For turf arc stuff, does the redline count as part of the grand line or blues?

Say what tier would the biscuit fruit be consider as seeing the manga. Claims it's weak yet a powerful fruit if used right. Like the gum gum fruit.

I believe it would be T2, mainly because of the other fruits to compare it two that are T2. it seems to fit that category the most, while not T1 because T1's are not obviously strong in any way, like the Jacket Jacket fruit for example. while not T3 because it is not obviously super powerful, like the quake fruit for example.

Why aren't wax, candy, and biscuit classified the same. They have nearly the same possible skill sets, no immunity, and many weaknesses.

Hoping an admin can clarify this rule for me:

Attribute System wrote:For the power of Skills, their power/output is equivalent to the Strength of the user + the Tier of the Skill they used divided by 2. So a person with Tier 7 Strength using a Tier 1 Skill, boosts the Skills power output to Tier 4. (7+1)/2=4. In this case you get a number that has a decimal, you round up. Only applies to Skills that use physical Strength. i.e. Gomu Gomu, but not Mera Mera.

From the wording and DFs used as an example, I've always interpreted this as applies to things that actually use your muscles while it doesn't apply on things that don't. i.e. Using the Light DF as an example, a Light Speed Kick would get this boost while a Laser would not.

But I have been told in chat recently that this Strength boost actually applies to everything that is consciously and continuously being manipulated too. i.e. Using the Mera DF as an example, a Fire Dragon construct that the user is manipulating would get this boost, but a Fireball that is already flying independently would not.

I'm a bit confused cause I assumed mental manipulation does not count under the 'physical' tag mentioned in this rule.

What's the correct way then to interpret this?

(Tbh for the Fireball example, I actually expected it to be boosted by this if the user physically exerted effort to throw it. The burning damage won't be boosted of course but the initial impact when it connects will.)

OK as a noble I get 100 grunts right off the back free. However if I buy more grunts will they be added to my already 100 grunts or will they count as such.

Human race doesnt have any perks associated with it. You need hard worker to gain a second occ.

Humans

Human beings are the dominant race in the world as they outnumber most other races and are usually among the most technologically advanced and organized of the races. Most islands are inhabited by humans, even in the Grand Line, where most of the stronger races such as the fishmen and giants are found. In the universe of One Piece Humans come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Having Large Humans, Average Humans, and Small Humans. Aside from height some Humans also bear generally odd appearances which truly gives you, the role player, a broad amount of space for character design or the Face Claim you use. Some Humans having animalistic appearances, though having things like claws from animals and things like that go beyond what is allowed. Having a monkey or cat like appearance is acceptable as well as many more outlandish things as seen in the series.

Human Size
Maximum height for Humans is 17ft tall.

Global-class Nobles
The World Nobles, also known as the Celestial Dragons (天竜人 Tenryūbito?, literally meaning "Heavenly Dragon Folk"), are the descendants of nineteen of the Twenty Kings who established what is now known as the World Government. The World Nobles — specifically those of Roswald's family — are considered the main antagonists of the Sabaody Archipelago Arc.
Contents[show]
OverviewEdit
“ World Nobles... Slaves... Human shops... Against the "purity" of these "upper classes", the villains of the world look positively humane in comparison. It's because the world's in the hands of scum like them that it's all screwed to hell... I mean, we're not the nicest of guys, but at least we're honest about it. ”
— Eustass Kid, commenting on the World Nobles.

These are the people who are allowed to live in the Holy Land of Mariejois. However, due to their connection to the World Government, they constantly abuse their power and look down on the people below them, referring to them as commoners. They can sometimes be seen walking around Sabaody Archipelago, but are disconnected to the point that they wear resin bubbles over their heads to prevent them from breathing the air of the common people.[2] In the case of visiting places out of the Archipelago, they wear other types of helmets, as the bubbles will pop out of the area.[3] Whenever one appears people instantly bow so as not to upset them, with the exception of the guards, servants, and slaves that are alongside them.
The Celestial Dragons each possesses a government-issued identification chip to identify their statuses; Homing handed his family's over to the government official escort when he had their statuses rescinded.[4]

AppearanceEdit
World Nobles wear their hair, or a part of it, combed upward with a distinct curl on top, unless they do not have enough hair to do so, as Mjosgard's father is partially bald. They all wear the same kind of white robe that resembles a spacesuit (sometimes accompanied by a cape) with a skirt, although the border designs of each Noble's clothing appears somewhat different and original and there are variations in the skirt's length. Male World Nobles seem to have a different style of collar than female World Nobles. While outside Mariejois, World Nobles wear an oxygen tank attached to a bubble or glass case around their head in order to not breathe the same air as the "lowly commoners". However some are less likely to do so while in Mariejois, though others still feel the need to. A majority of World Nobles, such as Jalmack, Charloss, Mjosgard and his father, are notably overweight, if not outright obese. A typical Celestial Dragon also has a rather haughty, if not arrogant, look on their face, showing neither pity nor sympathy for those of lesser statuses.
When the Donquixote Family abandoned their statuses, they ceased wearing their World Noble attire, and changed their hairstyles as well. Notably, even before their departure, this family alone seemed to have no members who are overweight, and had rather remarkably kind facial features (except Doflamingo, who possesses the same, nigh-perpetual arrogant look as his amoral former brethren). The male members all grew up to be rather tall.[5]

