Sanson Jikuman:
Seishirō Dotroleno:
Mary S. Lilica:
Death of Piracy Prologue 2 (Event) Sea
Three new rising stars in the World Government. Others were scheduled to arrive as well, but the World Government had specifically assigned these three Rear Admiral to act as the first line of defense for the anti-piracy campaign. Sanson Jikuman's three vessels sailed ahead of the rest, him being more experienced and a rather humble Marine he had earned the trust of the higher ups and was given the reigns for the operation. He sailed on the center ship that lead of the triangle formation his three ships had formed. Three ships under Sanson's direct control. One in front which he was on and two behind his off to its sides. They made two rows total and there was 20m of space between Sanson's ship and each of his detachments.

Sailing with Sanson was Mary S. Lilica and Seishirō Dotroleno. They sailed in line with Sanson's extra vessels, so the Marine formation still only had two rows, Sanson in his own and the rest of the ships sailing behind him in row number two. Mary was sailing on the left side and Seishiro was sailing on the right side, 20m of water between the ships in Sanson's unit they were each closest to. The last ship in the formation had done a round throughout the Four Blues and was composed of a unit of Marines that had been gathered from all around these Four Blues and a small amount from the Grandline specifically for this operation. This ship was known as the Rookie Vessel and had its own row, row number three. It sailed directly behind Sanson's ship, with 20m of water in between it and Sanson's two other ships.

It was captained by the newly inaugurated Rear Admiral, Derous. Many questioned why such a man was chosen to be a Rear Admiral and those superior to him in rank had assigned this role to him to not only see if he deserved to be called a Rear Admiral, but to quiet down those who looked down upon the angel. In total the Marines had about 300 men and women in total and their spirits were high.

Walking to the main mast of his ship, Sanson picked up a transponder snail that was routed to all ships involved in the operation. Attached to the body of this snail who had just awoken to transmit Sanson's message was a smaller white transponder snail that prevented his message from being tapped. "We'll be upon Reverse Mountain in roughly an hour. I suggest you all prepare for battle now if you have not already done so. An ambush from Pirates is always possible and expected. Should Pirates or any enemy for that matter, be spotted Seishirō and Mary's unit along with the Rookie Vessel is to engage first while my unit stays back as a line of defense and supplies ranged support. As it stands no vessels sailing without a World Government affiliated insignia is authorized to be within the Red Line's or Reverse Mountain's perimeter. Following that statement, no World Government affiliated ships have been cleared to sail these waters, so it should be just us out here and if that's not the case then it is an enemy. I'll give the command on how to deal with any enemies spotted. Rear Admiral Lilica is second in command and following her is Rear Admiral Dotroleno. You commanding officer's are briefed on the operation and should be able to answer any questions you have." All his words would be transmitted to the other ships and be heard through the works of the Transponder Snail speakers that were on every ship involved with the operation. Hanging up the Transponder Snail, he'd walk to a position near the wheel that was manned by his navigator and take a seat. His axe was being carried by one of his Lieutenants who stood by him at all times. All ships were on full alert and had Marines using telescopes and binoculars to look out to sea looking for any signs of anyone.

Death of Piracy Prologue 2 (Event) 4198281

"Need a bit more information!"
"..... So this is what it comes to huh?" Ba'al had lock eyes on vessel which had sail just an few meters in front of Victoria. Ba'al didn't really care for the ships position other than her position which was more important . Commodore Ba'al was stationed near wheel of the ship carefully scanning the sea's for potential pirates who may try to attack them. She was using his trusty scope which allowed her to scan the horizon indefinitely which little hassle. Commodore Ba'al consists of a standard red haori which a golden snake on the hood . This haori is a dark red color with a golden slash acting as a belt. Ba'al normally wear a pair of wooden scandals with a pair of white socks somewhat of a swordsman attire . Her bright red eyes, and golden shorts hair give her boyish apperance. Oddly enough her attire conceal her females features. Ba'al is a pretty tall slim woman with a muscular body. Her white justice coat drapes her shoulder as the wind hit against her jacket.

The weather was calm, and not a single cloud in the sky. The marines aboard the vessel thrive to life as Rear Admiral Derous was the ranking officials on this ship. Not the highest ranked official but one of the upper tier marines stationed on this expedition. Today was the day the marines hold the lines of Reverse Mountain. The CO of the operation have spoke through the Den Den Mushi system debriefing the entire fleet of the situation. It wouldn't be long Ba'al had thought to herself as she carefully scan the sea, and her surroundings as best as she could.

