Secondary Skill Set Name: Life Return
Skill Set Stat: Hand to Hand Neutral
Skill Set Information:
" . . . he gained the Life Return. Humans are able to, from the hair on their head to their intestines, their toes, even to their most minute hairs, to concentrate their senses and stretch them to their limits, making it possible to control every part of their bodies." -Kumadori CP9

While used in a Primary Skill Set Life Return has three up to three parts of the body it can be focused on. As a Secondary or Tertiary one can only manipulate one aspect of their body like Kumadori using it on his hair. In essence Life Return gives the person the ability to extend their consciousness to parts of their body to make it function in specific manners. Perhaps store fat or digest food in only a moment of time or control their finger nails to make them grow longer and things of that nature.

Naesala's utilization of Life Return allows him to control the hairs on his body with minute and precise control, these hairs actually being poisonous quills, as he is a Lion Fish-Fishman. This manipulation of his hairs allows him to not only force grow and retract his hairs, but also harden/enhance the durability of them to levels at which they can become as useful in battles as forged weapons, if not even more dangerous.

His poison of course starts weak, but its potency strengthens as he does. At lower tiers the venom can cause systemic effects such as extreme pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, breathing difficulties, convulsions, dizziness, redness on the affected area, headache, numbness, paresthesia (pins and needles), heartburn, diarrhea, and sweating. Then as we dip into the more powerful tiers the venom can cause temporary paralysis of the limbs, heart failure, and even death.

Passive:
1)Naesala has the ability to harden the quills/hair to increase their durability. See Notes Cost 5 Stamina and last for two post.
2)Naesala can passively manipulate his hair/quills. Cost 5 Stamina per post.
Skill Strengths:
1)User has ranged fighting potential.
2)Toxins make even the lightest scratch effective.
Skill Weaknesses:
1)Should the user become extremely frightened, they lose their ability to use Life Return (as shown in canon).
2)Toxins can be combatted by appropriately tiered anti-venoms.
3)After infecting a target, venom has to recharge. This takes 3 post.
Notes:
Passive Charts:

Passive Number 1 - Durability&Efficiency
Dependent on Naesala's character tier, upon activating his passive, his hair is hardened to the respectively level, capping at Tier 3.
With Skill use the hair hardens to the respective tier.
Tier 1 - Iron
Tier 2 - Iron
Tier 3 - Steel
Tier 4 - Steel
Tier 5 - Steel
Tier 6 - Seastone

When using his hair through both his passives, his hair can perform at the listed efficiencies based on his character tier.
Tier 1 - On Par with a basic strike
Tier 2 - On Par with a basic strike
Tier 3 - On Par with a Tier 1 Skill

Passive Number 2 - Range
Tier 1 - 1.5 Meters
Tier 2 - 2 Meters
Tier 3 - 3 Meters

    Completely Destroyed - Wood, Stone, and similar materials.
    Partially Destroyed - Iron

  • Tier 4:

  • Tier 6:

  • Venom:

  • Venom is can be naturally transmitted through piercing based attacks without the use of a skill. Said Venom has Tier 1 efficiency.

  • Venom transmitted through Skill use can infect victims as long as it breaks the skin. Tier of venom is equal to the Tier of the Skill, but can be lower if the user wills it.


  • Tier 1:
    Venom enters the body and induces a feeling of  dizziness for 2 Post. Dizziness severity is up to the point of causing the victim to occasionally see double and lose their balance (occurs throughout the 2nd/last post) This is coupled with extreme pains akin to a knife wound in the afflicted muscle group. 2 Post as well.

  • Tier 2:
    Venom enters the body and induces a feeling of  dizziness for 3 Post. Dizziness severity is up to the point of causing the victim to occasionally see double and lose their balance (occurs throughout the 2nd post and the last post) This is coupled with extreme pains akin to a knife wound in the afflicted muscle group. 3 Post as well.

  • Tier 3:
    Venom enters the body and the closest muscle group begins to experience convulsions, causing the muscle group to constrict/cramp, becoming useless. This is in junction with the Tier Two Venom's effect, but only last for 2 Post.

  • Tier 4:
    Venom enters the body and the closest muscle group begins to experience convulsions, causing the muscle group to constrict/cramp, becoming useless. This is in junction with the Tier Two Venom's effect and a rise in temperature that makes one feel as though they have a fever. Last for 3 Post, the final post the victim vomits up the poison.

  • Tier 5:
    Venom at this level enters the body and immediately causes muscle convulsions that instantly rob the struck limb of movement in an extremely painful manner. It feels as if the limb is being crushed under large amounts of weight. This gradually spreads throughout the body to cause full body paralysis in three post. This is coupled with nausea and fever like temperatures. At the end of the 3rd and final post of this poison's duration, the target vomits the poison up.

  • Tier 6:
    Venom at this level enters the body and immediately causes muscle convulsions that instantly rob the struck limb of movement in an extremely painful manner. It feels as if the limb is being crushed under large amounts of weight. This spreads throughout the body to cause full body paralysis in two post and death on the third.

