perch herself on the ledge and saw bullets, chicken, people, and swords all flying in all directions, this was chaos and it wasn't caused by her or her partner, which is why it couldn't be allowed at the end of the day. She would need to come up with a plan to stop it, even if it meant helping the marines, because at the end of the day dealing with the marines was easier than dealing with a pirate, for the simple matter of marines being predictable.

Island in the Sun (Cite/Pik) Tumblr_ndlwbh4b9z1qbvovho1_500Feet carried her, the blue material of her dress flowed behind her. The armoured like attire shining as she continued to push forth. She danced through the crowds, hands upon the hilt of her sheathed swords. As she moved towards the mob that swarmed her fellow marines she could not help but look shocked. Upon the execution platue, a man, large in statter and chubby in nature held a piece of chicken and a gun. As her eyes scanned the battle field looking at the mob of people that easily out numbered the more experienced marines she could not help but gawp with an open maw. Fried chicken was being waved around like some kind of flag, smooshed, crushed.....some of them were green yet they all had bites out of them. It turned her stomach slightly but right now she could not cope with this.

Her first point of action was shutting down the leader. She took off once more, charging forth towards the back of the crowd that had the marine guard outnumbered. It was time for the Crimson Queen to enter the fray. Her hand slid down to her main weapon, enhanced with seastone this weapon was powerful, sliding it from its home, readying the broadsword for the battle that was to come. She was not above attacking an enemy from behind, if they wanted to start a war then all bets where off. They should have kept their backs protected. The dance began. Her feet slid around, her body shifted weight as she brought her blades down. Screams could be heard yet she did not halt to see the felled opponents. Her movements were like an elegant dance while her tiny stature allowed her to squeeze into gaps that larger foes were unable to reach. Crimson drops of liquids soon soared through the skies as her sword carved through the bodies of her foes until she had managed to clear enough of the distance.

Her feet left the ground, utilizing a mobsters shoulder to push herself further, the armoured woman would land upon the execution platform, her sword moving horizontally through the air before she had even landed upon the wooden tower. The chicken fell to the ground upon the platform yet the chubby head of the man did not have the same grace. That fell further, flowing down towards the mob. As she landed, she crouched downwards, with her free hand she pulled her gun from its holster and held it in to the air, releasing a single shot that seemed to overshadow the rest of the gun fire, yet it was not the gun shot that would grab everyones attention. It would be the shrill voice that followed. "THAT IS ENOUGH".

Standing to her full [tiny] height, The Crimson Queen, her sword drawn, dripping in blood. Her story was famous, well known throughout the blues and the grandline, not many did not know her name. Crimson splatters covered her clothing, her face and her body. Her sapphire eyes were fierce, she looked down upon the crowd with her gun and sword, ready to drop down if the battle were to continue. "THIS WILL BE YOUR FIRST AND ONLY WARNING, DROP YOUR WEAPONS AND TURN YOURSELF IN, OR FORFEIT YOUR LIFE" the shrill voice echoed, honestly with her stature and vocals she was probably more comedic, she did not seem to have that authority in her voice, yet it was her eyes. Her eyes gave her that seriousness. It simply came down to whether these mobsters heeded her warning.

As gunshots began to ring out in the air, the pale blue eyes of the Amazon were averted towards the direction they were coming from, before she looked back down at the kids, a light smile plastered to her face as she said, ”Now would be the perfect time for a piggyback ride, yes children?” Her question was answered with a light clatter of arms, the clasping of hands, followed by what felt like a dozen or so ants scurrying up her shin guards, scaling the huge woman before gripping their small hands around anything that would ensure they didn’t fall off. As Waffles perched on her shoulder, Karayan turned away from the alley and began to sprint down the road amidst a mass who were sprinting/fleeing in the opposite direction. Though she wasn’t necessarily the teeming definition of fast, her long legs ensured that it wouldn’t take long to arrive at her destination in the center of the port hub known as Logue Town. Rounding several more corners, she ignored as people bumped into her legs, instead gently sweeping them to the side with her hand, allowing her to get past the obstruction (herself) without issue, as well as giving them a little jolt of inspiration to keep heading away from the gunfire.

Emerging on the scene, it appeared she popped up just in time, as a sinister dance was starting to take place between Marines and Pirates. Well less so Marines and pirates, but more so a Marine and pirates. Movements were rapid, a stream of black wizzing around the chicken wielders, blood spewing as it darted about, bodied falling into small heaps as it did so. As the small blonde haired woman completed her initial triage of who needed to die first, another smile couldn’t help but light up on the face of the warrior, as another warrior female offered the pirates mercy where their comrades were given none. The grin itself was due to the fact that it was a woman that had eviscerated the competition, as well as the rising fume of iron from all the blood that was beginning to pool around the corpses. As it hit her nostrils, Karayan began to salivate a bit, yet held her composure, instead her attention being brought towards the beings who had beat her and the kids to rebellion to no avail.