Linda isn’t sure how many days it took the members of Leviathan to arrive in the West Blue. She hadn’t the energy to keep track of time in-between recovering from her injuries and training Oka. But it doesn’t matter in the end since the crew managed to arrive at reverse mountain in a timely manner. They had to dock the ship in order for said vessel to receive the necessary equipment for the operation to succeed. It was enough time for the ragtag group of marines to be briefed on the current situation and receive their orders before they scurried back onto Leviathan and waited for the order to deploy.

It soon came and she found herself at the front of the ship as the ship left port. There’s a frown on the alcoholic’s face as she considers rather or not she should’ve consumed a frightening amount of rum before boarding the vessel. She thinks she deserved a drink right about now but she doesn’t say anything. Not with Alyssa standing right next to her - the girl’s tiny arms folded across her chest. It was an argument she believed best to avoid at the moment.

The sisters say nothing to one another. Simply look out to the horizon as Leviathan quickly added itself to the formation created. There was nothing to be said. Pirates had become bold. The higher ups apparently saw it fit to get a handle on the problem before it could no longer be controlled. She agreed with the plan wholeheartedly. Linda just preferred to have been left alone on Swallow Island where she could drown her sorrows in alcohol. But that wasn’t possible. She had a job to do and by god she would do it… Even if she was sober.

Derous sat alone within the Captains' Quarters of the ship he was put in charge of, annoyed. The door locked to the room so that no one could just barge in. As he wanted to sit alone in his displeasure. As Derous felt he should've been stationed on the front lines. He should be the one in charge, not Sanson Jikuman. Or at least second in command. But no he is in charge of a vessel full of fresh blood, rookies. He wasn't coming at anyone's skill on this vessel, as he didn't know most of them other than that they were from the Blues.

Derous would reach over his desk and grab a napkin, then proceed to blow his nose. "I will show them. Yes, I will show them all. That things would've gone more smoothly if I was the one put in charge." Derous would mumble to himself. He didn't really plan to leave his quarters until they arrived to their destination. He didn't plan to give any speeches to those on his vessel to boost confidence and moral, as he didn't need or want to. Though, if anyone wanted to come and talk to him he was fine with that.

Oka is aware of two things as she briskly makes her way to the deck. One such thing is that she’s laughably unprepared for a battle at sea. Heck, she wasn’t even close to prepared for a battle on land, but her superiors saw it fit to chuck a bunch of random people onto a boat - ninety percent of which were teenagers. Which segued into the second thing she had become aware of. Her superiors didn’t really care if the members of Leviathan made it out of the sea battle alive or even in one piece. They were nobodies and there were plenty of people who would gladly replace any who died in their attempt to keep the pirates at bay. Or, at least that’s what she thought.

This didn’t make her as upset as she should be. Oh no, the fact that the group of ensign was insignificant in the grand scheme of things only made her determined to make her face known throughout the organization. She had no intentions of running a crew or anything like that, she would have years to rule when she was crowned queen, but she also didn’t want to be nameless marine that her superiors were fine with being a statistic.

She wasn’t sure how she would go about that, but she would have plenty of time to think about it for she had no intentions of dying today or anytime soon for that matter. Oh no, the crew aboard Leviathan would make it out of this alive and more ambitious than before. Oka was sure of it.

Clarissa#Syfer

Clarissa Syfer
The fish woman whom had until recently been one of the main officers of Impel Down, well known within the grand line, rumours of her name surely would have surfaced within the vast blue oceans. Perhaps not her true name, Clarissa Syfer, but the one that those prisoners had granted her. The Torturess. The vivacious larger than life Cecaelia had swam to this location. Her power and speed bringing her here days earlier than anticipated. Thus she had been able to spend time scoping out the oceans. The current of the red line was severe, with the grandline weather phenomena, making the weather far colder in this region compared to any of the other blues. This was the reason for the wonderous mountain in which water traveled upwards.

The grandline ships in which the marines where travelling upon, where built for this very purpose, to withstand the grandlines strangeness and had been built to traverse rough waters like the ones near reverse mountain in which they where currently travelling towards. Yet the waters below where unswimmable, any human would be unable to swim through the current without the aid of the powerful fishman race. Fishman were known for their abilities in water, and these currents would be unable to halt them, these currents. They were laughable to the fishman race. With the current coming towards the marine boats, they were obviously moving faster, if anything where to come towards them, the current would slow the ships speeds which was a curse for the marines, but also a blessing. If any ship wished to enter the grandline, they had to bypass the blockade. So here where the marines travelling away from reverse mountain having assembled a multitude of ships from the Grand line and blues. The heading was Las camp and they would hopefully get their sometime this centuary.