  • Tier 1:

    Tier 1 Skill Name: Swipe
    Tier 1 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 1 Skill Range: 7 meters
    Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Instant
    Tier 1 Skill Description: Naesala lashes out after extending his hair up to 7 meters long. This causes blunt damage that fractures a the struck area and 3 inch deep lacerations that stop at the bone if it reaches. The single cord of hair is as thick as a typical grown man's body.

    Tier 1 Skill Name: Burrow
    Tier 1 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 1 Skill Range: 8 meters
    Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Upkeep
    Tier 1 Skill Description: Implying the surface Naesala is on is something he can burrow through, he'll dig his hair into the surface of the ground and let it lie in wait for the target to be within 8 meters of him. Once they are in range he'll launch a surprise attack on them.

    Tier 1 Skill Name: Spider
    Tier 1 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 1 Skill Range: 8 meters
    Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Instant
    Tier 1 Skill Description: Naesala commands a myriad of his hair to grow and thrust outwards towards the target. For a visual, should the hair follicles be used to attack the same area and are bound together as tight as possible they'd be 3 inches in diameter. Should they make contact they can penetrate the target up to 5 inches deep. On their own their entry size is very minute so damage is minimal unless they target the same area.

    Tier 1 Skill Name: Armor of Thorns
    Tier 1 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 1 Skill Range: Self
    Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Upkeep
    Tier 1 Skill Description: Naesala grows his hair out to cloak and shroud himself in a suit of hair. The outer coating is the only section with enhanced durability meaning he can move around without harming himself. The armor can tolerate a single tier 2 skill or two tier 1 skills. Contact with the outer shell of the armor can cause laceration wounds to a human relative to the amount of force that carries the armor. (Tier 4 Hand to Hand Skill Used while in Armor = Tier 4 Lacerations)

    Tier 1 Skill Name: Cardinal
    Tier 1 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 1 Skill Range: 8 meters
    Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 3-Instantaneous
    Tier 1 Skill Description: Lao Feing controls up to four portions of hair that have enhanced durability, amount to a volume of 3 inches in diameter, and are grown out to up to 8 meters in length. With these four portions of hair, he will attempt to subdue his target.

    Tier 2:

    Speed: 3

    Tier 2 Skill Name: Armor of Blades
    Tier 2 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 2 Skill Range: Self
    Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Upkeep
    Tier 2 Skill Description: Naesala grows his hair out to cloak and shroud himself in a suit of hair.     Tier 2 Skill Description: Naesala grows a large amount of hair and attempts to ensnare the target(s) in sea of hair that rushes forth like a wave of calvary. The wave is seven meters in width and rides low to the ground, but is a single meter in thickness, so it comes a meter off the ground, but that does not limit how high it can be off the ground. As the sea of hair passes objects it will attempt to constrict and bind them. The constriction causes 3 inch deep lacerations that stop at bone.

    Tier 2 Skill Name: Muffle
    Tier 2 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 2 Skill Range: 10 meters
    Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Insant
    Tier 2 Skill Description: Naesala commands his hair to squeeze down on captured targets as long as the hair is within 10m of him. With the hair squeezing down it cuts up to 6 inches deep or 1 inch into bone.

    Tier 2 Skill Name: Shotgun
    Tier 2 Skill Type: Hand to Hand
    Tier 2 Skill Range: 15 meters
    Tier 2 Skill Cooldown&Duration: Instant
    Tier 2 Skill Description: Naesala's enhanced hair quickly extends outwards up to 15 meters away in a spread that creates a cone with a peek diameter of up to 5 meters. This hair can penetrate up to six inches deep. The spread's full girth isn't occupied by hair, but unless one is very small, perhaps dwarf sized, they wouldn't be able to find any holes/safe spots in the attack. Even then the dwarf or small target would need to be placed near the edge of the attacks range, to avoid the skill while still being in its range of effect. All the follicles of hair/quills bundled together can amount to a one foot thick cord of hair(diameter).

    Everything looks good to me, except for the venom. The venom that Lionsfish are able to inject isn't capable of a majority of what you've listed.

    "The venom found in the needle-sharp dorsal, pelvic and anal fins of a lionfish is NOT deadly to an otherwise healthy human being, though envenomation WILL cause an immense amount of localized pain, swelling and, in some instances, blistering and infection if not treated properly."

    What you've created with your chart boosts the venom of the Lionfish outside of what it's capable of naturally. However, if you used Life Return to boost your venom and what it's capable of, I could see all of this and more working.

    i found ur source too, but i also got these which say the lionfish's venom is more harmful than what ur saying. wikipedia is eh, but it kinda aligns with what natgeo is saying.

    rarely fatal is still a chance of death and being at t6 with however many post i don't see the issue wince it's said to be a possibility and i'm holding off until reaching the highest tier i can for death.