Culture of the Higher ClassesEdit
Branding Slave
A slave being branded with the "Hoof of the Flying Dragon".
The Celestial Dragons have various rights and privileges not held by many other people in the world. In particular, they are able to buy people, including pirates, who have been captured and put into slavery and their actions are overlooked by the World Government. They use a branding iron to mark their slaves with the Hoof of the Flying Dragon (天駆ける竜の蹄 Ama Kakeru Ryū no Hizume?, FUNimation subs translate this as "The Claw of the Celestial Dragons") on their backs. According to Boa Hancock, anyone who bears this mark is not seen as a human being but as an item or a possession.
Their method of discipline is to inject tranquilizers into the slave to stop them from escaping, in addition to the use of explosive collars.[6] They tend to treat their slaves poorly, working them to exhaustion then punishing them for their weakness.[7] Each Celestial Dragon shown so far has been seen wielding a firearm, mostly for shooting people they dislike.[7] When faced with defiance from commoners that they cannot immediately rectify through the use of their pistols, they have the power to summon an admiral to deal with the offender. Failure in dealing with the offender is considered unacceptable.[8]

Although they often buy people from auction houses, they can make anyone a slave that they choose to. They may also have as many spouses as they wish, can take anyone they wish as their spouse off the street, and can dismiss them in an instant, as demonstrated by Saint Charloss.[7]

Dias's Collar Explodes
Dias is brutally injured for trying to escape from Saint Roswald.
World Nobles have been shown to be extremely cruel and brutal towards their slaves. As many people who were their slaves were brutalized so harshly and traumatically that many committed suicide after being freed, another stating his eyes were plucked out solely for sport and another burned alive just for laughs.[5] The horrors the Nobles leave on the slaves is shown to viciously traumatize them even after their release, as both Koala and Hancock, through their horrid experience, were terrified of showing weakness ever again towards others. Even Fisher Tiger, who freed many slaves commented on them representing the "madness" of humanity and warped his personality forever from his years as a slave. During Gild Tesoro's past as a slave, it was shown that the World Nobles even forbid their slaves from smiling.
They also seem to be immensely wealthy; Saint Charloss casually spends Beli500,000,000 to buy Keimi, a price that even the royalty present could not afford, just to see her try to outrun a pack of piranhas in his fish tank. They can also easily afford the rare and highly expensive Devil Fruits to feed to their slaves simply for sick entertainment, as the Gorgon Sisters suffered. The source of this seemingly limitless income is monetary tributes from the various nations of the world that are affiliated with the World Government, known as Heavenly Tribute .

In the info above it state that 1 celestial dragon have spend up to 500mil beli with no issue. I am not asking for 500m beli but I am asking for a pay increase from already 10mil we get which isn't hitting on anything.

May I suggest we get paid biweekly the amount of a new world island? Please

Does the two month rule apply to characters that haven't been used ic yet as well?

Also, I claimed one of the free Halloween rewards on my alt a while back, but he's dead due to the 2 month thing. Does it mean I don't get the things from it on that account, or do I still get them?

2 months is due to inactivity so i would assume it goes towards all characters even if not used.
If the 2 months inactivity has hit you lose everything, its as if starting again from scratch.

Ghost I'd suggest you read the rules a bit more closely, all your questions could have been answered by doing so.

PC in an arc means the topic is open for PC intervention, it means a playable character can jump in to your arc whenever they please.

NPC means they can't and is fully controlled by you.

ONly when you pay Story Points on an NPC found in the story point system does a member of staff then have to NPC for you. So your arc doesnt have a member or staff member NPC You just continue it on.

574 Re: Quick Question Thread on Wed Oct 25, 2017 11:45 pm

Ok what you nus  said is not what the system say

At some point during a Tier 4 or Tier 5, or Tier 6 Devil Fruit Arc a Staff member must be called in to NPC the Arc's main boss. The main boss being the equivalent of Arlong, Crocodile, or Doflamingo in their respective canon Arcs. Any Tier 4, Tier 5, or Tier 6 Devil Fruit Arc done without Staff NPCing the Arc Boss results in no Devil Fruit being gifted in the end. **See Devil Fruit Rules Here**

I'm questing for the snow snow fruit it says I need staff to play my main bad guy fight I'm asking who will that be. Because if I rp the NPC last fight  I don't get the devil fruit. Or is it ok to rp her last fight and still get the devil fruit

You should have been specific about it being a devil fruit arc instead of just stating "my arc". In this case you need a Staff Member Not a PC, posting your request in the MISC section would be the best answer, quick question isnt the place for that, your requesting something thus the help desk would be the best area
