Siegfried
Skill Set Name: Punch Drunk Boxing
Skill Set Class: Hand to Hand - Speed Based
Skill Set Information:

Punch Drunk Boxing was the name that Gideon gave to the fighting style his master, Lloyd taught him. The original style however is referred to as the 'Roaring Wave' style, which utilises 'residual' energy. Residual Energy, as Lloyd refers to it as, deals with the art of inserting Chi, or life energy into inanimate and living beings. As a result, the residual Chi that remains within the persons body piles up, eventually leading a 'rejection' in opponent's body to external Chi. This reject cause breaking, rupturing and an kind of implosion of sorts on properties. However, the fighting style is all about repetitive hits and according to Lloyd, human bodies are natural receptor's of Chi and normally regulate the 'injection' once given enough time.
Passives:

Puncher's Luck: The original name of this basic skill is referred to 'Injection' within the Roaring Style Principle. Puncher's Luck allows the user to insert Chi into their punches, this gives the user .5 Strength increase using techniques involving punches.

Punch Drunk: Described in the Notes Section, each successful technique strike, increases the afflicted's Chi Point. With enough points in succession, it can cause a variety of affliction, depending on the technique used. Punches outside of technique offer 0.5 Chi points. (Maximum points applied using this method per post is 2. After which counting stops.)

Skill Strengths:

  • Strong Fists: Adds Chi into folded fists allowing the user to strike with Chi.
  • Chi Drunk: Injecting Chi into the afflicted's fram(any point in the body), causes a disruption of functionality, even destructive force. (Materials based on the material chart. Chi Points determines the affliction caused.)

Skill Weaknesses:

  • No Mark: Large volumes of Chi can cause damage only if quickly and successively struck. Any Chi Points inserting resets if enough time(posts) past. Refer to the Notes section on resetting rates.
  • Striker's Pride: Chi can't be applied to other regions of the body like Haki. Lloyd's reasoning is, once Chi has been wired to 'output' through a particular point, there's no changing the wiring.

Notes:

Material Application:

Material damage is done via the techniques Tier versus Material damage chart, and not the application of Chi. In this case, Chi easily rips apart at objects, as opposed to human counterpart.

    NPC | PC Application :

The Human Body is broken down in a chart within the Roaring Wave style.

    Head - King

Easiest region to apply Chi towards, hence Gideon's fame for causing punk drunk syndrome over a period of time towards his opponents. However, once the Chi wears off, the residual effects fades. Chi Points injecting into this zone, wears off 2 Chi Points every other post.

    1. 10 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Sipping: Sipping causes the afflicted vision to become blurry.
    2. 20 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gobbling: Gobbling causes the afflicted motor skills to be severely shaken.
    3. 40 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gluttony: In this state, the afflicted looses operation to lower body for one post.

    Midsection - Queen

One of the harder regions to apply Chi towards, it's difficult even for the highest of Chi masters. However, once the Chi wears off, the residual effects fades. Chi Points injecting into this zone, wears off 5 Chi Points per post.

    1. 20 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Sipping: Sipping causes the afflicted stomach to feel upset, resembles bowl movements.
    2. 40 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gobbling: Gobbling causes the afflicted abdomen to cringe in pain as if a muscle was torn for one post.
    3. 80 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gluttony: In this state, the afflicted suffers muscle spasms for two posts.

    Chest - Rook

Second most difficult region to apply Chi towards, it's difficult even for the highest of Chi masters. However, once the Chi wears off, the residual effects fades. Chi Points injecting into this zone, wears off 10 Chi Points per post.

    1. 20 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Sipping: Sipping causes the afflicted chest to burn, like heart burn.
    2. 60 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gobbling: Gobbling causes the afflicted's heart to stop for one post.
    3. 120 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gluttony: In this state, the afflicted's heart stops for two posts.

    Legs - Knight

The utmost most difficult region to apply Chi towards, it's difficult even for the pristine of Chi masters. However, once the Chi wears off, the residual effects fades. Chi Points injecting into this zone, wears off 15 Chi Points per post.

    1. 30 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Sipping: No effect noticed.
    2. 60 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gobbling: Gobbling causes the afflicted's leg to wobble.
    3. 120 Chi Points = Punk Drunk - Gluttony: In this state, the afflicted's leg stops for one post.

separating the body like this will probs make this skillset very frustrating. think of how hard it is to actually get hits on people in rp. and think when those hits are made that it usually is the deciding factor of the fight. So having all these sections of the body and stuff while it seems cool is very inefficient. not that u have to change it, just a suggestion.

all of ur skills need an explanation of what happens when contact is made as far as physical damage is concerned.

This style seems more speed based than power based IMO. Your goal is to hit the opponent repeatedly to rack up Chi damage, not obliterate them in 1 or 2 strikes.

Material damage should just be done by tier, chi points should be reserved for the status effects only. Keep in mind that since this should be speed based, material damage should be fairly reserved (weak), since the hits themselves aren't super hard.

Your skills look fine, although their impact damage (such as the tier 2 that says it breaks bones immediately) should be a little lower, I think. Like, if an attack also inserts chi into the opponent, it shouldn't also deal a lot of physical damage on top of it. Some damage is fine, though obviously.

Wait what class is your Hand to Hand according to your character updates. Whatever class that is is the class this skill set has to be. If your speed based, you can't make a power based skill set, vice versa.

Never did indicate in my updates but I choose speed base. I was debating between the two for this skillset but as bird brought to my attention, it makes the most sense.