Nonetheless, as she looked on at the remainder, she said to the kids, ”The ride is over children, wait here until you’re called.” Waffles, looked like she wanted to echo a complaining sentiment, yet as a dark look overshadowed the Amazon’s normally light features, she decided against it, deciding to leave her perch with no argument. As they clambered off of her, she began to walk towards the chicken wielders who seemed to have no intention of giving up, though also not bothering to divert their eyes towards the new threat. Why would they? The one in front of them had already shown that she wasn’t playing any games with them. As Karayan got within feet of the pirates, she did what she thought was the most humanitarian, deciding there was no need for any more of these men to die in a vain effort to overtake The Crimson Queen, a person whose reputation was regarded rather highly amongst Marines and pirates alike. Descending into the pool of chicken pirates, she said, ”Sleep sweet”, in her sweetest tone.

Turning to finally realize their was a Kuja amongst their ranks, it was already too late. A large shockwave cascaded outwards, Karayan at the epicenter of it, as the naughty pirates began to spill over like dominos. One after another they all fell along with several Marine’s whom she couldn’t exempt from the effort. Yet one lone pirate who fell just short of the radius of the Haki. Yet instead of fleeing, he released a battle cry, raising his chicken and sword to the cry as he sprinted towards the Princess. A large hand outstretched from beside her, which was impaled by the sword...or an extremely sharp piece of chicken. It didn’t stop her, instead her blood would be smeared on the messy spray of blonde hair, as she grabbed the man by his head, whipping his body around before releasing it, propelling the body thru the air. As the body flew, it sped past the ledge that Yomi was squatting on, before blasting thru the shop window that Viktur was doing his shopping at. Though the man would suffer from a couple of broken bones, with the amount of force she used, she could almost ensure that he wasn’t dead, there was no need for that type of violence.

As blood dripped lightly from the small wound on her hand, she ignored it, instead gluing her eyes to the Marine as she said, ”Simply a mess. My apologies for your comrades, but it was the most humane thing I could do. A small casualty to stop a rebellion, yes?” A slight giggle escaped her gargantuan body, as she pointed to the bodies littering the ground, some groaning as she said, ”Waffles, bound these men and take their weapons.” She didn’t even have to look at the children before they began to scour the battlefield, though the look of puzzlement on the abrupt change of plan was evident. Smiling kindly, Karayan inquired, ”So what brings The Crimson Queen to Little Ol’ Logue?”
OOC: Used Conqueror's Wrath. Assuming I'm close enough to Faith, she was exempted from the effects.

Vicktur admired his new sword with a keen eye. It was well made, if he could be allowed to say so. The craftsmanship was exsquisite and it was a good size given his stature. He stopped in his tracks and began to swing it around, testing its weight and all that. A grin slowly adorned his face as the long blade cut through the air. He had hit the jackpot today! Coming to Loguetown was probably the best idea he had come up with in a while. He turned to wave goodbye to the clerk but found the man had already vacated his spot. Shrugging internally Vicktur made his way to the entrance of the shop. He was going to go find Yomi and see what she was up to. Hopefully the Marine presence on the island hadnt given her any trouble. He was eager to test out his new weapon but knew that could cause a fair amount of trouble. Tangling with a bunch of ensigns wouldnt be too much trouble, but an Admiral would be a death wish. He wasnt at that level just yet. Before he could make it to the doorway, however, a body came crashing through the window and landed in front of him.

Raising an eyebrow he looked around his immediate vacinity. Uuuuh was all he could muster before the old man rushed to the scene. He carried a rifle in his hands and wore a helmet on his head Why you hoodlums! When I find who busted my winda im gonna...why im gonna... he looked up at the broken window, stewing in his rage. He then promptly dashed out of the shop and fired a shot into the air. The fleeing crowd went berserk after he did so and picked up the pace. It was only now that Vicktur noticed the stampede outside. What the hell is going on here? he thought as he slung the unconscious man over his shoulder. The crowds were running like wind away from the town square. Something fun mustve gone down and he missed it! Perhaps he could a glimpse of the aftermath if he got there quick enough. Strolling out the front door he made his way to the source of the commotion. His new sword was resting on his shoulder, and the sleeping man on the other.

