Equipment Description:

A crystal blade with a flowring blades reaching out from the guard, like spikes ralling with the main blade, the main blade reaches 1 meter and 20cm long and 4cm wide. The guard reachs out 6cm in eather direction of the blade with an upward angle away from the users hand.
The flowing crystal [like spikes] range from 20cm radius to a 13cm radius away from the guard.  
The center of the guard as a more profound crystal coloured a mystic blue which shines slightly as light refracts throughout its faboules tendecy; the handle is 24cm long and is ideal for single or two handed swordsmanship and additionally is wrapped in leather for extra grip.
[Note] carried on Syndra bck due to its unique structure.

A long chain which imitates the structure of Syndra spine and such can sit easily on syndras actural spine with multipal layers for extra range and power, these chains have sharp blades at each segment. The chain runs across from her spine, along her lower arm until reaching Syndras wrist. Syndra wrist can open slightly by 1cm in order to launch the chain forward for a max distance of 10 meter.

The chain is 0.5c, tall, and 1 cm wide with the blades reaching 2cm once they have left Syndras body.
The exit pannel is unoticeable due to blending in perfectly with that of a natural wrist joint line.
The entire chain would weight 8kg though, only 4kg would ever leave Syndra body.

This description does not really help me imagine what this looks like. At one point it says spikes are in there somewhere, then there's mention of "shattered blades" later and i can't exactly picture this sword.

The chains have a weight of 23 kg and have on their sides sharp blades. The chain is  stored in her back like a  second spine. The chain can be fired from her right robotic hand wich got a barrel to shoot the chain from. The hole is covered by the skin like stuff so the weapon cant be noticed on her until its fired. The chains have a max range of 10 meters.
Same as above. Can't figure out how this would actually turn out? Where would blades on a chain go? It's stored on the back but fired out of the arm? You'll have to make more detailed descriptions, both of these are a bit all over the place.
Equipment Ability:
The chains can be controleled like you can see of a similar exasmple as the of the tool above (a tape-measure). The chains can bend freely like a whip  or can be turned stiff like the tool of above is able to. This makes the chains unable to bend. She can turn it off and on when she wants.
No Equipment abilities on starter stuff.

Both of these have weights that are ridiculously out of whack. 20+kg for a single sword or chain is way too much. Maybe look up what swords usually roughly weigh, same for chains. Or look up how much 20kg is.

Whip, sword[if locked] or grappling device just like any chain normal chain. That does not work, still. It would be an Ability, which can't be put on starting gear.

The entire chain would weight 8kg though, only 4kg would ever leave Syndra body.
