Task Details:

The bright sky blue, shined through the cracks of the merchant ship's cellar, awakening Dominick from his slumber. He'd stow away on the ship from the previous island he had resided on, until things switched from his liking. As he rose up, from laying on a sack of potato's, he wiped his eyes clear of crust. Throwing his arms in the arm, stretching his tense muscles, and cracking his back, he proceeded to the exit of the cellar, peeking out the hatch. Seeing as the crew had abandoned the ship on business, he threw open the hatch and made his way into town. He wasn't familiar with this town, it seemed like an alien place he stood out from especially with his current clothing. A grey sleeveless hoodie, cargo pants, and his other many possessions. He reached in his jacket pocket, putting on his black & silver gloves with an X on top. These gloves would protect his doctoral hands during combat, knowing just like a chef, his hands were special. Making his way through town, Dominick was fascinated by the many businesses that flourished, and the atmosphere was as jolly as he had seen in awhile. What fascination, out of all people, he didn't think he'd be gocking over scenery. Taking a break from exploring his area, he would soon find a park bench, which he'd laid down and dream of better times. The sun would transition in the sky as the hours passed on, as the sunset began. He'd wake up to a crowd, passing by disturbing his sleep. What was the cause of this commotion?, he'd think to himself. Rising up from his comfortable position he'd blend into the crowd and observe what event had made all the town's people gather.

Shoving among the crowd, he managed to make his way to the front. His eyes had opened wider than the first time he'd seen such a thing. It was a podium, about 10 feet high off the ground, usually for events such as executions. Dominick thought an execution in a town like this wouldn't be accurate seeing as it was peaceful as ever. Those were his thoughts before something clicked in his mind, the peaceful atmosphere he felt, after stepping off the boat had passed over. It wasn't comfortable at all, it was the feeling of a pack of beast waiting for leftovers. As he turned his head, and zoned in on the conversations of the crowd, he realized what kind of people he'd been around. "Off with his head !", "Pirate Scum!", "Worthless freeloading bastards. The pirate age is over !" Harsh words, fled the crowd as slurs of all kind were aimed at the man being carried off the carriage. Shackles covering his feet, torso, and hands. Gunman would walk him near towards the podium bottom steps. As he resisted to move towards his own death, the Marines bashed him on the back of his head with the butt of their guns. His eyes showed he was determined to live, and Dominick couldn't stand seeing such a man being forced against his will. As he stepped forward, attempting to interfere with the man's death, a single gunshot could be heard. As one marine checked his mid section, he felt an exit wound as blood gushed out. Falling over, face first, blood splatted across the ground, with little splatter reaching the bottom leg of the captive. His eyes chased around until he found a barrel sticking out of the shadows, as a set of men appeared holding fire arms, and swords. "Captain !, We've come for you!", in unison the group of men shouted. Their body count seemed around the 14's or 15's.

Stepping back into the crowd, acting as if he'd never thought of taking action was in his thought process never happened. His eyes traveled as the men, charged onto their captains position within the center, attempting to rescue him. It seemed like a heart-warming moment of loyalty. Until a few more shots could be heard, as a wall of marines with rifles stood in a straight line and fired on the men. 15 Rifling marines, 9 Swordsmen, and 1 Leading Marine. The odds were rather against the pirates, seeing as the long-ranged numbers would prove a disadvantage. As the two factions commenced in a full on war of the best, marine and pirates alike fell to each other. Bullet for bullet, blow for blow. Each faction meeting almost equal fate's, as the pirates ended up along a wall, with their hands tied behind their backs. 5 surviving pirates, face their fate before their captain's eyes, as they are place against a hard surface waiting to be shot down by the remaining 10 marine forces. "Ready...Aim!", flowed rather casually from the Marine Commander's lips. This cruelty wasn't something Dominick took pride in, even if it wasn't his doing. His eyes became narrow, as he slowed walked forward into the Marine territory. Everything except for what was directly in-front of him became nothing but a blur in his vision, as he actually allow rage to consume his composure. His walk transitioned into a sprint, speedily approaching the heartless bastards that claimed to be the worlds protectors. He'd jump into the air near the Marine Commander, as he hurled downward from the sky being assisted by the natural law of gravity. " IMPACT !", he'd yell from the top of his lungs, as the Marine commander would turn his attention from the firing team, to a powerful leg blow, landed in the middle of his chest, causing him to slide backwards. "...Leave them alone....You Bastards!". He had decided where he belonged in the world, an ally of actual justice. Not the dark justice these petty white pansies believed in.

"How...How dare you assault a marine!, Men kill this man !", in frustration, the man would order his subordinates to eliminate Dominick. Breaking the line they had formed to create to execute the rebelling pirates, they turned to aimed their one shot rifles Dominick. "..Don't Miss...", he'd whisper under his breathe as the men clutched their fingers on the trigger. "FIRE !", the enraged commander ordered his grunts to accomplish. As they each pulled their triggers in a straight line, Dominick accelerated his speed and moved pass them before they pulled the trigger, shooting into his after image. "Didn't I say...Don't miss.", whispering as he zoomed pass towards the tied up pirates. As he reached them, he'd grab a sword off the ground, and rip each of their bindings. With their help he'd be able to at least accomplish something against the commander, as the grunts slowly reloaded their weapons. Back to war, the newly refreshed pirates would charge and slash down the defenseless marines. This bloodshed didn't bother him as much, as when the Marines attempted it on them. Why should they have mercy? If they were going to do the same to the Pirates. Enraged even more, the commander slowly walked toward Dominick, revealing his katana. "I'll cut you in half !", yelling as he slashed downward, only to be avoided by Dominick. The move would have done a decent amount of damage, but his speed had slowed down. Taking his only opportunity, Dominick sped towards the lunatic commander as he prepared for his next attack. Within 2 meters of the commander, he swung his blade at Dominick, who jumped into the air pressing his foot down onto the wrist which held the weapon, and spun returning a hard kick into the commanders jaw. Though Dominick's recklessness lead him into getting his leg caught with the opposite hand, sending him flying into the ground a few meters away.

Blood ran down from inside his dreads, from the impact of hitting the ground hit first. "Shit...", he'd let out that little remark, opening his eyes to a Marine Commander diving downward, attempting to pierce Dominick's body. He couldn't move fast enough, taking a blade into his shoulder, as his enemy stood above him. The pain struck him hard enough, he wanted to scream but he wouldn't allow his enemy to hear such sounds coming from his mouth. Extracting the blade from his shoulder was the worst thing he could do, as Dominick rose to his feet. Before the commander even got 7 meters away he'd turn around and throw a vacuum slash, a visual projectile of destruction toward Dominick. Balancing on his hands, Dominick would twist his body with his hands, creating a funnel of wind. "Leg Maelstrom!" , accumulating strong winds, countering the slash. Landing back onto his feet, he'd stare down the now scared commander. "Fear the Doctor with the Gifted Hands...", sprinting toward his victim. "Machine Gun!", landing a kick into the mid-section of the commander. As he'd rotate off the first kick, he'd continue with a few more. "2....3......4.....5!", putting all he had into the final blow. The Commander fell to his knees, as Dominick's body dropped onto the ground also. His eyes flickered as he was on the verge of fainting, with each blink a face would get closer. After a few hours of being sleep, he'd wake up aboard a ship, a pirate ship in fact. The men he'd saved had brought him upon their ship, as the fled around the coast into a cavern not far from the area they escaped.