When he arrived he saw a most entertaining scene. Strewn about the ground where the unconscious bodies of pirates and marines alike. A handful of them were dead and gone, their bodies bloody and beaten. At the epicenter was a large woman adorned in flashy armor. Above her, on Rogers execution stand, was a Rear Admiral. Vicktur knew who the woman was, everyone who knew anything knew who she was. He cursed under his breathe for having such bad luck. A goddamn Rear Admiral! What the hell was she doing here? His attentions turned back to the Amazon woman. She mustve been who the old clerk mistook for his kin. Taking a good long look at her he saw no similarities. It was a given that they werent related, but it never hurt to pad your post with stuff. He approached the two and tossed his passenger at the Amazonian's feet You really shouldnt toss your trash around like that. he stood 10 meters or so away from her. The store clerk wanted me to tell you that he's generous and lonely. But one of you two just broke his window, so I doubt he'd take you out for a good time now. just as he finished his words the old man same sprinting into view, toting his rifle. Which one of you doggone motherfluffers wrecked my shop winda?! Speak up now, dont be shy! I only wanna shoot ya! once again he fired a shot into the air.

A whirlwind of chaos ensued within the area in a heart beat, and to Yomi's dismay, it seemed that the pirates with the chicken were cut down in haste. While she didn't get to all of it due to her more pressing matter of getting out of the middle of the crowd, she did get to catch the end of a red sheen through the crowd. That was a disgusting display of power in but a brief moment. It was then that Yomi realized what exactly these pirates were dealing with, a rear admiral, that just threw a giant monkey wrench into Vicktor and her's plans. It didn't matter how stealthy they would be in the end, this admiral could probably solo any of the fodder they could cobble together, so it's a good thing Yomi didn't start out by being bold, she didn't wish to spend time in a prison cell, especially in this town with all of its deep-rooted corruption. This was mostly due to her not fully believing in the Revolutionary cause, but rather being selfish and wishing to still experiment. Regardless, just as she was starting to formulate a few plans, another happened upon the scene, a giantess of a woman seemingly knocked everyone out right there, and sent one person flying past her, though Yomi's disregard for life made her not even flinch. The whole knocking out part though, was impressive and worrying, was it one of those fruit powers or was it something else? For some reason Yomi thought she had heard of others knocking people out around them, so maybe it wasn't a fruit but a natural ability?

There were too many unknown variables right now for her to safely approach any of them, so instead she would have to try and make her way around to find Vicktor and regroup, though knowing her luck he was going to be in the middle of it all with an old man shooting a gun or something. Stupid crap always happened around him for whatever reason, just like when he fell into that nest of Gundarks and she had to save him, or the time he decided to try and shoot some little kid in the face for giving him shitty choices in the end. Really if she wrote down their adventures, she swears no one would actually believe it, or maybe they would, there was some weird stuff out there. Regardless, for now, this post was mostly useless as Yomi is just going to sneak around through the houses and get back onto the street near Vicktor at some point, and then probably get tangled up in the confusing mess that is, or was this brawl.

Island in the Sun (Cite/Pik) Tumblr_ndlwbh4b9z1qbvovho1_500Alas, it would seem even her well known status, or the fact that she had just slaughtered multiple comrades as well as the largest instigator of chicken gate to quell these fried chicken eaten mobsters. A sigh would gently escape her lips as she crouched, ready to once again enter the fray. Then something interesting seemed to happen, a giantess emerged. Someone that looked roughly about three times Ceruleans height came forth. Now the Rear Admiral would bite her lip. Unsure on whether this large female was an ally or an enemy. Gun in hand, Gem in the other the Crimson Queen should got an answer to her query. The large hand of the woman swung down, she literally launched a guy with utter ease before the rest of the mobsters seemed to just falter with a burst of power.

This burst of power washed over Cerulean yet she felt no hinderance, not like her fellow marines whom simply seemed to collapse along with the mobsters. Chicken, blood, swords and guns collapsed to the floor. She knew of the power, Haoshoku Haki, something she had come up against many times though she herself had never been capable of unleashing the raw power of her will herself. It was still impressive each time she saw it. The eyes of the two warriors met, the first to speak was the giant. "Oh by all means, I think a few of these marines could do with the rest. I shall simply remain here until they regain conciousness. Can't leave a group of my people lying upon the ground." she said with a polite tone. She would move from the platform, dropping the height as if it were nothing, landing with a gentle crouch upon the ground before straightning up.

It would seem her reputation once more preceded her, the giantess knowing her Alias. "Recruitment, I'm here to test out the recruits of the blues and take those who i see fit to the grandline, It's a tedious job but someones got to do it right?" she would say with a smile. Though as she spoke she walked towards the giant, her gun and sword had been placed back in to their holsters prior to her moving from the platue. When in range she extended her arm, the hieght different between the 14 foot something giant and the five foot three girl was amazing. She actually felt like she had to strain her neck to see the girl. "Your help is very appreciated, allow me to pay you for your kind help and for the medical bill for your wound" Cerulean said gently as she awaited for her gesture to be reciprocated.