Another bonus was the currents, if any ships managed to bypass the blockade, they had to slip through the opening, the crevice of reverse mountain. More people died here than actually get to the grandline due to the currents.

Upon the boat the octo woman stood, the Rear admiral was no where to be seen, well not to those here. Being one of the only person missing, The aura she felt alone, she had deduced would be his. The minds eye allowing her to get the feel of each aura onboard the ship. If she decided to focus, even further, she could even sense emotion. Yet right now, she wanted to maintain as much of her haki, yet the transever had been right, ambushes were always plausable,. Thankfully she had already thought about this. Coming from years of anticipating riots thus her Haki had been activated before she and Zahir [whom she had brought to the ship] even arrived. She was prepared. She scoffed though, the array of humans. The marines was not very inclusive, there were barely any fishman.

After the announcement, the fish woman would give a gentle nod, as soon as the transciever cut off, she waved her hand to Zahir. "Mingle, I'm going for a swim" she said, turning from the banister she had been sitting upon, the young fishwoman simply dropped from it, plunging a few meters in to the ocean below. The sea enveloped her like a welcoming hug. The body striking the sea causing no ill effect to the fish woman. She plunged in to the depths of the red line, her haki allowing her a 30 meter radius of detection. The octo womens hands and tentacles moved her through the water and in mere seconds she had descended a further 20 meters directly below the hull. The vast ocean, the beautiful dark water hid her from view, as did the fact there was boats above her. It was obviously smarter for fishmen to take the water, why travel by boat when they where superior to the floatation devices. They could breathe in the water, they could move faster. They were essentially hidden from anyone coming. If an ambush from pirates where to happen, Any fishman would be able to activate an ambush of their own.'

Whilst the rest of Leviathan crew waltzed around the magnificent water vessel that may be their coffin, Genève was sequestered in one of the many cabins on board the ship. She had opted to huddle in the corner furthest from the only door that led into the room with one of the many large books she managed to move to the ship in the short amount of time they were given to prepare for deployment.

She had no intentions of hiding in the cabin she claimed for herself or anything like that. Not because she wanted to see the battle that would most definitely be viewable from the deck, but because the probability that she would survive in the room once the cannon ball started flying was far too low for her liking. Especially since she would be unable to gauge where they were coming from or predict rather or not they would tear through the walls of her room. Abandoning ship was also much easier when on deck, or that’s what she heard and therefore believed at the moment.

So, Genève really only had plans to stay in her room long enough to finish her book or when the captain of the ship - Loki by default - called all hands on deck. As to what she could possibly do when that call came was unbeknownst to her. All her knowledge of warfare came from books and she knew that knowledge would help her very little. She was woefully unprepared for combat of any kind and the upcoming battle would definitely showcase that.

We're Here

bait bait bait

The swishing waves, the cold surroundings, ability to not breathe on a regular basis that was Zahir's journey for awhile. Fuck not being able to breathe constantly, he started to recognize the sky that he saw probably like once every two minutes as the sea and thought that he was dead. Zahir actually tried to break his record of holding his breathe under water. That didn't last long though. His lungs almost gave out before his body did. His cold was becoming colder until his body handed hard on the deck of a ship. Not only did it wake his semi-drowned body. It shocked his senses so much that he actually thought his body was crushed. Causing him to spit out a bit of water. This deck now wet from his arrival. Zahir payed no mind to the surrounding Marines on the ship. But it seems he made it to Reverse Mountain.

He got up with his badass self almost glowing. That was most likely from the sea weed and salt water that he almost became one with. He would grab his coat which was soaked with almost everything in the sea that was or wasn't moving. He had a school of fishes in his pockets. A which he would toss over the side and back where they came from. Except one and which he placed in his mouth and began to chew. It was salty but that was from the water it was in. Other than that it had a lot of flavor. droplets of saltwater would streak down his face before he would shake his head and splash almost everyone around him. He didn't give any fucks though. He saw as Clarissa waved him goodbye and told him to mingle at which he would turn around to the people around him with a confused face on "Clar, you gotta be fu-" Before he could even finish his sentence  she dove right back into the water. This made Zahir a bit irritated, but what could he do. "Fuck it, wheres the food around here" he would say while groaning.