A few seconds after, it would seem yet another had appeared. this time holding the man whom the giantess had thrown. His words fell upon Cerulean whom thought she meant him when the man talked about getting dated. A small blush appeared upon her face, as she was about to speak, she saw the old man come around shouting and screaming shooting in to the air. "Uhm, Hello. Rear Admiral Cerulean Faith here" she said looking to the old man as she spoke. Walking towards him, he realized bringing his gun and shooting in to the air was a mistake, he had not intended to run in to the rear admiral. "I realize your angry about your shop, but as you can see there was an altercation here, please send a written letter to my office and i will have the marines pay for damage, though if i see you running around with your rifle shooting it for such a reason, next time I wont be able to look the other way" Cerulean said with a wink.

”Wouldn’t be the first time they’ve been sleeping on the job….”, were words shot out from a crooked mouth and a childishly loud “whisper”, as Waffles procured rope from seemingly nowhere on the left of Karayan. Two large fingers came together for a moment, as the Princess gave the local Loguetown thief a sturdy thump to the head that nearly knocked her off balance. Still eyeing Cerulean, the words, ”Manners, Waffles,”, cascaded out of her full lips. As the little girl rubbed her sore head she muttered incoherently as she walked off, the gang of homeless misfits bounding the incapacitated Chicken pirates while also quietly looting them. This caused a grave look of dismay to cross the moonlight toned Amazon’s face, though she quickly pushed it to the corner of her mind, temporarily shelving the desire the thwarp every one of them in the public setting. Instead she extended her gargantuan hand, clasping the Marine’s within her own as she shook it sternly. A full smile had managed to creep back across the canvas of her face again.

”Indeed Ms. Faith someone does indeed have to do it. And how thankful the town must be that your dedication to your task has managed to stop a...Chicken Induced Uprising. Clearly it must be apparent that the search for quality warriors in this place is the incorrect setting.” Karayan’s dimples were shown vividly as she jested with the Marine, though the hint of underlying seriousness was clearly there. Releasing her grasp from around the small hand of the blonde, she eyed the wound, the likes of which seemed almost insignificant to the massive size of her enormous fist. Nonetheless, her early years of training on Amazon Lily had been rigorous enough that such slight pains were something that she could readily ignore. Thus her hand rose to wave it off, instead saying, ”Oh no, I couldn’t take your money...:” Pausing for a moment, the Amazon watched as Waffles took the watch off of one of the dead men’s wrist, before slinging it in her own pocket and shrugging her shoulders at the Kuja.

Continuing she said, ”May I suggest allocating those funds to feed and cloth some of the less unfortunate youth of Logue Town? I’d rather you create them some sort of housing, instead of me having to create them some sort of weapon so they don’t continuously get bullied out of the small scraps they have.” Selfless, Karayan just wanted to see the kids in a more rewarding position, much like she wanted to see the man she had haplessly thrown thru a window in a more rewarding position. Yet again, he was before her, though this time he was unconscious and his body a tad bit more mangled. Turning to face the newcomer who had chucked the body towards her, she chuckled slightly at his words, and even more as the old man ran up behind him, the barrel of his rifle smoking as he let a shot go in the air. The Amazon didn’t bother tensing, instead moving over towards the tall kid with the messy spray of blonde hair. As the Marine attempted to talk the shopkeeper down, the giantess said to the guy, ”I think not trash. If I felt him trash, I would have let her cut him down like the others. Maybe he’s somebody...maybe.”

Icy blue eyes drifted along the lanky fram of Vicktur, taking in his relatively young features, before inevitably falling on the Blade that was thrown over his shoulder. Without thinking about it, she snatched it from his shoulder, as she began to flip it within her hands and fingers, testing its weight as she coo’ed at the seemingly masterful craftsmanship. With a light ”Hmmmmm” sound, Karayan finally came back with the conclusion as she said, ”Poor. Without standard.”  Flicking the piece of junk in street, the woman turned back to the guy as she continued, ”Don’t worry, it wasn’t worth whatever you paid for it. Refinished rusted iron, mixed bronze and copper, with a sprinkle of pitiful craftsmanship and fool’s gold. Worthless. Now this,” Placing her arm behind her head, she lowered her hand just below blade of the spear she aptly called, Gungnir. Drawing it out between her two fingers, she began to extend her arm to make sure the full twenty or so feet of the spear was completely drawn. So black it seemed like it was consuming the light around it, she toiled with it between her fingers as she continued, ”Is craftsmanship.”

Holding it out for Vicktur to hold, inspect and toy around with, the giant added, ”If ever you need quality work, you go to the person who takes their profession seriously.” She had hoped to seize the attention of everyone who was still conscious with her nifty little spear, maybe get some clientele amidst this mess.

The old shopkeeper scowled at the Rear Admiral for a moment, not taking very kindly to her threatening to take action. What has this world come to? An old man cant even shoot his gun into the air anymore? he seemed to stew in his thoughts for a minute before continuing Bah! Fine Sailor-lady. But i'll have you know I plan to write a very angry letter. These doggone hooligans need to be taught some disclipline! he gave the stink eye to one of thr orphans I'm watching you, little missy. and with that he departed back to his shop, mumbling incoherently under his breathe. Vicktur watched him sojourn off and had to admit he was amused. There was something about how old people didnt give a fuck anymore. It was....inspiring to him. The Kuja approached and said something about the man not being trash, else she would have disposed of him. Vicktur didnt know one damn thing about this woman, but she seemed a bit too soft. Both of them did. A vast majority of these Pirates were still alive, after all. He doubted she wpuld dispose of anyone, let alone someone who probably deserved it. He was definitely trash. He got tossed like it, too. was all he managed to say before the big lady snatched his new sword from his hand.

Aye, what the hell do you think you are doing? I just got that. she inspected the weapon with a look of disappointment. Then tossed it in the street, saying it was trash and not worth how much he paid for it. Well I got it for free so it seems like a good deal to me he picked it up Besides, itll still kill something. No need to be so damn picky. he was more embarrassed that he thought it was well made than anything else. Karayan showed him exactly how pitiful his blade was by revealing her custom made spear. He accepted her offer to hold it fairly quickly. It was a beautiful weapon...and stuff. Something something craftsmanship was astounding. It almost made him jealous....almost. He thrust it into empty space and nodded internally. Okay, i'll bite. I could use a weapon or two. he said casually tossing the spear back to her.[/b]

As Yomi moved into position to see Vicktor clearly she noticed that he was in fact surrounded by what seemed like a few strangers. She didn't fully trust him to keep his mouth shut, but at the same time she did view that he needed some supervision, though if it was her or another was yet to really be seen. The boy didn't talk about himself much other than his hatred for the marines, and even then it was just that he hated them, and not why he hated them. Yomi couldn't say that she hated the marines, in fact, she just viewed them as people who were working for a government that was slightly corrupt at the core, not that the marines themselves were corrupt. Anyone or anything could be considered corrupt if they had the right motivation really, heck Yomi was probably one of the most corrupt people in the entire world if you looked at what she had done to others all in the name of her own research. it was the good of all, but really, it was still a crime against humanity at the end of the day, what experiments she had done, even if it was for a "good cause".

For this reason, Yomi would pretty much dip out right now, she knew Vicktor could somewhat handle it, and she didn't wish for a rear admiral to know her face, not really for fear of her coming after her, but more for the sake of potentially disappointing another person in case they became friends. Such was the life she had to lead right now.

Island in the Sun (Cite/Pik) Tumblr_ndlwbh4b9z1qbvovho1_500Though the man was somewhat pissed off, he left well enough alone which to Cerulean was a complete and utter WIN. With a gentle smile upon her face she would look to the Kuja and other man, both whom dwarfed her. "Thank you for returning the criminal, I'll take him with the others, I should try to wake up these sleeping marines and request a clean up crew to pick up these mobsters before they awaken. Thank you to both of you for your help, if not more lives could have been lost and instead of mobsters, my fellow marines could have been killed. I am forever greatful. I shall heed your request and send the money for you reward to those in need." Cerulean would say to the Kuja giving a gentle nod and a bow.

With that done she would turn, and return to her marines, thankfully it seems one of them held a den den mushi, which allowed her to call the base and in turn assemble a crew of marines to come lock up the mobsters. While at the same time it seemed a good few slaps would awaken some of the other marines whom would begin to get to work on tying up the chicken fueled army. Birds already descended flocking around plucking chicken from knocked out hands. Atleast the crows were getting a good feed. Sighing to herself. She would look to her outfit. Blood was so hard to remove from the material. Her dry cleaning bill was going to be high this month....she wondered if she would get away with charging it to the marines HQ again.....ah it was worth a try. With the other marines heading over and some of the knocked out ones now awakened the Rear Admiral would leave, her duty here was done, none of these marines would make it in the grandline. She needed to find others whom would.