Asher was a nefarious man, that couldn't have been stated any more than it was already done. He always had something going on with his brooding face. He wasn't the best with words but he was far from the worst and he played on showing just that now. As most people were on the deck Asher was below deck in one of the rooms where he relaxed and prepared for battle. Something about this setting was all too good for the young Rear Admiral and it could serve as a "coming out" party of sorts for his skills.

Leaving his quarters Asher was fully dressed with his blades on his hip and he proceeded to the captain quarters where Derous stayed and there were two petty officers blocking the entrance. Glaring up Asher didn't feel the need to kill them since he just wanted to talk to Derous. "How you two manage to stand here this long shocks me.. Move" as both men moved out of the way Asher pressed his hand against the edge of the door near the middle in terms of how it stood and the lock began to burn causing the door to open and reveal a not so pleased Derous behind the desk. "Talk to me mate, you look stressed" said a straight faced Asher who took a seat firmly in the chair on the visitors side of the desk.

"I'm fine. What do you want Rear Admiral Asher?" Is all Derous would say to the intruder, as he didn't even knock. How he spoke he clearly wasn't fine, honestly he was close to being sent in a fit of rage. If the man had just knocked on the door instead of just barging in like that, he might've been greeted with a more friendly tone. How Asher came in though wasn't the root of his frustration and anger though, he just couldn't wrap his head around something. Like that fact that he wasn't in charge of this whole thing, he just didn't understand. Yes, he was a newly promoted Rear Admiral, but he was far superior than the other in terms of skill. So he just didn't understand why he couldn't be the one in charge.

D'Angelo had ended up napping in his cabin the entire time the group was headed to Reverse Mountain. Well, perhaps that wasn't accurate. D'Angelo had spent a lot of that time going through meditation. Inside of his room it was far roomier than one would think. He was sitting in the middle of the floor with his legs crossed. Houken was on the ground in front of him.

Before he knew it they had made it to Reverse Mountain. D'Angelo's eyes slowly opened when he heard the anchor leave from the ship and crash into the water. "Guess it's about time." He mumbled to himself before grabbing Houken and standing up. D'Angelo swiftly stood and exited his room; his destination, the deck. Once he arrived there he helped in gathering whatever supplies were needed.

Once back on the Leviathan the crew headed out. The quickly got into formation with the other ships. D'Angelo himself walked around the deck looking at the other ships. He could manage to catch glimpses of Marines who where on their deck of their ships. Only those along the sides of the Leviathan however. He also payed close attention to the waters. He wanted to make sure to ship could flank the makeshift fleet.

The emotion in the eyes of Derous was enough to give Asher an idea of how he was really feeling. Sure he was probably mad about the way Asher came through his door but that was for a different place and a different time. A sly smirk grew on the face of Asher for a brief second before he reached into his coats left side with his right hand pulling out a pack of cigarettes. Asher would shake the pack before pulling one out and using his fingertip to light the cigarette once placed n hs mouth. Obviously since Asher wasn't pure flames it took a few seconds than he would have liked. "That's how it starts, the fever. That turns good men bad" said Asher who was strictly in this room to gain a closer bond with Derous which will eventually come in handy. "I took feeling as if we aren't appreciated compared to our comrades bothered you. Especially since we could kill that trio with little effort." Taking a pull from the cigarette Asher would blow the smoke to his left to avoid Derous's face. "I mean, killing them is obviously bad, but wouldn't it be nice for our higher ups to see who should have really been in power here?" his voice slick and his words clear. Asher was obviously pushing an agenda here with Derous and hopefully the fellow Rear Admiral listened to his words and understood his ideals.

"We aren't, well I know i'm not. I've done so much but the only thanks I get is a ship full of marines from the Blues. I'm not talking bad about them, I just don't think I am being of great use. I should be the one in charge of this whole operation, no one else. I am a man blessed and will lead us to victory, but I need to be in charge for that to happen." Derous would say as he shook his head. He was getting more and more frustrated but he would calm himself. Taking in a deep breathe and then exhaling. He didn't need get too excited, he needed to relax. He wouldn't respond for a few moments to Asher, as he wanted to meditate a bit on what he said.

"Hypothetically speaking if all three of them were to perish during all of this, I would be the only one to fulfill the role they have left vacant. But, you are right. Killing them would be bad and whoever does the act will be branded a traitor."

Derous knew what Asher was trying to say, well kinda. He didn't care if anyone within the Marines died as long as he moved up, as he held no alliance with anyone. But doing such acts, such as killing a fellow high ranking Marine, would be tough. Especially with the amount of Marines around.
